Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implementasi marketing mix pada pembiayaan pension di Bank Syariah Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yaitu kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi marketing mix pada PT. Bank Syariah indonesia kcp kota pinang berupa 7P.Produk, pembiayaan pensiun salah satu produknya.Harga, biaya administrasi murah serta margin yang bersaing. Promosi, dengan cara mendatangi langsung calon nasabah, sosialisasi dan brosur. Tempat, lokasi strategis.Orang, karyawan yang berperan adalah Sales Force dan Consumer Banking Relationship Manager. Proses, terdapat lima proses dalam melakukan pembiayaan. Bukti fisik, PT. Bank Syariah indonesia kcp Kota pinang mempunyai bangunan yang cukup besar dan rapi.

Abstract

There are several factors that affect the company's delay in submitting the financial statements are often referred to as Audit Delay, among others IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), firm size, profitability, size public accounting firm, audit opinion, and complexity. One factor that is quite prominent is the application of IFRS that have not been uniform across all companies in Indonesia. It could also lead to Audit Delay. Firm size theoretically means companies bigger scale required to submit financial reports on time. As for profitability, KAP size, and complexity of the audit opinion is also decent enough to be considered as one of the influential factors on Audit Delay. The results of this study indicate that the application of IFRS, profitability, size KAP, audit opinion, and complexity does not have a significant impact on the delay for submission of financial statements. Finaly, a factor that leads to significant effect of time delay submission of financial statements is the size of the company.

Abstract

In early March 2020, the Indonesian government informed that there were two cases of Corona Virus or Covid-19 with the spread of this corona virus occurring rapidly and continuing to increase day by day. The transmission of this corona virus is quite significant because its spread has reached all countries in the world. . This study aims to find out what policies have been carried out by the government to deal with the current outbreak and see the economic impact that has occurred in Indonesia. This research shows that policies made by the government in handling Covid-19 can indirectly cause a slowdown in economic growth in Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has resulted in a decrease in income, and even mass terminations. TheIndonesian government is expected to be more swift in dealing with the decline in economic growth in Indonesia caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine issues of ethics and corporate governance that occurred in the corruption case of PT. ASABRI. This research used is a qualitative approach with literature study. Corruption case of PT. ASABRI occurred as a result of the company management agreement with outsiders to manage the company's investment. Based on the chronology, there are ethical issues in decision making and poor company management. There are several solutions that can be taken such as building a corporate culture, implementing Good Corporate Governance guidelines, and implementing a comprehensive risk management system and internal control system.

Abstract

Knowledge of body hygiene is a critical issue as a determinant of adolescent health status. One of the efforts in maintaining and caring for the cleanliness of all members of the body is personal hygiene. The study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and body hygiene in adolescents at the Syaikhona Kholil 2 Islamic Boarding School Madura. Descriptive cross sectional manuscript research design. The sample is 42 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The level of knowledge of adolescents at the Syaikhona Kholil 2 Islamic Boarding School Madura is categorized into 3, namely low, medium, and high. From the result of the study showed that as many as 12 respondents (28,56%) were in the low category, 20 respndents (47,62%) were in the medium category, 10 respondents (23,8%) were in the high category. Spearman test result with p-value 0,008<0,05 there is a significant relationship between knowledge and body hygiene in adolescents at the Syaikhona Kholil 2 Islamic Boarding School Madura will pay more attention to body hygiene and it is hoped that the boarding school supervisors will often monitor adolescents who are related to body hygiene.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan artikel review yang fokus pada sikap karyawan sebagai respon implementasi gaya kepemimpinan melayani dalam organisasi dan termasuk dalam faktor pendorong yang mana, intern atau ekstern. Sikap-sikap karyawan termasuk ke dalam faktor pendorng intern dan ketiga jenis faktor pendorong memgakomodasi sikap karyawan sebagai respon gaya kepemimpinan melayani. Harapannya artikel ini bisa melengkapi khazanah artikel review tentang faktor-faktor pendorong timbulnya sikap karyawan dalam kepemimpinan melayani. Adapaun tujuan artikel ini adalah mendeskripsikan sikap karyawan yang timbul sebagai akibat model atau gaya kepemimpinan melayani termasuk ke dalam faktor pendukung yang mana.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji bahwa knowledge-oriented leadership merupakan salah satu model strategic leadership yang berhubungan dengan sustainable competitive advantage. Artikel ini juga ingin memaparkan bahwa penting bagi pemimpin strategis untuk mempunyai kapabilitas melakukan inovasi organisasi yang dikomunikasikan kepada semua anggota organisasi agar tercipta lingkungan yang berkembang dengan baik. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan penelusuran pada artikel-artikel terdahulu, dan nampak terdapat kesepakatan mengenai arah kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada pengetahuan mempengaruhi keberlanjutan keunggulan kompetitif, dan juga dapat ditujukkan melalui inovasi dan kreatifitas anggota organisasi.

Abstract

Abstract

At this time, information technology is increasingly experiencing developments that are in line with the development of human labor. Information technology has changed a lot in organizations and businesses. This study aims to find out and analyze whether the accounting information system on credit sales at PNM is adequate. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach. The object of this study is MPM Motor Bondowoso, a company engaged in the sale of motorcycles, spare parts and vehicle service. The results of this study show that the sales accounting information system at MPM Motor Bondowoso is categorized as quite good and adequate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload and Compensation on Employee Loyalty (Census on Employees of the Shopee Express Driver and Rider Package Delivery Section in Tasikmalaya City). This study uses the census method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a research sample of 30 people, using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS version 25. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results showed that workload and compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee loyalty. Workload partially has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Compensation partially has no significant effect on employee loyalty.
