Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Waroeng Kopi Lawas Tasikmalaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah persamaan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda Y = 9,492 + 0,462X1 + 0,303X2.  Hasil hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) diperoleh F hitung sebesar 17,733 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000, karena probabilitas lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka hipotesis diterima. Sedangkan dari hasil hipotesis secara parsial (Uji T) diperoleh t hitung untuk variabel kualitas produk sebesar 0,361 dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 dan brand image sebesar 0,254 dengan nilai signifikan 0,009, dimana probabilitas lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka hipotesis diterima. Koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,508, artinya terdapat korelasi atau keeratan sedang antara kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Waroeng Kopi Lawas Tasikmalaya. Koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,258, artinya sebanyak 25,8 % pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Waroeng Kopi Lawas Tasikmalaya, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 74,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain/ estimasi standar error (e). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah secara simultan dan parsial ada pengaruh signifikan antara Kualitas Produk dan Brand Image terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Warung Kopi Lawas Tasikmalaya. Kata kunci: kualitas produk, brand image, kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan dampaknya pada kinerja pemasaran komoditi buah manggis di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tekknik survey kepada 108 petani buah manggis yang berada di Kabupaten Tasimalaya. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan alat analisis SEM menunjukan bahwa orientasi pasar secara langsung mampu menciptakan keunggulan bersaing dan keunggulan bersaing ini mampu berkonstribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran komoditi buah manggis di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of the product innovation and product quality on competitive advantage in UMKM Mukena Embroidery Aiwawardrobe, Sukaraja District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this study is a causal method with a quantitative approach to employees with a sample of 110 respondents. The data collected in the form of primary data. Multiple regression equation data analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that product innovation and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on competitive advantage in UMKM Mukena Embroidery Aiwawardrobe, Sukaraja District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Product innovation partially has a significant effect on the competitive advantage of Mukena Embroidery Aiwawardrobe, Sukaraja District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Product quality partially has a significant effect on competitive advantage in Mukena Embroidery Aiwawardrobe, Sukaraja District, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study first is to know how the intellectual intelligence, second is to know how performance, third is to find the influence of intellectual intelligence to the employee performance. Methodology in this research is explanatory research, the researcher does not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intends to analyze and explain the influence between variables. This research was conducted on Civil Servants in the Agriculture Service of Pangandaran Regency, which amounted to 47 people within eight months. The result in this research is Intellectual intelligence in the Agriculture Service of Pangandaran Regency includes a good classification. In this way the Pangandaran District Agricultural Service communicates intellectual intelligence through good numerical intelligence and deductive reasoning. The performance of Civil Servants in the Agriculture Service of Pangandaran Regency includes a good classification. The performance of Civil Servants is closely related to Intellectual intelligence. The results of the analysis show that Intellectual intelligence has a significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants in the Agriculture Service of Pangandaran Regency, so that the hypothesis is acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the effect of relational marketing and pricing policies on customer loyalty in the B2B-based retail business in the City of Tasikmalaya. This research is descriptive and empirical. Descriptive research was conducted to obtain an overview of the attributes of online stores, consumer satisfaction and trust. While empirical research is conducted to determine the relationship between variables through statistical calculations. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires to 100 respondents who were consumers of sandal craft material stores based on Business to Business (B2B) using judgment sampling or purposive sampling techniques. As well as the analytical tool used in this study is path analysis (path analysis) where the attributes of relational marketing and price policies become exogenous variables and customer loyalty becomes variable. The results of this study indicate that relational marketing and pricing policies have an important role in creating customer loyalty. The better relational marketing and pricing policies, the more customer loyalty will increase.

Abstract

Tujuan utama yang ingin dicapai berkaitan dengan program Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (PTTG) di Perumahan Bumi Asri Dirgantara adalah memberikan pemahaman perpajakan kepada subjek. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pajak dalam Manajemen Bank Sampah dan bagaimana tata cara pelaporan pajak dan pengisian laporan pajak untuk semua kegiatan Bank Sampah. Luaran dari Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah terbit di Jurnal Nasional tidak terakreditasi. Kata kunci: bank sampah, manajemen bank sampah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial of Purchase Decisions in terms of brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles in Tasikmalya city. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population studied were 100 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The results showed that brand image and product quality simultaneously influenced the purchase decision of Honda Beat motorcycles in the city of Tasikmalya. Brand image partially influences the purchase decision of Honda Beat motorcycles in the city of Tasikmalya. Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles in the city of Tasikmalya. Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles in the city of Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Effect of Packaging and Promotion on Buying Interest (Survey of Maykroni consumers in the City of Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling and the sample used is incidental sampling. 100 respondents were taken. The analysis tool used was multiple regression equation. The results showed that Packaging and Promotion had a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Maykroni consumers in the City of Tasikmalaya. The partial packaging had a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Maykroni consumers in the City of Tasikmalaya. Partial promotion significant effect on consumer buying interest Maykroni in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality variables on patient satisfaction at RSIA Bunda Aisyah Tasikmalaya City. This study is a survey research with a quantitative approach, with 84 respondents who were inpatients at RSIA Bunda Aisyah Tasikmalaya City from January to June 2022. This study used a closed questionnaire with five alternative answers. Based on data processing, it is known that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at RSIA Bunda Aisyah with a contribution of 78.6%.

Abstract

The research method used in this study is a descriptive method of analysis with a survey approach. The population studied was 100 respondents. The data collected is in the form of secondary and primary data. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that product quality, product design and promotion simultaneously influenced the purchasing decision of Amanah Mode Karangnunggal Tasikmalya. Product quality partially has an insignificant effect on the Purchasing Decision of the Karangnunggal Tasikmalya Fashion Amanah. Product design partially has a significant effect on the Purchasing Decision in the Karangnunggal Tasikmalya Fashion Mandate. The promotion partially had an insignificant effect on the purchasing decision on the Amanah Mode Karangnunggal Tasikmalya.
