Abstract

In the pandemic era, all learning processes are transferred online using digital learning media. Learning media can be easily found by utilizing the digital era 4.0, one of which is the use of social media Instagram as a learning medium for teachers and students who can motivate and entertain students while studying. This research identified two problems: the significant improvement of the eighth-grade students at SMP N 3 Palembang and the significant mean difference between students who learned simple present tense by using social media Instagram as a medium for learning and who were not. This research was the quantitative method. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling method. The experimental and control groups were given a pre-test and a post-test to collect data. The findings of this research revealed that there was a significant improvement for the experimental class of 19.33 while for the control was only 3.57. It can be said that the research results from these two groups are the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. As a result, in the digital era, teachers can use Instagram as one of the learning media for students.

Abstract

Many women use cosmetics to beautify themselves, one of which is using lipstick to add color to the lips so that they look fresher. To get attractive colors so as to increase consumer purchasing power, many lipstick makers use hazardous chemical compounds, one of which is Rhodamin B, which is a basic coloring agent in textiles and paper but is often misused in cosmetic preparations. Rhodamin B is a synthetic dye in the form of a crystalline powder, green or reddish purplein color, odorless, and fluoresce bright red in solution. The use of Rhodamin B in Europe has been banned as it is a strong carcinogen. Another negative impact is causing liver dyfunction or even triggering liver cancer. Conducted a review of various research journals that discussed the Rhodamin B dye in lipstick in 30 journals.

Abstract

Morphological analysis helped to infer the meaning of several words, and, at the same time, learn new words. This research aims to find out, to count and to explain the kind of morpheme in Morphological Analysis of “Bahasa Inggris Think Globally Act Locally” Book 2018 Revised Edition for 9th Grades by Ministry of Education and Culture. The research method used qualitative method. To find out the data and count the result, this research used descriptive qualitative by calculating the percentages. The data displayed that free morpheme is the most common type of morpheme because free morpheme is a basic word. The number of words found was 19163 words spread over 209 pages, where bound morphemes were found as many as 3056 items which consisted of 39 items derivational prefixes, 993 items derivational suffixes, and 2024 items inflectional suffixes. It means, the result showed the use of Prefixes was only 1%. Meanwhile, the use of Suffixes was 99. Although the use of prefixes and suffixes was enequal, this book can still help students to enrich the vocabulary mastery with 30 types suffixes provides.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times, especially the development of technology and information in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 resulted in the birth of society 5.0 which makes technology part of the human being himself. In law enforcement in Indonesia, it is necessary to innovate the use of technology in proceedings so as to give birth to those that support e-court as a solution to some of the problems that exist in the judiciary in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze how the mechanism of proceeding with e-court (electronics justice system) is used in resolving cases in court and how e-court is implemented in court in accordance with the principle of simple, fast and low-cost justice. To achieve these objectives, this study uses normative juridical research methods using statutory approaches (statute approach), conceptual approaches, analytical approaches (analytical approach), and theoretical approaches (theoretical approach).

Abstract

In this context, society is entering an era where intangible assets are the company's biggest assets. However, several gaps and uncertainties are presented in the literature for understanding the value of firms based on knowledge-intensive activities. The purpose of this paper is to analyze intangible asset evaluation methods in the context of business, economics and strategic management. This study uses qualitative research. This research is descriptive, bibliographical, inductive in nature. The results of this study are on the existence of intangible asset valuation methods that are intended for certain industries, as public or private, which can be more aligned with the business context; economic or strategic management. It was found that intangible assets are a current topic and are being increasingly discussed in the literature.

Abstract

Dalam artikel penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran wanita petani kopi selama pandemic covid-19 ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara langsung kepada informan. Instrumen panduan wawancara tidak terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Ada sekitar 30 orang yang berasal dari kalangan petani kopi di desa kenawat, Kecamatan Lut Tawar, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa merasa kesulitan pada masa pandemic covid-19 ini dengan tambahan peran sebagai pengajar dalam mendampingi anak-anak dalam belajar di rumah. Ada juga sebagian dari wawancara sebagian tidak bisa menggunakan handphone untuk mengajar anak mereka, keterbatasan sinyal karena tinggal di pegunungan jaringan sangat sulit setiap mati lampu jaringan tidak ada hal ini menyebabkan kendala belajar daring bagi anak-anak sekolah saat ini. Dalam mengatasi peran ganda salah satunya tetap membagi waktu secara efektif dan seefisien mungkin dan membuat perencanaan pekerjaan setiap hari. Sehingga peran ganda petani kopi dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan seimbang dalam urusan pekerjaan, rumah tangga dan tugas belajar anak.
