Abstract

This study aims to examine business feasibility from an ethical perspective by analyzing the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Super Indo, a retail company in Indonesia. Employing a literature review method, the study uses Keraf’s ethical framework, which encompasses social ethics, economic ethics, legal compliance, and stakeholder rights. The findings reveal that Super Indo consistently carries out CSR initiatives that contribute to social welfare, deliver economic value, comply with legal standards, and actively involve stakeholders. These efforts not only enhance corporate reputation but also influence consumer purchasing behavior. The study concludes that ethically grounded CSR can serve as a strong indicator of business feasibility in today’s competitive environment. However, the study is limited by its reliance on secondary data without primary empirical evidence. Future research should adopt qualitative or quantitative methods to provide deeper insight. This study serves as a reference for companies aiming to develop ethical and sustainable CSR strategies.

Abstract

Flash sale campaigns have become a dominant digital marketing tactic, yet their heightened temporal pressure often triggers consumers’ fear of missing out (FOMO), leading to unplanned and impulsive purchases. However, empirical understanding of how these psychological dynamics unfold within real consumer communities remains limited. This study aims to explore how FOMO is constructed, expressed, and translated into impulsive buying behavior during flash sale events. Employing a netnographic methodology, data were collected from online consumer forums and social media discussions to capture naturally occurring narratives and behavioral cues. The findings reveal three main patterns: collective emotional contagion that amplifies FOMO, heuristic-driven decision-making under time pressure, and social validation loops that normalize impulsive buying. These insights deepen theoretical understanding of digital consumer psychology and provide actionable implications for ethical marketing practices, particularly in managing persuasive design within flash sale environments.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically map research on MSME-based culinary businesses with a focus on marketing and innovation through a Systematic Literature Review approach. The findings indicate that digital marketing and product innovation are dominant themes that significantly contribute to competitiveness, business performance, and sustainability in the culinary sector. This study produces an integrated conceptual map linking culinary business, marketing, innovation, and small enterprises. The results are expected to serve as both theoretical and practical references for the development of adaptive and sustainable culinary MSME strategies in response to market and technological dynamics.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the development of research on the financial sustainability of creative economy micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with a focus on the culinary subsector. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using a structured procedure guided by the PRISMA framework to synthesize relevant academic publications. The findings indicate that MSMEs dominate the research focus, particularly in relation to economic resilience and post-crisis recovery. However, studies addressing financial sustainability, financial management practices, and culinary-specific contexts remain limited. The literature is also dominated by quantitative approaches, highlighting the need for more integrative and context-sensitive research to strengthen the long-term financial sustainability of culinary MSMEs.

Abstract

The resilience of creative micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has become a critical issue amid accelerating digital transformation and increasing socio-economic uncertainty. This study aims to systematically map the conceptual landscape of integrating local wisdom and digital innovation as a strategy for strengthening business resilience of creative MSMEs in Indonesia, identify research gaps in the last five years, and explore future research opportunities. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was employed using content analysis of scholarly article abstracts. The findings reveal that existing literature predominantly adopts conceptual and case-based approaches focusing on cultural digitalization, community-based innovation, and adaptive resilience strategies. However, empirical generalization, longitudinal resilience measurement, and integrative theoretical frameworks remain limited. Analysis of TF-IDF trends shows a significant increase in research attention to topics related to marketing innovation and local wisdom in the digital context since 2019, peaking in 2024-2025. This reflects a paradigm shift where local wisdom is no longer seen as contradictory to modernity but as a crucial contextual foundation for digital innovation. Nevertheless, research focus remains fragmented across specific sectors such as tourism and creative agriculture without comprehensive conceptual synthesis. This study contributes by providing a structured conceptual map, identifying key research gaps, and proposing future research directions including the development of more integrative theoretical frameworks and diverse methodological approaches such as longitudinal studies and mixed methods. The findings also offer practical implications for policymakers and practitioners in designing targeted support programs for creative MSMEs.

Abstract

Indonesia’s sharia capital market, represented by the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), has shown rapid growth; however, sharia stock portfolio diversification practices and the use of financial ratios for profit optimization have not yet been applied systematically by investors. This study aims to thematically analyze various sharia stock portfolio diversification strategies and to explain the role of financial ratios in shaping an optimal portfolio based on issuers included in the ISSI. The method employed is a qualitative approach with a conceptual study design, using content analysis and thematic coding of secondary data sources, including journal articles, Islamic investment management books, Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations, DSN MUI fatwas relevant to the sharia capital market, and official reports and documents related to the ISSI. The analysis identifies several main themes: diversification strategies based on sector and market capitalization, cross-instrument diversification within sharia assets, and strengthened risk management through stock selection grounded in profitability, leverage, liquidity, and valuation ratios. These findings indicate that integrating portfolio diversification strategies with the appropriate use of financial ratios has the potential to enhance returns on sharia stock portfolios while keeping risk within acceptable limits, thereby offering a conceptual contribution to the development of ISSI based sharia investment strategies.
