Abstract

Coronavirus merupakan keluarga besar virus yang menyebabkan penyakit pada manusia dan hewan. Terhitung sejak 12 Maret 2020 saat Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) mengumumkan virus corona sebagai pandemi global. Adanya lonjakan kasus COVID-19 ini memberikan dampak terhadap tenaga kesehatan yang ada di rumah sakit dengan meningkatnya beban kerja. Beban kerja yang tinggi juga akan memberikan dampak terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan tersebut.tersebut. Studi ini ditulis untuk melihat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit pada era COVID-19 dengan menggunakan metode literature review pada dua database yaitu, Proquest dan Scopus. Dari hasil studi didapatkan bahwa beban kerja dapat memberikan pengaruh siginifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan pada salah satu jurnal yang didapatkan, sedangkan jurnal lainnya tidak menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan. Selain itu terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi beban kerja dan kinerja seperti umur, faktor demografi, status perkawinan, status persalinan, tuntutan mental, jumlah anak, pengalaman kerja, dan shift kerja

Abstract

Kunjungan pasien IGD di dunia maupun di Indonesia cenderung meningkat sehingga dapat menimbulkan adanya kepadatan (overcrowd) yang terjadi di IGD. Overcrowd di IGD dapat berdampak terhadap dokter yang bekerja dan meningkatkan stress kerja dokter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi overcrowd di IGD terhadap tingkat stress dokter. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review dengan lingkup yang telah ditentukan. Diperoleh total jurnal sebelum difilter sebanyak 15.969 literatur, kemudian setelah diseleksi ditemukan 3 literatur yang layak digunakan. Hasil: Bekerja di IGD meningkatkan level burnout dokter karena faktor lingkungannya seperti bekerja shift, jumlah pasien yang sangat banyak, kondisi overcrowd, dan mengambil keputusan kritikal dengan informasi yang tidak lengkap. Konsekuensi dari burnout pada dokter IGD dapat menyebabkan berkurangnya layanan ke pasien, mengancam kesehatan, hingga ke gangguan psikologis dan gangguan tidur.

Abstract

The lack of a culture of reporting patient safety incidents causes a high number of errors when taking action because ten near-miss incidents will lead to one unexpected incident. Patient Safety Incident Reporting (IKP) can be used as a learning process that can prevent the recurrence of errors and will ultimately improve patient safety and the quality of nursing care and services in hospitals. A systematic review was carried out, which aimed to identify factors that influence the reporting of IKP by the person in charge of the room in a hospital. The method in this research uses article searches through databases such as ProQuest, ScienceDirect, and SPRINGER LINK with the keywords: patient safety incident reporting; education; work experience; perception; attitude. From the search results, 1055 were obtained, then screening was carried out, 4 journals were found that met the PICO inclusion criteria, problems and research objectives. The results of this study show that based on 4 journals, generally significant factors in reporting IKP are lack of knowledge, fear and worry and the perception of not reporting uninjured patients.

Abstract

Homecare or homevisite services are one of the health services owned by a hospital or clinic. Homecare services have advantages, among others, patients do not need to come to health facilities, but health workers who come to the house to provide health services such as examining doctors, providing drug therapy and supporting examinations such as laboratories. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in Indonesia since 2020, people are afraid to leave their homes or meet other people. Since then, health services including homecare or homevisite have experienced a decline in visits. Difficulties have been felt by patients and families who have long relied on homecare services for their health needs. This study was written to look at the implementation of homecare services during the COVID-19 pandemic by using the literature review method on 2 databases, namely Proquest and Scopus. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of homecare services during a pandemic requires more effort to provide services while maintaining health protocols
