Masalah dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari hasil observasi peneliti pada karakter generesai millenial saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni : Tujuan penelitian yaitu pertama untuk mengetahui peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam membentuk kerohanian dan karakter generasi. Kedua untuk mengetahui apa saja nilai-nilai karakter kristiani yang ditanamkan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen pada generasi millenial di Sekolah Menengah Agama Kristen-Kupang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan beberapa teknik yaitu observasi dan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Cara kerja dan teknik analisis data secara objektif dan deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelebihan dari generasi millenial memiliki rasa ingin tau yang besar, dan ada banyak bentuk keunggulan dari generasi millennial baik agresif dan ambisius sikap kritis,mempunyai peran di bidang pendidikan,suka mencapai hal yang baru dan mampu beadabtasi di dunia luar. Kekurangan generasi millenial pada zaman sekarang tentu harus bekerja keras dalam membimbing dan menanamkan eitutude yang baik pada generasi penerus bangsa, sebab generasi millenial mudah terpengaruh oleh teknologi. Nilai-nilai karakter kristiani, ditanamkan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam membentuk kerohanian dan karakter. Pertama, tentang membentuk kerohanian mengalami ketidak pedulian dengan kegiatan pembinaan kerohanian.

This study aims to determine the analysis of market segmentation on sales volume through purchasing decisions (Survey of Youth Sneakers Shop Consumers). The method used is a quantitative approach with the survey method. With a research sample of 100 Consumers of Youth Sneakers Stores. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the market segmentation perceived by the Youth Sneakers shop consumers had very good criteria. The Purchase Decision of the Youth Sneakers Store has very good assessment criteria and the Sales Volume at the Youth Sneakers Store has good criteria. Market segmentation and purchasing decisions have a significant influence on sales volume in Youth Sneakers shop consumers. Market Segmentation has a significant effect on Sales Volume at Youth Sneakers Store Consumers. Purchase Decisions have a significant effect on Sales Volume at Youth Sneaker Store Consumers. There is a mediating effect of purchasing decisions in mediating the relationship between market segmentation and sales volume in Youth Sneakers shop consumers.

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence and Adaptability on Employee Engagement Hotel Parahyangan Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a case study method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 32 respondents who are non-manager employees of Hotel Parahyangan Tasikmalaya. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Emotional Intelligence partially has a significant effect on Employee Engagement, partially Adaptable Ability does not significantly affect Employee Engagement, simultaneously Emotional Intelligence and Adaptability have a significant effect on Employee Engagement Hotel Parahyangan Tasikmalaya.

Tradisi membilang hari merupakan adat istiadat di desa Munsalo yang diselenggarakan ketika ada 1 (satu) orang atau lebih meninggal dunia, sedangkan tetangga atau masyarakat yang tinggal disana berbondong-bondong untuk menghadiri tradisi membilang hari dirumah duka. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Proses pelaksanaan membilang hari diselenggarakan Tradisi ini sudah muncul sejak lama dan tradisi ini terus berlanjut hingga sekarang bagi masyarakat. Membilang hari merupakan adat istiadat yang perlu dilestarikan, kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk mendikan arwah yang meninggal dan menjalin silaturahmi kepada sanak saudara. Membilang hari inj memiliki makna yaitu untuk mendoakan arwah yang telah lama meninggal dan yang baru meninggal. Tujuan dalam membilang hari ini yaitu untuk mengingatkan tentang kematian bagi yang masih hidup agar mendekatkan diri kepada Allah Swt. Kemudian membilang hari ini sudah disepakati oleh ulama, tokoh adat dan agama serta cendikiawan yang ada di kenegrian kopah. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pelaksanaan membilang hari yaitu niali syukur niai silaturahmi, dan nilai ibadah.

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on the work productivity of Maxim Driver in Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are Maxim Drivers in Tasikmalaya City. The technique used in this research is path analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that work stress has a significant effect on Maxim Driver's Work Motivation in Tasikmalaya City. Job stress has a significant direct effect on work productivity. Motivation has a significant direct effect on Work Productivity. Motivation is able to mediate the effect of work stress on the work productivity of maxim drivers in Tasikmalaya City.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence partially on the performance of non-manager employees at Grand Metro Hotel Tasikmalaya and the influence of partial intelligence on the performance of non-manager employees at Grand Metro Hotel Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a survey with a quantitative approach. With a study sample of 32 Back Office employees as respondents. The data used is using primary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version. 20. Based on the data that have met the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test are processed so as to produce the following regression equation: Y=8.989+0.216X_1+0.735 X_2. The test results showed that it partially showed that the variables used in the study, namely intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence, had a significant effect on employee performance at the Grand Metro Hotel Tasikmalaya. Simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence together on the performance of non-manager employees based on multiple linear regression analysis tests obtained by a calculation of 108,204 significations of 0.000. By testing the Coefficient of Determination to get an R Square value of 0.783 or 78.30%. shows the magnitude of the influence of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance and 21.70% is the influence of other variables beyond the variables used in this study.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and word of mouth partially and simultaneously on Emina Cosmetics Purchase Decisions in Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers as respondents. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version.25 support application. The test results show that partially the variables used in the study, namely product quality and word of mouth have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Emina cosmetics in Tasikmalaya City. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between product quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions with a significance of 0.000. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained the value of R Square of 0.715 or 71.50%. shows the large influence of product quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions and 28.50% is the influence of variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of raw material costs and labor costs on the production volume of the Rizqfajaya Tempe Factory. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis tools and the data used are primary and secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained directly from the Rizqfajaya Tempe Factory, the data taken are raw material cost data, labor cost data , and production volume for 10 years. The calculation results show that there is a very strong relationship between the variable costs of raw materials and labor costs on the volume of production. Based on this research, the cost of raw materials and labor costs simultaneously have a significant effect on the volume of production. Partial raw material costs have a significant effect on production volume. Partial labor costs have a significant effect on production volume.

: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Product Quality, Price Perception and Distribution on Competitive Advantage at PD Tamansari. The research method used in this study is causality research with a survey approach, while the types of data used in this study are quantitative and secondary data. The object of this research is the customer of PD Tamansari, with the sampling technique using the saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that Product Quality, Price Perception and Distribution have a simultaneous and partial influence on competitive advantage at PD Tamansari.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and promotion on purchasing decisions at the Kacang Telor Bebe Company. The research method used in this study is quantitative research with a population survey approach. In this study, the purchase decision was made with a sampling method using accidental sampling, which obtained a sample of 100 people. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis show that price perception and promotion have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on competitive advantage in the Kacang Telor Bebe Company. Therefore, the Peanut Telor Bebe Company must make adjustments to Price Perceptions and increase Promotions so as to create a significant Purchase Decision.
