Abstract

Komunikasi tertulis dalam bentuk surat resmi masih menjadi instrumen penting dalam komunikasi bisnis, namun permasalahan seperti ketidakjelasan informasi dan kesalahan tata bahasa sering menyebabkan ambiguitas dan penurunan efektivitas pesan. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas penyusunan bahasa memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan komunikasi formal organisasi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kejelasan informasi, tata bahasa, dan efektivitas penyampaian pesan dalam surat resmi pada konteks komunikasi bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi literatur (library research) melalui analisis terhadap berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif-kritis dengan pendekatan tematik yang meliputi reduksi data, pengkodean, pengelompokan tema, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tata bahasa berperan dalam membentuk struktur pesan yang sistematis sehingga meningkatkan kejelasan informasi. Selanjutnya, kejelasan informasi menjadi faktor utama yang menentukan tingkat pemahaman pesan oleh penerima. Hubungan antara keduanya bersifat kausal bertingkat yang bermuara pada peningkatan efektivitas komunikasi dalam surat resmi. Dengan demikian, kualitas tata bahasa dan kejelasan informasi menjadi determinan utama dalam efektivitas komunikasi bisnis formal.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif menuntut lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) untuk tidak hanya menguasai keterampilan teknis (hard skills), tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan soft skills yang memadai, salah satunya adalah etika komunikasi profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap pentingnya etika komunikasi profesional di lingkungan sekolah SMKN 1 Enrekang sebagai persiapan magang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 22 siswa sebagai responden. Instrumen penelitian mencakup aspek kejelasan informasi, komunikasi dua arah, penggunaan media, serta empati dan etika komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden memberikan penilaian positif dengan dominasi jawaban sangat setuju dan setuju pada setiap aspek. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa siswa SMKN 1 Enrekang memiliki persepsi positif terhadap pentingnya etika komunikasi profesional, dan penguatan komunikasi profesional di lingkungan sekolah berperan penting dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi kegiatan magang dan dunia kerja. Saran penguatan etika komunikasi profesional di sekolah terbukti berperan penting dalam membentuk kesiapan mental dan perilaku siswa dalam menghadapi kegiatan magang dan dunia kerja.

Abstract

Maintaining personal hygiene during menstruation is a crucial aspect of reproductive health, especially for adolescent girls. Lack of proper knowledge and attitude towards menstrual hygiene can lead to various health issues, including reproductive tract infections. This study aims to describe the knowledge and attitudes of 11th-grade female students regarding personal hygiene during menstruation. This descriptive research involved 57 respondents selected through purposive sampling. A questionnaire is used as the research instrument. The results revealed that 61.4% of respondents had good knowledge, 33.3% had moderate knowledge, and 5.26% had poor knowledge. Regarding attitudes, 70% of the respondents demonstrated positive attitudes, while 30% showed negative attitudes. It can be concluded that the majority of female students at the school have a good understanding and positive attitudes about menstrual hygiene. It is recommended that schools and health institutions continue to provide education to increase awareness and hygienic behavior during menstruation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using YouTube-based audiovisual media on student learning outcomes in fourth-grade science learning at SD Negeri 091273 Karang Bangun. This study employed a quantitative approach with an experimental method. This study employed a pre-experimental design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest approach. Data analysis was quantitative, with the aim of testing the established hypotheses. The study popuation was grade IV of SD Negeri 091273, located in Karang Bangun. The sample in this study was taken from one class used as a One Group class, thus comprising all fourth-grade students. The data analysis technique used in this study was 26 students.The resuts of the study were obtained from student learning outcomes, with an average pretest score of 41.84 and an average posttest score of 89.47. The Effect of Using YouTube-Based Audio Visual Media on Student Learning Outcomes in Science Learning for Grade IV at SD Negeri 091273 Karang Bangun using the Normality test and hypothesis test obtained a value of a significant leve of 0.01 <probability (0.05) and t count = 41.846 > t table = 1.708. So it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means "There is an Effect of Using YouTube-Based Audio Visual Media on Student Learning Outcomes in Science Learning for Grade IV at SD Negeri 091273 Karang Bangun
