Abstract

The pupose of this study is to find out how the implementation of material inventory control that has been carried out at Rizar Collection convection, how to apply the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in controlling raw material inventory at Rizar Collection convection. Data collection techniques in this study is to use interview techniques, library research and observation. The method used in this study is a analytical descriptive method. The analytical tool used is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, ReOrder Point, and Total Inventory Cost method. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the calculation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method shows that the total cost of raw material inventory that must be issued by the company is greater than the total inventory cost calculated using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. Companies should follow the calculation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method so that they can save on raw material inventory costs, optimize inventory and streamline inventory costs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and predict the number of products that the company must make and estimate from the sales data owned by UMKM Nining Collection for the period January 2019 – December 2021. The method of data collection in this study is by direct observation of UMKM Nining Collection using techniques such as interviews,observations,and documentation. The analysis tool is carried out using forecasting methods such as moving average and exponential smoothing. The results of the forecasting analysis show that the 3 period moving average method is better for use in companies because it has the smallest error value. The company should follow the calculation of the forecasting method with a 3 period moving average so that it is able to predict and prepare production plans.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence leadership style and adaptability have on employee work discipline in the Pangliaran Village Office, Pancatengah District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 35 people as respondents to the Pangliaran Village Office, Pancatengah District, Tasikmalaya Regency based on 35 known population data. The data used is using primary data. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version.25. The test results showed that partially showed the variables used in the study, namely leadership style and adaptability, had a significant partial effect on the work discipline of employees at the Pangliaran Village Office, Pancatengah District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Simultaneously, there was a significant influence of leadership style and adaptability to employee work discipline based on multiple linear regression analysis tests obtained a signification of 0.001 where this value was smaller than 0.05. By testing the Coefficient of Determination to get an R Square value of 0.360 or 36%. shows the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and adaptability on employee work discipline and 64% is the influence of other variables beyond the variables used in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Total Quality Management and Supply Chain Integration on Operational Performance (Survey on MSMEs Bordir Kawalu Tasikmalaya). The method used in this study is the causal method, with a research sample of 50 respondents who are owners Bordir SMEs located in the Kawalu Tasikmalaya. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression. The results show that simultaneously Total Quality Management and Supply Chain Integration have a significant effect on the Operational Performance of MSMEs Bordir Kawalu Tasikmalaya. Partially Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on the Operational Performance of MSMEs Bordir Kawalu Tasikmalaya. Partially, Supply Chain Integration has a positive and significant effect on the Operational Performance of MSMEs Bordir Kawalu Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially consumer satisfaction based on service quality and product quality of Lazatto Chicken & Burger Kawalu. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results show that service quality and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Lazatto Chicken & Burger Kawalu, partially service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while Product quality has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction Lazatto Chicken & Burger Kawalu.

Abstract

Crime is a social phenomenon that occurs in society, not a few criminals who have been sentenced to repeat crimes. The recidivist perpetrators are very disturbing to the community, so legal action must be taken against the perpetrators so that they perpetrators no longer commit crimes. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors causing the occurrence of recidivists and the efforts of law enforcement to tackle recidivist perpetrators. The method used in this paper is normative juridical. As for the study results that the factor causing the occurrence of recidivism is economic factors, criminologists and sociologists agree that the economy is the basic cause of crime. Currently, not a few criminals repeat their actions because of economic influence. Moreover, due to social and cultural factors, a person who is given a stigma or labeled a criminal will tend to commit a crime and repeat his actions. In addition to economic, social, and cultural factors, law enforcement factors also affect the occurrence of recidivists, and ineffective law enforcement will lead to repelling the tition of criminal acts. As for law enforcement efforts to prevent recidivists, namely with maximum guidance provided by prisons, this guidance can be in the form of providing spiritual guidance, care, and independence training are given to prisoners, so it is hoped that by being given guidance, prisoners who have served their sentences can return to socializing and join forces with others. Society as appropriate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial promotion and product innovation on purchasing decisions on Al Futuh Fashion kawalu products in the city of Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study amounted to 105 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaire data. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that promotion and product innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for al futuh Fashion kawalu products in the city of Tasikmalaya. Promotion, partially has a significant effect on product purchase decisions at the Al Futuh Fashion store. Product innovation partially has a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Al Futuh Fashion store in Tasikmalaya city

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on satisfaction (Survey of Patient UPTD Puskesmas Cipedes in Tasikmalaya City) The method used is quantitative with causality method and survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers of UPTD Puskesmas Cipedes in Tasikmalaya City. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The result showed that simultaneously the quality of service and facilities had a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Partially, service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, while facilities have no significant effect on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of procduct innovation and price perception on purchasing decisions on Habib Collection UMKM consumers in Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used is quantitative research with survey method and causality approach. With a research sample of 97 Consumers of UMKM Habib Collection in Tasikmalaya Regency. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25.0. The results showed that simultaneously product innovation and price perception had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Habib Collection products, Tasikmalaya Regency. Partially, product innovation has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Habib Collection Regency products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada Analisis Kebijakan pengendalian Internal Persediaan Obat di Instalasi farmasi RSUD Waluyo Jati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, studi kasus pada RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan dengan mengevaluasi Kebijakan pengendalian internal persediaan Obat Instalasi farmasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Pemilihan Responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan pengendalian internal persediaan Obat Instalasi farmasi di RSUD RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan telah melaksanakan praktek Kebijakan pengendalian internal dan belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Namun evaluasi atas kebijakan pengendalian internal dilakukan tanpa dokumentasi yang memadai. Kebijakan pengendalian Internal bertujuan sebagai alat untuk mengawasi proses Kebijakan pengendalian Internal pada persediaan Obat Instalasi farmasi sehingga tujuan Rumah Sakit dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama yang dilakukan pada pengelolaan persediaan farmasi di RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja SPIP.
