Abstract

The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) or better known as the "New Silk Road" is one of the Chinese government's economic and foreign policies, aimed at connecting Eurasian economies with infrastructure, trade and investment. The BRI policy consists of two main components: the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. China's Belt and Road Intiative (BRI) is a form of new economic power which in this case can be said to be the Image Community. Belt and Road Intiative (BRI) as China's effort to build hegemony in both the security and economic fields.

Abstract

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a mobile video game with the multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) genre developed and published by Moonton, a subsidiary of Byte Dance. Released in 2016, this game is increasingly popular throughout the world, especially in the Southeast Asia region. This research was motivated by the influence of playing the mobile legends game: Bang Bang on violent behavior. This research aims to determine the effect of playing mobile legends: bang bang on violent behavior among RW boarding school children in Muara Bangka Hulu District, Bengkulu Province. The type of research used is quantitative methods. The data analysis method used is hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between playing online games which has a significant influence on violent behavior in the mobile legends game: bang bang. This is proven by the results of the f test showing that the f-count value is greater than the f-table (13.576> 3.26) with a significance level of (0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Leadership is the power to influence someone to do or not do something. For this reason, leadership requires the active use of abilities to influence others and in realizing the goals of the organization that have been set. Leadership is a behavior of individual who leads the activities of a group to a goal that wants to be created together, so this research aims to find out leadership representation in Barbie movie. The theory used is Roland Barthes Semiotics that known as one of the structural thinkers who are keen to practice Saussure's linguistic and semioligi models. Qualitative research method is a research method used in research natural object conditions, (as opposed to the experiments) where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are triangulated (combined), data analysis is inductive. The results of this study are connotative analysis in the scene opens up deeper layers of meaning from the narrative, highlighting the psychological, social, and political aspects contained in it. Barbie's tears, as a symbol of sadness, not only reflect her emotional expression, but also connote vulnerability and weakness often related to feminine stereotypes. It shows how gender norms influence the way we interpret and respond to one's emotions, as well as reflecting power dynamics in society. The changes that take place in Barbie's home, from a beautiful and comfortable place to something she no longer recognizes, reflect the consequences of the social changes brought about by patriarchy. Patriarchy, as a symbol of masculine domination, is present in the changes brought by Ken. This highlights how patriarchal ideology affects the personal dynamics between Barbie and Ken, as well as the social and cultural structures in Barbie Land. It provides an example of how gender ideology affects everyday reality.

Abstract

Micro businesses are very good businesses whether owned by a person or an individual business entity. Most micro businesses in Piloliyanga Village do not have problems such as difficulty in getting additional capital to manage the business. So the aim of the research is to determine business capital management in Micro Enterprises in Piloliyanga Village, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. Qualitative research method, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis methods used are three interactive models, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research and discussion show that micro business capital management in Piloliyanga Village has positive impacts such as affordable prices which are more attractive to consumers so that the products and goods sold are of good quality, open employment opportunities which facilitate business growth so that there is potential for skill development and the use of social media as social media. Impacts such as negative promotion are very limited, causing micro business owners to only use free social media. Through better innovation or according to standards in supporting financial management, including planning, management and evaluation. Competitors are one of the biggest threats, giving the impression that consumers will compare. Limited product variations sometimes mean that consumers start to think and look for similar stores that are more complete.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen atas beredarnya makanan kadaluwarsa di Kabupaten Bogor, bentuk perlindungan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah berdasarkan Undang – undang Perlindungan Konsumen Nomor 8 tahun 1999, Keputusan Presiden Nomor 103 tahun 2001 pasal 67, 68 dan 69 dan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 80 tahun 2017 dengan memberikan Tugas, Fungsi dan Kewenangan kepada Badan POM dalam menyelenggarakan tugas pemerintahan di bidang pengawasan Obat dan Makanan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang – undangan, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah peran Badan POM terhadap makanan kadaluwarsa di Kabupaten Bogor. Bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen atas beredarnya makanan kadaluwarsa di Kabupaten Bogor dan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah peran Badan POM Kabupaten Bogor terhadap makanan kadaluwarsa di Kabupaten Bogor sebagai rumusan masalah di dalam penelitan ini. Penelitian ini empiris dari bahan data sekunder, selain itu, juga melakukan penelitian deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat terhadap objek yang menjadi pokok permasalahan. Dalam pelaksanaan penerapan perlindungan konsumen terhadap masyarakat, Pemerintah melalui Badan POM melakukan upaya tindakan Persuasif dalam melaksanakan aturan dan kebijakan tersebut, melakukan pendekatan secara sosiologis, seperti melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada konsumen dan masyarakat, Undang – undang Perlindungan Konsumen, Undang – undang tentang Pangan, Keputusan Presiden, Peraturan Presiden tentang Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, sebagai dasar hukum dalam melaksanakan dan menerapkan peraturan dan kebijakan Pemerintah dalam melakukan pengawasan Obat dan Makanan, Pelaku usaha, Konsumen, serta Masyarakat harus ikut berperan aktif dalam melaksanakan peraturan dan kebijakan yang dibuat oleh Pemerintah, dalam hal ini Badan POM yang merupakan Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian mempunyai kedudukan, tugas, fungsi dan kewenangan dalam membuat peraturan serta kebijakan dalam melakukan pengawasan yang dilakukan secara berkala dan intensif, sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya makanan kadaluwarsa yang masih beredar di masyarakat.
