ANTHOR Education and Learning Journal is a scientific publication medium for research studies, academic thoughts, and critical-analytical studies in the field of science and technology, particularly in education and learning, with e-ISSN: 2963-198X and p-ISSN: 2963-2498. This journal aims to disseminate scientific knowledge derived from research and serve as a reference for academics. Eye and Foot Coordination of Football Shooting Skills at Club FC Bentra Benayah. This type of research is correlational research, namely a statistical tool, which can be used to compare the measurement results of two or more different variables to determine the level of relationship between these variables. The population is all research subjects, the population in this study is all players at Club FC Bentra Benayah totaling 18 people. The sample for this study used a total sampling technique, meaning that the entire population was sampled. So the number of samples in this study was 18 men. Based on the analysis of the data obtained a) There is a Power contribution to the Shooting skills of Club FC Bentra Benayah by 22.74%. seen from the value of r count (0.477) > r table (0.468). b)There is a contribution of eye and foot coordinationto the Shooting skills of Club FC Bentra Benayah by 27.39%. seen from the value of r count (0.523) > r table (0.468). c)There is a contribution of Power and eye and foot coordination to the Shooting skills of Club FC Bentra Benayah by 28.11%.seen from the value of r count (0.530) > r table (0.468).

This research was conducted from the existence of problems found after observations were made at SMK Global Pariaman which found the problem that students and teachers only rely on manual learning and still use printed books, worksheets without using computer technology-based learning media. up-to-date and 3 D (three dimensions). Therefore, the authors are interested in designing learning media based on Augmented Reality in order to increase students' interest in learning, while the aim of this research is to produce a valid, practical and effective Augmented Reality-based learning support media design for Hospitality Accommodation. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Luther-Sutopo version of theMultimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept, design. design), material collecting (collection of material), assembly (manufacturing), testing (testing) and distribution (distribution). And there are three product tests carried out in this study, namelyvalidity tests given to expert lecturers or subject matter experts, practicality tests conducted bystudy teachers in the Hospitality Accommodation subject and effectiveness tests given to studentsin SMK Global Pariaman X. According to the results of product tests that have been carried out by the author from the validity test, the average value is 0.8 which is declared valid, and for the practicality test, the average value is 0.88. which is stated to be practical and for the effectiveness test to get the average value is 0.76 which is declared effective.

In this article, the author wants to see how important multicultural education is, especially inreligion-based development. Interestingly, Islamic education must be able to consider multicultural education as an indicator of realizing the goals of Islamic education. This study uses a literature study research method. The data used in this study uses secondary data in the form of research results such as books, journals, articles, and other relevant sources. Data analysis techniques in this study used content analysis data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that multicultural Islamic education can be used as a new approach to changing people's ways of thinking and perspectives, as well as attitudes and behavior skills in a pluralistic life. In this context, multicultural Islamic education offers a spirit of religious life based on peace, tolerance, respect for diversity, and other attitudes that support human values and the spirit of Indonesian unity.

The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the quality of life of the elderly inGraha Mustamindo Housing 3 Rt. 09 Long Rimbo Village. The approach to this study is descriptive, namely a method that aims to describe the quality of life of the elderly at Graha Mutamindo Housing 3 Rt. 09 Rimbo Panjang Village. This research was conducted from December to January 2022. This research was carried out at Graha Mustamindo Housing 3 Rt. 09 Rimbo Panjang Village with the consideration that Graha Mustamindo Housing 3 Rt. 09 is an area with a lot of elderly people. The population in this study were all the elderly in Graha Mustamindo Housing 3 Rt. 09 Rimbo Panjang village, namely 35 families. the number of samples in the study was 35 respondents to be able to describe the quality of life of the elderly at Graha Mustamindo Housing 3 Rt. 09 Rimbo Panjang Village. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, namely taking all members of the population as samples. This research is descriptive research where research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 35 elderly people at Graha Mustamindo Housing 3 RT 09 Rimbo Panjang Village. Based onunivariate analysis, it was found that the quality of life of the elderly in Graha Mustaminedo Housing 3 RT 09 Rimbo Panjang Village, as many as 28 elderly (76.5%) perceived their quality of life to be good, 5 elderly (21.0%) perceived their quality of life to be moderate, 1 elderly (1.2 %) perceive their quality of life as bad, and 1 elderly (1.2%) perceive themselves very badly.

This study aims to determine the problems of learning Al-Quran Hadith in class X students at Man 1 Ponorogo. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The data in this study are in the form of systematic observation and recording of the symptoms that appear on the object of research, as well as interviews with teachers of the Qur'an Hadith subject at class X in Man 1 Ponorogo. The results of the discussion in this study indicate that the problems of learning the Qur'an in Man 1 Ponorogo include weak student abilities, some students cannot read the Qur'an with recitation rules, reading it is still halting and some students still cannot write Arabic. this is due to the heterogeneous background of the students and the lack of parental participation. In addition to the student factor, there is also a lack of learning tools and resources to support Al-Qur'an learning activities. As for the efforts made in overcomingthe problems of learning the Qur'an by holding a tadarus of the Qur'an for all students. In addition, one of the efforts made to overcome the problems of learning the Qur'an is by giving assignments or recommending reading the Qur'an at their respective homes. carry out self-development activities that are carried out regularly every day, provide direction to students and hold Tahfid activities, provide special guidance and motivation so that students are interested in learning without coercion, the most important thing is consistency in learning Al-Qur'an hadith) and holding additional juz 'amma.

The purpose of this research was to determine the contribution of arm muscle power and hand-eye coordination to the volleyball extracurricular serve of SMAN 1 XIII Koto Kampar. The type of this research is multiple correlations. The sample in this study was 28 extracurricular students at SMAN 1 XIII Koto Kampar. The research instruments used were the overhead medicine ball throw test, the hand-eye coordination test and the volleyball serve test. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the contributionvalue from the multiple correlation values. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that (1) there is a contribution of arm muscle power to the volleyball service for extracurricular students at SMAN 1 XIII Koto Kampar by 25.30% with r.count = 0.503 > r.table = 0.374, (2) there is a contribution to the eye and hand coordination on the volleyball extracurricular service for SMAN 1 XIII Koto Kampar students by 18.66% with r.count = 0.432 > r.table = 0.374, (3) There is a contribution of arm muscle power and eye and hand coordination to the volleyball service for extracurricular students at SMAN 1 XIII Koto Kampar is 33.99% with r.count = 0.583 > r.table = 0.374.

This study aims to develop student worksheets (LKS) based on valid discovery learning. Theresearch method used is research and development using the Dick and Carry development model. The Dick and Carey development model consists of 10 stages, namely identifying teaching objectives, conducting instructional analysis, identifying initial behavior/student characteristics, formulating performance goals, developing benchmark reference tests, developing teaching strategies, developing or selecting teaching, designing andimplementing formative evaluations, writing teaching tools and revisions. The data collection instrument in this study used a validation questionnaire, which consisted of language, media, and material validation. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained directly from the validator through testing the validity of student worksheets (LKS) based on discovery learning. The results of this research and development resulted in a discovery learning-based Student Worksheet (LKS) with a percentage value of material eligibility of 81.94% included in the very good category, media feasibility of 86.40% included in the very good category, and language feasibility of 75% in the good category.Based on the findings in this study, it can be concluded that the student worksheets (LKS)based on discovery learning are appropriate for use as learning media.

The purpose of this research was to determine the improvement of the basic technical skills of front roll floor gymnastics through the demonstration method for students of SD Negeri 015 Sumber Sari Kecamatan Tapung Hulu. The type of this research is PTK. The subjects of this study were 3rd-grade students at SD Negeri 015 Sumber Sari Kecamatan Tapung Hulu, totaling 27 people. The research instrument used was the front roll technique performance test. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the classical completeness scores achieved by students and the percentage of student category scores. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in forward roll through the variation method in students of SD Negeri 015 Sumber Sari Kecamatan Tapung Hulu with an average student skill score of 80.56, in the competent category with classical completenesspercentage of 85%.

The purpose of this research is as an alternative strategy to improve teachers' ability to compile learning administration online through coaching conducted by school supervisors using Google Drive. The method used is a literature review and simple observations through a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording, and managing study materials sourced from books and simple observations from supervisory documents, journal articles, books, and the web. The results of the writing obtained that the teacher coaching strategy by school supervisors is an effort by school supervisors to provide direction and guidance to teachers to improve teachers' knowledge and skills and improve the quality of education in schools, especially in terms of preparing learning administration.

The purpose of this research was to develop DAR (Descriptive, Announcement, and Recount Text) Application Based Android in Reading English Text for Senior High Students in grade X. The researcher used Research and Development (R&D) method and adapted ADDIE models. Based on the resulting development the researcher got a result of media validation 95,8% scores, which was the “very good” category. In the material validation, the researcher got 92,1% scores, which was a “very good category”, and in the result of product implementation, the researcher got 92,1% scores, which was a “very good” category. Fromthose data, it can be concluded that DAR Application was feasible as a learning media forteaching-learning English.
