Abstract

One of the crucial factors in redesigning the Sedekah Online website to provide the best experience for visitors is user involvement in the interface improvement process. This study evaluates the website using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and improves its appearance through the Kansei Engineering method to better understand user preferences. The design selection process is carried out by combining the AHP and TOPSIS methods, while data from the questionnaire are analyzed using multivariate statistical techniques. By involving users in the interface design, the final result is more in line with their expectations, which increases comfort and satisfaction when accessing the website.

Abstract

Analysis and design of this decision support system aim to address issues surrounding the selection of the best supplier which is a problem at BAZNAS West Java Province. Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities for institutions, where purchasing activities are activities that have important value for the company. In making decisions to select suppliers, decision makers need analytical tools that enable them to solve complex problems so that the decisions taken are of a higher quality. In making this decision using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW is one of the algorithms for making decisions. The SAW method is commonly known as an algorithm with a weighted addition method. So that BAZNAS of West Java Province can determine the best supplier appropriately. The system development methodology used to build this system is the Prototype method. With this method, developers and customers can interact with each other during the system creation process.

Abstract

Implementation of technology information on an institution must be accompanied with security technology good information to address all threat about the safety information technology company related sustainability. The security that it is constituted in the law ITE number 19 year 2016 related to information technology security that is article 40 verse 1. The article account for all agencies that uses technology should be safe , this is also the case of PT. Kusuma Kreasi Utama. In ensuring safety to do evaluation or audit security ti to know value compliance with the application of keamaman IT, In doing evaluation or audit adherence to keamanaan IT can use framework cobit 4.1. Cobit 4.1 that talk about information technology security namely the domain DS5(ensure system security. In this research a level of maturity of 2.67 in hopes of compliance at least 3.00. As for the shortages because of several perpektif that is less that is , in the perspective of the decree of objectives as well as the measurement of , skills and expertise , and devices help and automation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the interface design of mobile banking applications at banks affiliated with HIMBARA (Association of State-Owned Banks) using the Kansei Engineering method, and to identify the most important design elements for users. The research method used is Kansei Engineering, which allows researchers to translate human feelings and perceptions into design specifications. This study involved 15 Kansei words relevant to user experience, and 4 different design specimens. Data were collected through a survey involving 55 HIMBARA bank customers as the population and research sample. Customer responses were analyzed using various multivariate statistical analysis techniques, including correlation coefficient analysis (CCA), principal components analysis (PCA), and factor analysis (FA). The results of the study indicate that certain emotional factors, such as a sense of "Safe" and "Easy to Use", are the interface design elements that most influence user satisfaction. Based on these results, this study provides design recommendations that consider the emotional and psychological aspects of users to improve the experience of using the HIMBARA Bank mobile banking application.

Abstract

This study aims to activate the influence of Competence, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in Regional Service and Tourism Companies, which is based on initial findings that employee performance in the company is not optimal. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a population of 55 employees, where the entire population is used as respondents in the survey. The analysis techniques used include correlation analysis to measure the closeness of the relationship between variables, and path analysis to assess the direct and indirect influence of independent variables on dependent variables, with the help of SPSS 16 and Excel software. The results of the study indicate that Motivation, Competence, and Job Satisfaction of employees are in the good category and have a simultaneous influence on Employee Performance of 0.653, while 0.346 is partly influenced by other variables not included in this study. This study emphasizes the importance of developing competence and motivation in efforts to improve employee performance, and emphasizes that job satisfaction plays a significant role in influencing the performance results of Regional Service and Tourism Companies

Abstract

Currently, various leadership styles and organizational cultures are applied in companies, including PT Semesta Abadi. Leadership is the art and process of influencing a group of people to work hard to achieve group goals. This process is a determining factor for the running of an organization or company. Through the leadership process, a leader can influence employees so that they can improve their performance in order to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the impact of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on PT Semesta Abadi. The research method used is a descriptive and verification research method, with a sample of 74 respondents who are employees of PT Semesta Abadi. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the study, Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, leadership style has a very significant effect on employee performance, as well as organizational culture which also has a very significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the use of group work methods in learning Indonesian to improve student learning outcomes. The subjects of this research were grade 1 students of Bina Insan Mulia Elementary School, Cisaat Village, Dukupuntang District, Cirebon Regency. The research method used is the Group Work method with the STAD type (Students Teams Achievement Divisions) in the form of classroom action research (PTK). The design in this research is the Kemmis and Taggart model. Kemmis and Taggart's model consists of four steps, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of research in cycle I and cycle II showed an increase in student learning outcomes. This is evident from the data obtained from the research, there was an increase in the pre-cycle, there were 4 students (23.52%) who completed or met the group learning indicators. Therefore, action was taken in cycles I and II. In cycle I, the ability of students learning in groups increased to 8 students (47.05%). Then continued in cycle II and there was an increase in learning abilities in groups as many as 12 students (70.58%) reached the complete criteria or met the critical thinking ability indicators and 5 students (29.42%) had not yet reached the complete criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Sumber by implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in mathematics, specifically on the topic of plane geometry. Conducted as Classroom Action Research (CAR), the study was structured into two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. The research subjects were 22 students, consisting of 9 girls and 13 boys. The study found that prior to the intervention, students had basic critical thinking skills, but lacked adequate stimulation. Through the implementation of the PBL model, there was a significant improvement in students' engagement and critical thinking skills, as evidenced by an increase in the percentage of critical thinking indicators from the pre-cycle stage to the second cycle. Initially, only a small percentage of students demonstrated critical thinking skills, which increased considerably after the implementation of PBL, showing that students became more active in expressing their ideas and opinions. The study also noted the improvement in the teacher's ability to facilitate PBL, contributing to the enhanced learning outcomes. This research concludes that the PBL model effectively develops students' critical thinking skills and suggests broader implementation in various educational contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh harga dan varian produk terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan ringan dengan minat beli sebagai variabel intervening pada santri Pondok Pesantren Gadingmangu Jombang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah santri Pondok Pesantren Gadingmangu yang berjumlah 4.120 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang akan dijadikan penelitian ini berdasarkan Rumus Slovin adalah 98 orang santri. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh positif harga terhadap keputusan pembelian tidak signifikan atau secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh, artinya harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh positif varian produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dinyatakan signifikan, semakin tinggi varian produk maka semakin tinggi keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh positif harga terhadap minat beli dinyatakan signifikan, semakin tinggi indikator dari variabel harga terpenuhi maka semakin tinggi pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli. Pengaruh positif varian produk terhadap minat beli dinyatakan signifikan, semakin tinggi varian produk maka semakin tinggi minat beli. Pengaruh positif minta beli terhadap keputusan pembelian dinyatakan signifikan, semakin tinggi minat beli maka semakin meningkat keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh positif harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli dinyatakan signifikan, jika harga dimediasi minat beli meningkat maka keputusan pembelian juga meningkat. Pengaruh positif variabel varian produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli dinyatakan signifikan, jika varian produk dimediasi minat beli meningkat maka keputusan pembelian juga meningkat.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Solok. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 62 orang sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan model skala likert kemudian diuji ke validan dan kehandalan dari kuesioner tersebut. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode Smart PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah a). Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Solok b). Lingkungan kerja Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Solok. c). Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Solok. d). Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Solok. e). Motivasi kerja terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Solok. f). Kompetensi dapat dimediasi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Solok. g). Lingkungan kerja tidak dapat dimediasi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Solok.
