Abstract

Based on the results of observations at SMA Putra Al Azhar, it shows that when learning students have difficulty in Biology lessons, especially material on the reproductive system. Students' learning difficulties are due to the fact that all students are boarding school children, the activities of the boarding school are very dense, students are not allowed to hold cellphones, students only have student worksheets from school which contain very short material. Based on the results of interviews with teachers, it is stated that teachers are very difficult without books or modules to help learning. The teacher should explain more because the students are not prepared to study at all. Based on the results of the questionnaire given to students and teachers, it shows that the development of practical teaching materials is needed to support learning. The module was chosen because it can facilitate students to learn, both with the teacher and independently. The purpose of this study was to produce teaching materials for reproductive system materials at SMA Putra Al-Azhar Pasuruan. The development of teaching materials uses the Four-D development model. Data analysis in the form of descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive data. The results of the development of teaching materials in the form of the Reproductive System Module. The teaching materials in the form of modules have been revised based on the validation results from expert validators and small group trials. Based on the percentage of validity obtained from material expert validators and small group trials, the Reproductive System Module developed has met the valid criteria and can be used with a percentage gain of 89.7%. Product revisions were made based on comments and suggestions given in small group trials. This Reproductive System module is equipped with instructions for use, discussions, assignments, summaries, test questions, reflections, answer keys, assessments, and a glossary.

Abstract

An effective learning process requires the teacher to determine teaching strategies so that students can learn actively. One step that must be done is the application of innovative learning models. The learning model developed in this research is believed to have high relevance is a scientific learning approach model. Observations made by the author, still found learning that has not been able to trigger student activity and there are still many students who score below the KKM. This study aims to describe the application of learning with a scientific approach to improve student learning outcomes in the VID class. The results showed that student learning outcomes improved. In the stage before improvement there were only 6 of 29 students or 21% who experienced mastery learning, increased to 18 of 29 students or 62.06% who experienced mastery in the first cycle, and experienced a significant increase to 25 of 29 students or 86.20 % of students who have mastery completing cycle II, and classically have completed mastery learning which is more or equal to 85% of students who have completed. So through the application of ascientific approach to the subject matter of building mathematics subjects in the VID grade at SD Negeri Lidah Wetan II / 462 Surabaya in the academic year 2019/2020 it can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the influence the professional competence of teachers for teaching social studies in SMP Palu. The method used is survey with descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The population in this study are all teachers IPS certified in Palu City Junior High School, as many as 116 people. Number of samples are 58 people using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using Likert scale model questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study using Normality Test Instruments, Test Analysis Coefficient of Determination, Validity Test Instruments, Test Reliability Test Instruments and Descriptive. Meanwhile, hypotheses using simple regression test. The results showed two-normally distributed variables to test for normality using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and Analysis of reliability for variables X and Y calculated by Cronbach alpha formula. While on the significance test using the t test and F test at significance level with a value of α = 0.05. The results showed there is a positive and significant impact on the professional competence of learning with linear regression equation Y = 11.032 + 0,954X2 with a percentage of 29.2% significance.

Abstract

Organizing innovative and quality education in order to produce professional and competitive primary school educators is the vision of the elementary school teacher education program in Trunojoyo Madura University. One form of educational innovation is to develop learning media that supports educators. Learning media is important in the learning process. The presence of learning media is able to bridge the obscurity of the material presented. One of the materials needed for its delivery is animal metamorphosis. Characteristics of animal metamorphosis material are difficult to present in class and in a short amount of time. The objectives of the research carried out are to: (1) produce learning media for metamorphosis of animals and interactive multimedia in elementary science subjects; and (2) learning the feasibility level of learning media for animal metamorphosis and interactive multimedia in elementary science subjects. This research uses research and development methods. The development model used is 4D. The research subjects were third semester students in the Natural Sciences elementary school. The instruments of data collection used consisted of questionnaire sheets. The results showed that the metamorphosis of animal media and interactive multimedia was appropriate to be used with very good categories in terms of media and material aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of students in developing teaching materials in the Bioentrepreneur course in the pandemic era. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. Collecting data using questionnaire, interview and observation techniques. The results showed that (1) 95.8% of students used reading materials in the form of writing on the website, (2) 51.9% of students stated that the most difficult topic in the Bioentrepreneur course was Financial Management, (3) 85.2% of students needed material. teaching in the form of learning videos. The conclusion of the research is it is necessary to develop teaching materials in the form of learning videos on the topic of analyzing financial management in the Bioentrepreneur course in the pandemic era
