Abstract

Valuation of fixed assets is one of the important issues in fixed asset accounting. The value of the asset becomes irrelevant if the use of the acquisition price does not reflect the actual value of the asset. The issuance of IFRS convergence PSAK uses the fair value of fixed assets to reflect the latest prices so that the asset value will be higher. Therefore, financial reports will provide more relevant information to users of financial reports to serve as a basis for decision making. The method used in this study is a structured review or review method so that it can identify what factors can affect the revaluation of fixed assets. The method of searching for article data sources is done through Google Scholar (2017-2022) which provides articles of scientific writing that are relevant to this research. Based on the results of a literature review of 30 articles or journals, it was revealed that a decrease in some of the operating cash flows had a positive and not significant effect on the revaluation of fixed assets. The intensity of fixed assets partially has a positive and significant effect on the revaluation of fixed assets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Karakteristik Individu dan Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada OPSDA IV Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Brantas. Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan sumber daya manusia yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas kerja seseorang dengan diindikasikannya sebagai permasalahan yang ada dapat menurunkan kepuasan kerja bagi perusahaan, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari permasalah yang sering muncul pada karyawan yaitu karyawan belum merasa puas terhadap kinerja pekerjaan yang dilakukan saat ini. Dalam metode penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 55 responden dilakukan di OP SDA IV Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Brantas. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.0 for windows. Data primer penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan adanya pengukuran skala likert menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, Karakteristik Individu, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel paling signifikan diantara variabel Karakteristik Individu dan Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

Recurrent neural network (RNN) have achieved great success in processing sequential data and yielded the state-of-the-art results in speech recognition, digital signal processing, video processing, and text data analysis. In this thesis, proposed a human action recognition method by processing the video data using convolutional neural network (CNN) and deep gated recurrent unit (GRU) network. First, features are extracted from frame every multiple of six in the videos to helps reduce the redundancy and complexity. Next, the sequential information among frame features is learnt using deep GRU network, where multiple layers are stacked together to increase its depth. The result of this study achieved 92.01% F1 Score on YouTube 11 Actions dataset. This method achieve 65.43 FPS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of members of the Pasuruan gusdurian network in fostering tolerance between religious people. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, passive participation observation and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using a model from Miles and Huberman through four stages starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research uses Max Weber's theory of Social Action. The research location was adjusted to the location of the informants and the location of the gusdurian network activities in the Pasuruan area. The results showed that the underlying thing for members of the gusdurian network to foster tolerance is based on the experience of interfaith contact, inspiration for Gusdur's thoughts and good meaning of tolerance. Efforts made to foster tolerance through activities and programs are, Gus Dur study forum, tolerance day commemoration and commemoration of Gusdur's haul, encounters with different groups and religions, utilization of social media content and the Violence Prevention Initiative Program.

Abstract

Perilaku posirif guru dapat di artikan dengan perilaku pendidik yang cenderung bermanfaat bagi peserta didik serta berperilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan peraturan yang berlaku dalam dunia pendidikan. Perilaku positif pendidik terhadap peserta didik sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Dengan kemampuannya dalam berperilaku positif terhadap peserta didiki, maka pendidik dapat menumbuhkan hubungan positif dengan peserta didik, sehingga dapat mempercepat peserta didik dalam menerima, menangkap atau menyerap semua pembelajaran yang di sampaikan. Dalam hal ini, ciri-ciri pendidik yang memiliki perilaku positif terhadap peserta didik di antaranya: Guru yang berpikiran positif, responsif, sensitive dan perhatian individual terhadap seluruh peserta didik.

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis hipotesis variabel penelitian yang mengarah pada resiliensi tenaga kesehatan yang berimplikasi pada penanganan Covid-19. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan korelasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan  dari 174 orang sebagai sampel. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik cluster random sampling secara proporsional di tiga Rumah Sakit Tentara Nasional Indonesia Di Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, yaitu: dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap resiliensi tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai p value 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Seng Bumiayu Market is a building that is still under construction, use and installation of electricity in the market building must be considered from the planning according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the General Electrical Installation Requirements (PUIL). the availability of electricity can be fulfilled optimally and the installation has been installed capable of supporting the operation of equipment that complies with standards so that security and safety can be guaranteed. The settlement method used to facilitate planning is collecting data, calculating and determining the characteristics of the building plan, determining load requirements, drawing a single line diagram, estimating the budget. The results of the calculation of the total load for lighting, exhaust fans and contact boxes are 13,327 watts, the selection of conductors and protection for lighting uses the NYM 2 x 2.5 mm2 type and the socket uses the NYM 3 x 2.5 mm2 type with MCB protection, the SDP panel uses type NYY 4 x 10 mm2 with MCCB safety and the voltage drop from the SDP panel to the load panel is 2.9 volts. Increasing the reliability and convenience of the installation system in the Seng Bumiayu Market building requires a generator set with a minimum power capacity of 15 kVA and calculating the budget for obtaining Rp. 600,000,000.-. The results of calculating load requirements, selection of conductors, safety requirements, voltage drop values ​​are in accordance with PUIL and SNI.

Abstract

Kualitas daya listrik merujuk pada tingkat keandalan suatu sistem kelistrikan terhadap standar yang ditetapkan. Tingkat harmonik arus dan tegangan dalam suatu sistem kelistrikan harus memenuhi standar yang disyaratkan dalam IEEE Std 519-2014. Hal ini dikarenakan efek harmonik akan menyebabkan rugi-rugi daya yang tinggi, pemanasan berlebih pada sistem, dan rendahnya faktor daya pada sistem. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis kualitas daya listrik dengan memitigasi harmonik di LPK Abhinaya Paramarthika Dharma sebagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk memperbaiki sistem tenaga listrik. Hasil pengukuran kualitas daya listrik di LPK Abhinaya Paramarthika Dharma diperoleh beberapa harmonik arus yang tidak sesuai standar. Perancangan filter dilakukan untuk mitigasi harmonik agar nilai Total Distorsi Harmonik (THDi) dapat turun sesuai standar dengan membuat simulasi pada software PSIM. Berdasarkan simulasi nilai THDi dengan filter harmonik dapat menurunkan THDi dari 33,91% menjadi 5,77% pada frekuensi 150Hz.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants of financial performance and firm size on company value in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021 using the purposive sampling test method, with CSR disclosure as the moderator variable. There are 20 companies in the banking industry that meet the criteria with a sample size of 60. This study utilizes multiple linear analysis methods with secondary data types. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between financial performance and firm size has a simultaneous effect on company value. Financial perfiormance has no significant impact on company value,firm size has significant positif mpact on company value. CSR cannot strengthen the relationship between financial performance and company value, while CSR cannot strengthen the relationship between firm size and company value. This is because the large size of the company, the more people will pay attentionn to the social programs implemented so that the greater the CSR is carried out.

Abstract

Nilai harga saham selalu berubah-ubah setiap waktu. Besaran nilai harga saham dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal, seperti earning per share (EPS), price earning ratio (PER), dan firm size. perusahaan-perusahaan yang memiliki efek akan terdaftar pada bursa efek Indonesia (BEI), salah satunya perusahaan makanan. tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah EPS, PER, dan firm size memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan makanan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2019-2021.
