Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and benefit from the role of domestic shipping services in shipping goods by sea. Descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are to show that PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara as a freight forwarder company engaged in goods delivery services as well as being responsible for all transportation activities from the beginning to the destination of goods, from domestic to abroad, the country of destination of the exporter. PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara assists shippers or exporters in finding shipping companies that can provide lighter transportation costs or at special prices according to separate classes. The procedure carried out by PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara in shipping export goods by sea is the initial process of receiving Shipping Instructions from the shipper then from the SI it is used for booking space at the shipping agent which will later make a draft Bill of Lading to obtain a Delivery Order, then from PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara begins to take care of custom clearance (customs) documents to obtain PEB (Notice of Export of Goods) after all is completed, on the stuffing date determined by the sender from PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara sending a draft Bill of Lading document to the shipper then just stuffing in the stuffing process it will the container number and seal number are written on the container box, then after everything is finished PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara sends a copy of the Bill of Lading document that has been signed by the manager to the sender as a sign that the transportation is complete.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer behavior in purchasing for local and imported fashion products at F-Four Collection, Sakura Collection, and Zava Collection stores. The fashion products referred to in this study are clothing which are primary needs that must be met. Therefore humans will more often meet their primary needs. This study used data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and written documentation, with data collection analysis, data reduction, data display, and data verification. The primary data used in this study were obtained from direct consumers, while the secondary data was from the shop owners. This study used 20 informants who were willing to conduct in- depth interviews. The results of the study indicated that consumer behavior is influenced by psychological and cultural factors which include lifestyle, economy, and a person's habits of behavior. While personal factors and social factors also influence a purchasing decision because of the encouragement or motivation from within a person that forms a person's perception of a product as well as the social and family environment that can be a determinant of a purchasing decision.

Abstract

Fulfillment of the need for garlic in Indonesia from year to year continues to increase. Both in terms of market demand and very limited availability in the country, meeting the needs of this commodity has made Indonesia-China cooperation relations even closer in the trade sector.In 2020, the need for consumption of garlic reaches 424 thousand tons while the production of garlic is only 100 thousand tons. So that Indonesia is really needed to import garlic. In importing garlic, business actors must have certain conditions to obtain an import permit and currently there is a new regulation in import licensing, namely using the INSW (Indonesia National Single Window) system. The INSW (Indonesian National Single Window) system has the goal of creating integrated data between ministries and agencies, and becoming a superset of data to eliminate repetition and duplication. However, business actors are still not used to using the INSW (Indonesia National Single Window) system.This study aims to analyze the implementation of garlic import licensing. The type used is descriptive qualitative research. The results show that there are three theoretical concepts of absolute advantage in the implementation of import licensing in meeting consumption needs, namely: 1. Division of Labor in producing goods is able to reduce operational costs so as to increase profits on sales of products, 2. Specialization and Product Efficiency, Absolute advantage can only happen if a country can produce goods and services in accordance with the resources owned by the region.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to determine (1) the effect of price on customer satisfaction, (2) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, and (3) the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction. The study was carried out using a quantitative approach through surveys and questionnaires in accordance with statistical procedures. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of the SPSS 25 program.The population in this study are customers who use the Indosat Ooredoo data plans of PT Multi Media Selular in the East Jakarta area, with a sample of 95 respondents selected through simple random sampling technique. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the price has an effect on customer satisfaction with PT Multi Media Selular products in Jakarta Timur. This means that when the price is not too high, then customer satisfaction with the products of PT Multi Media Selular in East Jakarta will increase. In addition, the service quality factor also significantly affects customer satisfaction with PT Multi Media Selular products in East Jakarta. This means that there is a unidirectional relationship between price and service quality variables and customer satisfaction variable for PT Multi Media Selular products in East Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of production and the rupiah exchange rate on the volume of Indonesian clove exports to Singapore. This study uses secondary data with a time series from the period 2012-2021. The population in this study is all data on production, rupiah exchange rate, and volume of Indonesian clove exports to Singapore from 2012-2021. Sampling in this study used the saturated sample method in order to obtain a sample of 30 data samples. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test with SPSS version 26 program. The result of this study indicates that there is a partially significant effect of production (X1) on the volume of Indonesian clove exports to Singapore (Y) of 60.6% and there is a partially significant effect on the value of the rupiah exchange rate (X2) against the volume of Indonesian clove exports to Singapore (Y) was 54.7%. From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that simultaneously production (X1) and the rupiah exchange rate (X2) have a significant effect on the volume of Indonesian clove exports to Singapore (Y) of 63.3% and the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables which were not investigated in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor ikan tuna Indonesia ke Jepang . Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan data runtun waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor ikan tuna Indonesia ke Jepang yaitu Harga dan Nilai Tukar. Dengan hasil penelitian, Harga (X1) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap volume ekspor (Y) dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 30,1621%, Nilai Tukar (X2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap volume ekspor (Y) dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 60,4564%  dan Harga (X1) dan Nilai Tukar (X2) secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Volume Ekspor (Y) dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 78.4664%.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of perceived benefits and perceived ease of use on interest in using the server-based e-money among OVO users in Bekasi City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed through social media. This study used unlimited population, namely all users of the OVO application in Bekasi City. The sample consisted of 155 respondents who were selected using a non- probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. Data analysis was caried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM Statistics version 25 software.The results showed that partially the perceived benefit variable had a positive and significant influence of 41.1% on the interest in using the server- based e-money, and the perceived ease of use variable had a positive and significant effect of 26.5% on the interest in using the server- based e-money. Simultaneously the perception of benefits and perceived ease of use variables has a positive and significant effect of 43.2% on interest in using the server-based e-money, with the remaining 56.8% being the influence of other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

To reach more consumers, develop company value, and win the competition, a product must be attractively different from similar products on the market in terms of size, type, color and model variety, and shapes. This research was conducted at CV Harjaya Enam Makmur with a qualitative approach in which data were obtained through interviews. The results show that the product diversification strategy carried out by CV Harjaya Enam Makmur has a significant effect on its sales volume. In addition, the product diversification strategy also affects the competitiveness, quality of service, and products offered by CV Harjaya Enam Makmur.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Korean Wave and Brand Ambassador on purchase decision of Korean Nature Republic cosmetics (Case Study on Consumers of NCT127 Fans in Bekasi). This study used data and information collection method by giving questionnaires to consumers of Nature Republic who were fans of NCT 127 in Bekasi with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Each respondent answered 20 questions using a Likert scale. The research method used was descriptive quantitative where in this study there were 3 variables in the forms of independent variables, i.e., Korean Wave (X1), Brand Ambassador (X2) and dependent variable, i.e., Purchase Decision (Y). The results of the study indicated that the Korean Wave had a significant effect on Purchase Decision and Brand Ambassadors also had a significant effect on Purchase Decision. Korean Wave and Brand Ambassador together had a significant effect on Purchase Decision by 53%, the remaining 47% was affected by other factors not examined in this study.
