Abstract

This study seeks to analyse the factors impacting the academic performance of Bangladeshi university students. Data were collected from 100 participants using the convenience sampling technique. Questionnaires have been used as research instruments. Microsoft Windows version 11 was used to complete the research writing and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyse the data. The researcher performed a correlation study to investigate the relation between the independent and dependent variables. Regression analysis was performed to evaluate the impact of the independent factors on the dependent variable. Regression study demonstrated that personal factors, social factors and social media involvement significantly influence the suggested model. Institutional factors and curiosity have no any significant impact on academic performance. An artificial neural network was employed to examine the non-linear relationship among the variables. The study will help the students, guardians, academicians and policymakers to understand the factors impacting academic performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning design with an approachdeep learningbased on the ADDIE model at SDIT Permata Bunda, Rajabasa District. The method used was qualitative research with a case study design. The research subjects were teachers, and the research object was the problem-based learning design.deep learningData were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that in the analysis stage, there was a need to shift from conventional learning to more contextual learning. In the design stage, teachers began to develop holistic learning objectives, while the development stage was characterized by the use of digital media such as video.gameeducational and collaborative platforms. The learning implementation demonstrated increased student participation, particularly in discussions, Q&A sessions, and real-world problem-solving. Evaluation was conducted through observation, portfolios, projects, and student feedback, which was used to improve the next cycle. Challenges that arose included limited time, resources, and teacher competency, but the ADDIE model provides a systematic framework to address these issues.

Abstract

Paradigma kepemimpinan hybrid dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam dipahami sebagai bentuk integrasi antara prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan klasik Islam dan pendekatan kepemimpinan modern dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengkajian konsep, karakteristik, dan signifikansi kepemimpinan hybrid dalam merespons tantangan manajemen pendidikan Islam yang terus berkembang seiring perubahan sosial, budaya, dan kemajuan teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research), melalui penelusuran dan analisis kritis terhadap sumber-sumber klasik Islam yang membahas nilai-nilai kepemimpinan, serta literatur kontemporer mengenai kepemimpinan modern dan manajemen pendidikan. Data dianalisis dengan tahapan seleksi, pengelompokan konsep, dan sintesis tematik untuk menemukan titik temu antara kedua perspektif tersebut. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan hybrid dalam pendidikan Islam menekankan perpaduan nilai spiritual, etika, dan keteladanan dengan prinsip kepemimpinan modern yang bersifat fleksibel, kolaboratif, inovatif, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu. Perpaduan ini melahirkan model kepemimpinan yang relevan dengan konteks kekinian tanpa mengabaikan identitas keislaman. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan bangunan konseptual kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam serta penyediaan rujukan teoretis bagi pengembangan praktik manajemen pendidikan Islam yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam dan adaptif terhadap dinamika zaman.
