Abstract

Work From Home is a new work system during the current covid-19 pandemic, namely working from home to avoid crowds and comply with Indonesian government regulations. Job Stres is a condition where a person experiences tension due to conditions that affect himself. Teacher performance is the ability of a teacher to carry out tasks in learning at school and is responsible for students who are under his guidance by improving student achievement or learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of Work From Home and work Stres on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Manonjaya during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The hypothesis in this study was tested using Multiple Linear Regression. The object of this research is the teacher of SMAN 1 Manonjaya. The census in this study amounted to 70 people. The results of this study indicate that Work From Home has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Manonjaya, while work Stres has no significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Manonjaya

Abstract

One of the growing businesses in Indonesia today is a cosmetic company. This study aims to determine product quality, brand image, and purchasing decisions of wardah lipsticks, the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of wardah lipsticks, the role of brand image in mediating product quality on purchasing decisions of wardah lipsticks. This research was conducted at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya with a sample of 236 students of the Management study program at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya class of 2018-2021. Samples were obtained through purposive sampling technique with the calculation of the Slovin formula. The research method used in this research is causality method with survey approach as quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that the type of Wardah lipstick product that is most trusted as a quality product and has a brand image on the students of the Management Study Program, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya is Exclusive Matte Lipstick. Brand Image is able to mediate the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions as evidenced by the results of the Sobel test which shows the z value obtained is > 1.96 with a significance level of 5%, which is 4.447.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of product quality, promotion, Purchasing Decisions At The Sandal Nandar Jaya Company, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a survey research method. Research data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that product quality, promotion, simultaneously significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. product innovation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze. The effect Of Shopping Lifstyle and Fashion Involvement In Impulsive Buying Product Fashion Online shop at Tokopedia The research method used in this study is causality research with a survey approach, while the types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of this research is the Students From the University Perjuangan Tasikmalaya class off 2018 to 2021who have shopped for fashion products at Tokopedia, with the sampling technique using incidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that price perception and product design have a simultaneous and partial influence on Students From the University Perjuangan Tasikmalaya class 2018 to 2021who have shopped for fashion products at Tokopedia

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of labor productivity and raw material inventory control on the Company's Operational Performance (Survey on small shoes and sandals industry in Mangkubumi District). The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a research sample of 64 respondents who are the owner, the person in charge of production, the person in charge of raw materials and the quality control team. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously Labor Productivity and Raw Material Inventory Management had a significant effect on the Company's Operational Performance. Partially, Labor Productivity has a positive and significant effect on the Company's Operational Performance. Partially Raw Material Inventory Management has a positive and significant effect on the Company's Operational Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram advertising and store atmosphere partially on buying interest at Sakka.id Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling that is purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents, the data was obtained using a questionnaire and then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Instagram Advertising is in the high category, the store atmosphere is in the high category and the intention to buy at Sakka.id Tasikmalaya is in the high category. Instagram advertising and store atmosphere affect buying interest at Sakka.id Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Kota Tulungagung memiliki bermacam macam perusahaan industri pengolahan pangan, jasa, dan usaha industry sehingga meningkatkan persaingan antar perusahaan untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen terhadap produk yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari riset ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, bukti fisik, pembayaran dan kemasan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap volume penjualan UKM Nugraha Food Tulungagung. Metode yang di gunakan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif, strategi pengujian berupa uji validalitas dan reliabilitas. uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas. uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Pengujian hipotesis seperti seperti uji simultan, uji parsial, dan determinasi (R²). Data diperoleh dari kuisioner dengan sampel keseluruhan karyawan yang berjumlah 41 orang dan diuji menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0 sebagai alat bantu pengujan. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain menjabarkan bahwa secara parsial (1) produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, (2) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, (3) tempat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, (4) promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, (5) orang (SDM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, (6) proses berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan keripik UKM Nugraha Food Tulungagung, (7) bukti fisik berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, (8) pembayaran berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, (9) kemasan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan keripik UKM Nugraha Food Tulungagung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of layout and product variation on purchas decisions through product attrativeness Baso Assyukur Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a survey method with a causal research design. The population in this study unknow and the sample is takenas many as 100 responden. The analytical tool used is pat analysis. The result showed rhat layout had a significan effect on the attrativeness of Baso Assyukur Tasikmlaya product. Prouct variations have a significant effect on the attrativeness off Baso Assyukur Tasikmalaya Product. Layout has a significant effect on purchasing decision through the attrativeness of baso Assyukur Tasikmalaya product. Produk variations have a significant effect on purchasing decision through the attrativeness off baso assyukur Tasikmalaya product.

Abstract

The objectives of this study was to determine promotion social media and buying interest in Ashika Art Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Handicraft Products. As well as analyzing the effect of promotion social media on buying interest in Ashika Art Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Handicraft Products. The research method used in this study is a survey method, while the types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of this research is the consumer of Ashika Art Rajapolah Tasikmalaya handwork center, with the sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this test prove that promotion social media has a significant effect on buying interest in Ashika Art Rajapolah Tasikmalaya handicraft products. It is recommended that the Ashika Art Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Handicraft Center further increase promotions social media so that it can increase consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of emotional intelligence and adaptability on employee engagement at Horison Palma Pangandaran Hotel. The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 47 respondents who are non-manager employees at Hotel Horison Palma Pangandaran. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Emotional Intelligence and Adaptability simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Engagement, Emotional Intelligence partially has a significant effect on Employee Engagement, and Adaptability Ability partially has no significant effect on Employee Engagement at Horison Palma Pangandaran Hotel.
