Abstract

Background: In an era where the work environment continues to develop, work stress has become a significant challenge for employees and organizations. In an organization or company, there is a relationship between different people or consisting of several people, which is called dynamics. It is the differences between people that often lead to conflict in an organization or group, thus causing new problems related to work stress. Objective: This research aims to determine the relationship between the dynamics of organizational behavior and work stress challenges for a company. Research Method: The method used by researchers is a literature study. This article was written using the literature study method (literature review). Results: People, environment, technology, and structure are interrelated within an organization. If one of the elements above cannot be achieved in the workplace then this can affect a person's performance which will later have an impact on work stress levels. Individuals who experience work stress at work means that they do not have good group relationships in the organization, both with co-workers and their superiors. Everyone is forced to be able to face new challenges in this modern era. If we miss one step in keeping up with the times, we will have difficulty adapting to organizations that all use digital footprints.

Abstract

Children's health and nutrition become critical in human growth and development. This abstract reviews the literature on the effects of nutrition and child health, highlighting the importance of balanced nutrition in supporting physical and cognitive development. The correlation of nutritional patterns, children's health status, and their impact on the immune system and immune system is in focus. Cultural and socioeconomic environmental impacts, including the role of parents, are investigated to present a holistic picture. The literature review approach was used with an analysis of key findings, including the role of nutrients such as proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Research highlights malnutrition on child development and its long-term impact. Cultural and environmental factors, as well as nutrition intervention programs in various global contexts, are in the spotlight. Parental involvement, especially education and family support, is also highlighted as a determining factor in forming an environment that supports children's growth and development. Although research is overwhelming, there are still knowledge gaps, such as micronutrient deficiencies and the influence of modern lifestyle changes, that need to be filled. It is hoped that this literature review will contribute to the development of effective and sustainable intervention strategies, forming a community concerned about children's health.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has a crucial role in projects with a high risk of work accidents. Non-compliance with the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) can have serious impacts on humanitarian, economic, environmental, and legal aspects. The close relationship between workers and work accidents has an impact on productivity, making the application of SMK3 an important factor in human resource development. SMK3 not only protects workers in the company, but also involves protecting the community from the dangers caused by industrial products. The risk of hazards in the work environment can hamper worker safety and health conditions, reduce efficiency, and interfere with organizational effectiveness. Law Number 1 of 1970 regulates the implementation of K3 in all workplaces in Indonesia, including land, in the ground, on the surface of the water, in the water, and in the air. SMK3 is the most important part in the risk management of a company or organization. In an effort to form an effective SMK3, companies need to internalize awareness of the importance of K3 and provide education to employees about safety and health in the workplace. Work accident cases can cause worker suffering, decreased production, and financial losses for the company. This study conducted a literature review on the application of K3 in the textile industry. This research method is literature review with a qualitative approach. Data obtained from scientific articles/journals using Google Scholar with the keyword "implementation of SMK3 in Textile Industry Plantations". The screening results resulted in 3 articles being analyzed. The conclusion of the literature review shows that textile companies comply with the national policy of K3 and develop internal guidelines in accordance with regulations. Hazard risk identification and risk assessment are carried out to prevent accidents. The relationship of the physical work environment with work accidents was indicated in the study. Regular training and supervision of the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) demonstrates the company's commitment to safety. Periodic safety evaluations are also carried out to continuously improve safety standards. In the context of the textile industry, the implementation of K3 is not only a legal necessity, but also an investment in worker welfare, productivity, and company reputation. By involving workers in safety decisions, providing training, and continuously conducting evaluations, companies can achieve a safe work environment and support human resource development.

Abstract

The number of assignments to students has become commonplace when someone undergoes lectures in college. The number of tasks has a slight influence on the health of students, especially UINSU students who need time and energy. Whether UINSU students care about health is a question. In addition to carrying out tasks properly and on time, as students we need to maintain health. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not simply the absence of disease or infirmity. Health is not only physical or visible from the outside, but mental health is also an important aspect of health. Coupled with current conditions that make learning activities the cause of many students' current coursework and reduce the intensity of student social interaction. This paper aims to determine the effect of many tasks on the health of UINSU students. The research method used is a descriptive research method by taking data through questionnaires and direct interviews. From the data we have obtained from the results of the study, it can be concluded that the average percentage of sleep time of UINSU students before and after entering college has decreased and many students feel their eating and sleeping patterns are disturbed due to the large number of coursework.
