Abstract

Di SMK Maarif 1 Kalirejo, Lampung Tengah, sistem pembayaran administrasi sekolah masih menggunakan metode konvensional. Siswa mencatat pembayaran mereka secara manual di buku dan kartu pembayaran mereka. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak pekerjaan yang tidak efisien. Tujuan membangun sistem pembayaran SPP di SMK Maarif 1 Kalirejo, memudahkan dalam sistem administrasi pembayaran. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metodologi pengembangan software SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Framework Bootstrap, database MySQL, dan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk mendesain antarmuka sistem berbasis web, serta sistem berbasis web mobile Java dan Flutter.Uji coba sistem dan produk dilakukan dalam dua tahap. Sistem berbasis web dan mobile mendapatkan skor 38, masing-masing dengan kategori sangat valid. Uji coba produk sistem mendapatkan skor 31, dengan kategori sangat efektif. Setiap proses telah disederhanakan dengan sukses, dan waktu pelayanan telah dikurangi dari sepuluh menit menjadi tiga menit dibandingkan dengan sistem sebelumnya. At SMK Maarif 1 Kalirejo, Central Lampung, the school administration payment system still uses conventional methods. Students record their payments manually in their books and payment cards. This causes a lot of inefficient work. The purpose of building a tuition payment system at SMK Maarif 1 Kalirejo is to facilitate the payment administration system. This system is built using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) software development methodology, Bootstrap Framework, MySQL database, and PHP programming language to design a web-based system interface, as well as a Java and Flutter mobile web-based system. System and product trials were conducted in two stages. The web and mobile-based systems scored 38, each with a very valid category. The system product trial scored 31, with a very effective category. Each process has been successfully simplified, and service time has been reduced from ten minutes to three minutes compared to the previous system.

Abstract

Kabupaten Lampung Tengah mempunyai banyak tempat wisata, namun masih belum ada tempat yang menginformasikan tentang tempat wisata di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dan menggunakan tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, tahap desain, tahap konstruksi, pelaksanaan, lalu sistem informasi ini menggunakan Google Maps API, MySQL berfungsi sebagai DBMS, Visual Studio Code, PHP, dan use case untuk desain perancangan sistem informasi sehingga wisatawan dapat mengakses rute dari lokasi wisata ke tempat wisata yang ingin dikunjungi. Hasil dari penelitian ini memudahkan pengunjung tentang wisata di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, terutama tempat-tempat wisata yang tersedia. Wisatawan dapat melihat rute dari lokasi wisata ke tempat wisata melalui fitur peta. Selain itu, fitur rute memungkinkan wisatawan melihat rute dari lokasi wisatawan ke tempat wisata yang mereka inginkan. Lampung Tengah Regency has many tourist attractions, but there is still no place that provides information about tourist attractions in Lampung Tengah Regency. This information system is made using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method and uses the stages of needs planning, design stage, construction stage, implementation, then this information system uses Google Maps API, MySQL functions as a DBMS, Visual Studio Code, PHP, and use cases for designing information systems so that tourists can access routes from tourist locations to tourist attractions they want to visit. The results of this study make it easier for visitors about tourism in Lampung Tengah Regency, especially the available tourist attractions. Tourists can see the route from tourist locations to tourist attractions through the map feature. In addition, the route feature allows tourists to see the route from the tourist location to the tourist attractions they want.

Abstract

Keamanan data dan informasi sangat penting untuk diterapkan bagi organisasi dan perusahaan, sebab tujuan dari keamanan informasi adalah menjaga integritas, kerahasiaan serta ketersediaan di organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut untuk mencapai Tata Kelola teknologi informasi yang baik. Ketika tidak diperlakukan dengan tepat dan benar, maka akan berdampak buruk bagi organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut yang mengarah pada masalah dan peringatan yang tidak disangka. Saat ini penelitian pada Puskesmas XYZ bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengklarifikasi keamanan Sistem Informasi. Puskesmas XYZ dalam dalam hal ini tidak pernah mengukur risiko dan tidak menerapkan manajemen risiko serta keamanan informasi secara terorganisir, sehingga data pada Puskesmas XYZ sering diretas.  Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut pada Puskesmas XYZ digunakan metode octave allegro yang berfungsi mengontrol serta membantu karyawannya mengerti arti dari informasi yang dimaksud, berikut ancaman serta risiko yang akan terjadi, sehingga pengelolaan keamanan informasi menjadi baik, efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, untuk meminimalkan banyak kemungkinan risiko Puskesmas XYZ perlu mengukur keamanan informasi. Dengan hadirnya metode tersebut dapat diterapkan pada Puskesmas XYZ untuk mengukur resiko keamanan dan menjadikan manajemen resiko terstruktur secara sistem. Diharapkan pentingnya manajemen risiko mendapat pedoman untuk perbaikan implementasi keamanan informasi dan mencari solusi atas risiko umum yang terjadi pada Puskesmas XYZ. Ruang lingkup akan diselidiki dan fokus hanya pada metode, proses dan kegiatan yang ada di Puskesmas XYZ untuk mempertahankan pengetahuan tentang risiko yang muncul. Penilaian yang dilakukan di Puskesmas XYZ mencakup 8 area mencakup uji data, infrastruktur, aplikasi, hardware, software, internet serta personel. Data and information security is very important to implement for organizations and companies, because the purpose of information security is to maintain integrity, confidentiality and availability in the organization or company to achieve good information technology governance. When not treated properly and correctly, it will have a bad impact on the organization or company which leads to unexpected problems and warnings. Currently research at the XYZ Health Center aims to analyze and clarify information system security. XYZ Health Center in this case never measures risk and does not implement risk management and information security in an organized manner, so that data at XYZ Health Center is often hacked. To overcome this problem at the XYZ Health Center the octave allegro method is used which functions to control and help employees understand the meaning of the information in question, along with the threats and risks that will occur. So that information security management is good, effective and efficient. Therefore, to minimize the many possible risks, the XYZ Health Center needs to measure information security. With the presence of this method, it can be applied to the XYZ Health Center to measure security risks and make risk management structured in a systemic way. It is hoped that it is important for risk management to receive guidelines for improving the implementation of information security and finding solutions to common risks that occur at the XYZ Health Center. The scope will be investigated and focus only on existing methods, processes and activities in Puskesmas XYZ to maintain knowledge about emerging risks. The assessment carried out at the XYZ Health Center covered 8 areas including testing data, infrastructure, applications, hardware, software, internet and personnel.

Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi sekolah merupakan aspek krusial dalam mendukung efisiensi operasional lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi administrasi berbasis MS Office Excel di SMPN 1 Kalirejo untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengolahan data administrasi. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, dan implementasi sistem. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan staf administrasi, observasi lapangan, serta studi pustaka. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis Excel berhasil meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan pengelolaan data administrasi, serta mempermudah akses dan penggunaan oleh staf. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan MS Office Excel sebagai platform untuk sistem informasi administrasi dapat menjadi solusi yang efisien dan efektif dalam meningkatkan manajemen data di SMPN 1 Kalirejo. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah lain dengan sumber daya serupa dapat menerapkan sistem serupa untuk meningkatkan administrasi sekolah mereka, dengan mempertimbangkan adaptasi terhadap kebutuhan spesifik mereka. School administration management is a crucial aspect in supporting the operational efficiency of educational institutions. This research aims to develop an administrative information system based on MS Office Excel at SMPN 1 Kalirejo to increase the effectiveness and accuracy of administrative data processing. Research methods include needs analysis, design and system implementation. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with school principals and administrative staff, field observations, and literature studies. Research findings show that the Excel-based information system has succeeded in increasing the speed and accuracy of administrative data management, as well as making access and use easier for staff. The conclusion of this research is that the use of MS Office Excel as a platform for administrative information systems can be an efficient and effective solution in improving data management at SMPN 1 Kalirejo. The implications of this research suggest that other schools with similar resources can implement similar systems to improve their school administration, taking into account adaptation to their specific needs.

Abstract

Hadirnya JKN mobile memberikan beragam kemudahan bagi masyarakat, terkusus pada layanan kesehatan. Inovasi yang telah dilakukan oleh BPJS Kesehatan diharapkan bisa mewujudkan kepuasan pengguna sebagai peserta JKN-KIS. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan sistem informasi mobile JKN di RSU Az-Zahra menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Kuesioner pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan UEQ Data Analysis Tool. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada item Pendaftaran Peserta Baru pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN memperoleh nilai diatas rata-rata (Above Average) yaitu dengan nilai Variabel Daya Tarik (1.22), Kejelasan (1.22), Efisiensi (1.38), Ketepatan(1.29), Stimulasi (1.30), Kebaruan (0.78). Pada item Info Peserta pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN dapat memperoleh nilai diatas rata-rata (Above Average) yaitu dengan nilai Variabel Daya Tarik (1.36), Kejelasan (1.43), Efisiensi (1.40), Ketepatan (1.23), Kebaruan (0.91) Variabel Stimulasi (1.39) memperoleh nilai bagus (Good). Pada item Info Lokasi Faskes pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN memperoleh nilai diatas rata-rata (Above Average) yaitu dengan nilai Variabel Daya Tarik (1.40), Kejelasan (1.38), Efisiensi (1.30), Ketepatan (1.35), Kebaruan (0.99), Variabel Stimulasi (1.38), memperoleh nilai bagus (Good). Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa pada item Pendaftaran Peserta Baru, Info Peserta, dan Info Lokasi Faskes pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN memperoleh nilai positif. The presence of mobile JKN, it has provided various conveniences for the community, especially in health services. It is hoped that the innovations that have been carried out by BPJS Health can create user satisfaction as JKN-KIS participants. The aim of this research is to determine the utilization of the JKN mobile information system at Az-Zahra General Hospital using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The method used in this study uses quantitative. Data collection techniques are using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaire in this study was conducted using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Analysis was performed using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool. The research results show that the New Participant Registration item on the JKN Mobile Application obtained a value above average (Above Average), namely with the variable values Attractiveness (1.22), Clarity (1.22), Efficiency (1.38), Accuracy (1.29), Stimulation (1.30), Novelty (0.78). In the Participant Info item on the JKN Mobile Application, you can get a score above average (Above Average), namely with the value of the Attractiveness Variable (1.36), Clarity (1.43), Efficiency (1.40), Accuracy (1.23), Novelty (0.91) Stimulation Variable (1.39) get a good score (Good). The Health Facilities Location Info item on the JKN Mobile Application obtained a value above average (Above Average), namely with the variable values Attractiveness (1.40), Clarity (1.38), Efficiency (1.30), Accuracy (1.35), Novelty (0.99), Variable Stimulation (1.38), get a good score (Good). The conclusion of this research is that the items New Participant Registration, Participant Info, and Health Facility Location Info on the JKN Mobile Application received positive scores.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas serta pelayanan pendidikan merupakan salah satu daya tarik yang menjadi perhatian masyarakat dalam memilih kriteria lembaga pendidikan, salah satunya dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi perpustakaan. Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu sarana penunjang yang wajib ada, karena keberadaan perpustakaan dapat membantu warga sekolah dalam proses belajar mengajar. Android merupakan alat hasil perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang memudahkan aktifitas manusia. Dalam perkembangannya mengakibatkan banyaknya perubahan positif dalam dunia informasi, khususnya dalam bidang administrasi perpustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang dan membangun aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis android untuk mempermudah peminjaman buku (studi kasus perpustakaan SMPN 2 PUBIAN) diharapkan mampu membantu mahasiswa dalam mencari referensi dan petugas perpustakaan dalam memonitoring peminjam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode waterfall. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di perpustakaan di SMP Negeri 2 Pubian. Hasil penelitian adalah aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis android yang dibangun oleh peneliti cukup membantu pustakawan dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku lebih cepat dan efektif. Proses peminjaman tanpa harus menulis pada buku tulis yang rawan hilang dan rusak, serta proses pengembalian tanpa mencari pada buku satu persatu yang meyebabkan banyaknya antrian siswa siswi. Improving the quality and service of education is one of the attractions that is of concern to the public in selecting the criteria for educational institutions, one of which is in the management of library information systems. The library is one of the supporting facilities that must exist, because the existence of a library can help school members in the teaching and learning process. Android is a tool resulting from the development of information and communication technology that facilitates human activities. In its development resulted in many positive changes in the world of information, especially in the field of library administration. The aim of this research is to design and build an Android-based library application to make it easier to borrow books (case study of the SMPN 2 PUBIAN library) which is expected to be able to help students in finding references and library staff in monitoring borrowers. The research method used uses the waterfall method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The location of this research was carried out in the library at SMP Negeri 2 Pubian. The results of the research are that the Android-based library application built by the researcher is quite helpful for librarians in the process of borrowing and returning books more quickly and effectively. The borrowing process without having to write on notebooks which are prone to being lost and damaged, as well as the return process without searching the books one by one which causes lots of queues of students.

Abstract

Penyiraman tanaman merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan seseorang dalam melakukan perawatan atau pemeliharaan tanaman, karena sebuah tanaman membutuhkan air yang cukup sebagai sumber penghidupannya, Pada saat musim kemarau tiba, sehinggga cuaca penjadi panas dan kering membuat kita malas menyiram tanaman mawar. Untuk mendapat kebutuhan tumbuh dan berkembang tanaman. Proses penyiraman yang dilakukan manual dapat menyebabkan tanaman mawar tidak terawat dengan baik, karena pada proses manual sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam pemantauan atau monitoring sebuah tanaman, sehingga membuat tanaman tersebut kurang baik dalam pertumbuhannya.Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah dengan memaanfaatkan sebuah alat penyiraman tanaman otomatis dengan menggunakan ESP 32 sebagai mikrokontrolernya dapat mengurangi terjadinya keterlambatan pentiraman tanaman mawar. Dengan adanya modl wifi yang tertanam pada ESP 32 dapat di maanfaatkan untuk pembuatan program monitoring yang terhubung ke jaringan internet, sehingga proses monitor dapat dilakukan dimanapun tempat asalkan ada jaringan internet.Alat penyiraman tanaman mawar otomatis berbasis ESP 32 ini dapat melakukan penyiraman ketika kelembaban kurang dari 45%. Berdasarkan penggunaan alat penyiraman otomatis berbasis ESP 32 memperoleh bahwa tanaman mawar jika akar tanaman mawar terlalu basah maka akar tanaman tersebut mudah membusuk. Hasil tersebut  lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya yang penyiramannya masih secara manual. Watering plants is an activity out by someone in caring for or maintaining plans, because a plant needs enough water as a source of livelihood. When the dry season arrives, the weather become hot and dry, making us lazy to water roses. To get the needs to grow and develop plants. The watering pocess that is done manually can cause the rose plants to not be well cared for, because in the manual process there is often a delay in monitoring a plant, thus making the plant grow less well. In this study the aim was to find out whether using an automatic plant watering device using ESP 32 as a microcontroller could reduce delays in watering roses. With the wifi module embedded in ESP 32, it can be used to create a monitoring program that is connected to the internet network, so that the monitoring process can be done anywhere is an internet network. This ESP 32-based automatic rose watering when the humidity is less than 45%. Based on the use of an automatic watering tool based on ESP 32, it was found thay if the roots of a rose plant are too wes, the plant roots well easily rot. This result is better when compared to the previous watering which was still done manually.

Abstract

Toko Sepatu Pratama  merupakan sebuah toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan sepatu pria dan wanita yang terletak di Pesawaran Lampung. Dalam melakukan penjualan, perusahaan ini menggunakan sistem offline. Setelah jam operasional toko tutup, maka penjualan akan terhenti karena tidak adanya sistem online. Penjualan yang dilakukan di luar jam operasional perusahaan, melalui BBM, whatsapp, dan e-mail langsung ke admin penjualan. Pencatatan penjualan dan pengiriman yang dilakukan manual. Sehingga admin penjualan cukup kesulitan untuk menangani satu per satu telepon yang masuk. Melihat latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem aplikasi yang dapat membantu meningkatkan dan mempermudah penjualan Toko Sepatu Pratama.  Aplikasi yang dibuat berbasis website yang dapat diakses oleh customer melalui handphone ataupun komputer. Pembuatan website ini membantu customer untuk melakukan transaksi. Transaksi yang dilakukan meliputi, pemilihan barang, penentuan jumlah barang, pemilihan pengiriman, tujuan pengiriman, perhitungan total harga barang, biaya pengiriman dan total biaya yang harus dibayarkan customer. Konfirmasi status transaksi melalui e-mail untuk customer. Website dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Secara keseluruhan, website ini telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Selain itu, membantu customer untuk melakukan transaksi. akan memudahkan pelaku usaha dalam menawarkan produknya sehingga usaha penjualan pakaian akan lebih meningkat. Pratama Shoe Shop is a shop that operates in the field of selling men's and women's shoes, located in Pesawaran Lampung. In making sales, this company uses an offline system. After the shop's operational hours close, sales will stop because there is no online system. Sales made outside company operating hours, via BBM, WhatsApp and email directly to the sales admin. Manual recording of sales and deliveries. So it is quite difficult for the sales admin to handle incoming calls one by one. Looking at the background of this problem, an application system was designed that could help increase and simplify sales at the Pratama Shoe Store.  The application is made on a website that can be accessed by customers via cellphone or computer. Creating this website helps customers to carry out transactions.
