Abstract

This study aims to determine the Benefits of Organic Rice for daily needs. Researchers used a qualitative approach so that data collection was carried out through interviews. The specified informants are Directors, Sales, and Mandatory Informants from Business Study Program Academics. The population in this study were Hariku Organic Rice customers in Central Jakarta using sources related to Hariku Organic Rice and the STIAMI Campus Academic Community. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are still people who do not understand the Advantages of Organic Rice. The Benefits of Organic Rice for the body are widely known by the public, therefore people have tried to buy and experience the Benefits of Organic Rice. Thus, if Hariku’s Organic Rice improves product quality and product cleanliness, there will be an increase in Sales of Hariku’s Organic Rice in Central Jakarta and also becomes a factor in consumer satisfaction, so this effect can be said to be significant. This happens because there is an influence between quality and price with consumer satisfaction whit Hariku’s Organic Rice in Central Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze capacity building, obstacles in increasing capacity building and efforts/solutions to overcome these obstacles. This is based on the imbalance between the operation of the pilot training system and the needs of the pilot. There were 20% of pilot trainees who had their training postponed and of the 16 required trainings, around 30% of the pilots trained only attended 4 of the trainings. Total training does not include 13 Specialized Training. This research was conducted at PT Garuda Indonesia from April to August 2021. This study used a qualitative approach. Data was collected by observation, literature study, and interviews with 7 informants. The concept used in this research is capacity building. The results of this study are that the system for increasing capacity building is very good because Garuda Indonesia has its own training plan, but in practice there are currently obstacles due to the Covid-19 pandemic, where out of around 16 basic training, only 4 trainings are carried out. by prospective pilots and no specialized training has been followed. PT. Garuda Indonesia provides a forum for all its employees in the form of associations in each field, such as that of Garuda pilots, there is an association called the Garuda Pilots Association (APG) which accommodates various suggestions, inputs, complaints and various improvement efforts from all existing pilots to submitted to the leadership through the APG

Abstract

Transfer pricing is a company policy in determining pricefrom a transaction of intradivision members in a company or interdivision members between two companies either within the country or outside of the country. The objectives of this study were to test influence of tax expenses, tunneling incentive and debt covenant to the transfer pricing. Decision of transfer pricing in this study used dummy indicators. The population in this study was subsector food and beverage company from consumption goods industrial sector registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2018. Sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 14 of 25 companies. The data was collected from data of financial statements and annual report. The data analysis method in this study was logistic binerregression analysis with use of SPSS version 22 software. Its determination coefficient value was 64,9% that reflected tax expense, tunneling incentive and debt covenant affected transfer pricing. The results of the study indicated that simultaneously tax expense, tunneling incentive and debt covenant significantly affected to the transfer pricing policy. Whereas, partially the tax and tunneling incentive significantly affected to transfer pricing policy and the debt covenant not affected to the transfer pricing policy.

Abstract

In an effort to run a state, taxes are used to finance the public interest which in the end also includes the exclusive interests of individuals such as the interests of citizens, education, citizen welfare, community prosperity and so on. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Analysis of Utilizing Value Added Tax Incentives During the Covid 19 Pandemic at PT Hui Huang Media in January-December 2021. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The criteria for sources that the authors make as  informants  (parties/people  interviewed) in  this  study  are  parties  who  control  and understand the conditions of the research object, who are involved or occupy positions related to the topic under study and have enough time to be interviewed. The results of the study show that the use of Value Added Tax Incentives during the Covid 19 Pandemic at PT Hui Huang Media for the January-December 2021 period has been put to good use and has been implemented in accordance with the Regulations of the Governor of DKI Jakarta. In the event that there is a tax reduction regulation, it has been properly implemented with a VAT tax reduction. Fairness in the provision of tax incentives in reducing taxation is in accordance with the standards but is still not optimal, the impact arising from the regulations made has been implemented but not as expected

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the reduction in service quality and promotion of KFC purchase decisions online at the central STIAMI Institute of Business Students 2018. In this study using descriptive quantitative approach. Primary Data used is data obtained through questionnaires. The population used is business students of Institut STIAMI Pusat class of 2018. The sample used was as many as 129 respondents using purposive sampling method. Data analysis methods used in this study are validity and reliability test, linearity test, normality, multicolonearity, heteroskedasticity, multiple linear analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results found that: (1) the quality of Service is partially affected by 3.244 with a significant value of 0.002. (2) promotion partially effect of 6.044 with a significant value of 0.000. (3) the quality of Service and promotion simultaneously effect of 89.077 with a value of 0.000. (4) the magnitude of the influence of service quality and promotion of the purchase decision of 58.6% while the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables that are not done by researchers.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate and analyze the effect of online promotion and price on buying decision on Zalora online store. The research method used was quantitative method. The data sampling technique used was questionnaire. The research population was the students of Institut STIAMI Kampus Bekasi Batch 2016. The sampling technique of the study was probability sampling with simple random sampling method. There were 63 samples. The study used analysis technique of multiple linear regression estimated using software SPSS version 24. The result of the study showed that online promotion and price had positive effect on buying decision. The price variable had the most significant effect and the online promotion variable had the smallest effect. The result of t-test showed that each independent variable had significant and positive effect on buying decision. The equation model had F value of 47.462 with significance level 0.000. The result of determination coefficient analysis showed that online promotion and price only explained 61.2% effect on buying decision. While the remaining 38.8% was explained by other variables not explained in the study

Abstract

This study aims to determine how employee engagement is implemented, obstacles in the application of employee engagement, and solutions in resolving obstacles in implementing employee engagement in an effort to support the work commitment of Air Traffic Controller (ATC) at Kertajati Airport. This is based on the problem in which the age of Kertajati Airport is still relatively young, many employees want to move, and employees do not have strong emotional loyalty and attachment to Kertajati Airport, so that their work commitment can be said to be low. This research was conducted at Kertajati Airport from May 2020 to September 2020. This research used a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study. Interviews were conducted with 7 informants. The concept used is employee engagement. Based on the data obtained, it can be seen that Air Traffic Controller (ATC) employees have implemented Employee Engagement. Internal and external obstacles, such as: a) differences of opinion; b) uneven training; c) misunderstanding between colleagues; d) overlapping tasks; e) the distance from Kertajati International Airport which is far from the employee's house. Efforts are made to overcome obstacles: Have lots of discussions between employees so that there are no misunderstandings or differences of opinion, take the time to go to work and go home on time so that they can arrive at their destination in the expected time

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how big the influence of work environment on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Kantor Cabang Tanjung Priokemployee performance.This research uses data and information retrieval method with questionnaire to employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Kantor Cabang Tanjung Priokwith a sample of 70 employees. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. Each respondent answered the question as much as 24 by using Likert scale.The research method used in this research is quantitative associative where in this research there are 3 variable which represented independent variable that is Insentive (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and dependent variable that is employee performance (Y)From the results of research work Insentive positive or unidirectional and significant to employee performance, satisfaction of positive and unidirectional cooperation and significant to employee performance. Insentive and job satisfaction are the same as 75.2% performance on employee performance and 24.8% release by other factors that can not be in this research
