Abstract

Introduction; In 2022, the Haurpanggung Community Health Center had a coverage of 405 people (6.61%) using MKJP for implant contraception. Fear of pain during Implant insertion is a major source of anxiety for many clients and is the reason for low implant coverage. One non-pharmacological way to reduce a person's anxiety level when an implant is being installed is with lavender aromatherapy. Objective; The aim of this research was to determine the effect of giving lavender aromatherapy on anxiety levels in birth control implant acceptors. Methodology: This research uses a quasi-experiment with a pretest posttest one group design. The population in the study included 30 implant acceptors. The sample in the research used total sampling. The instruments used were HRS-A observation sheets and technical instructions for administering lavender aromatherapy. Data analysis uses paired sample test. Research Results: The anxiety of prospective contraceptive implant acceptors before being given lavender aromatherapy was 14.40 and after the intervention was 9.57. Bivariate results show a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: There is an effect of giving lavender aromatherapy on anxiety levels in contraceptive implant acceptors. Suggestion: It is hoped that this will provide information and increase knowledge for prospective contraceptive implant recipients to use non-pharmacological management to reduce anxiety using lavender aromatherapy.

Of the 11 heads of families, the research objects were children aged 2-4 years in several families. This is based on the influence of the first language on the child's language through the family environment which researchers have observed during observations and by looking at their linguistic background. The data analysis technique is conducting interviews to collect data and then carrying out reductions (summaries) to create a research focus, then the researcher describes the data in the form of interviews and then concludes to present the research results. Based on the results of this research, it was found that the first language (Sasak language) greatly influences children's language development in the family environment in Pelembak Village. This results in weak mastery of the Indonesian language. The factors that influence the first language (Sasak) on children's language development in the family environment in Pelembak Village are: parental, family, social environment, education and technology factors.

Abstract

Biophysical holography is an innovative technology that offers unique capabilities in detecting and analyzing disease at the cellular level. This article discusses the potential applications of biophysical holography in the diagnosis of cellular diseases through non-invasive, high-resolution observation and dynamic analysis of cell structure and function. By utilizing the principle of light interference, biophysical holography is able to reconstruct three-dimensional images of cells in real-time, enabling the identification of abnormalities in cell structure and behavior, such as changes in morphology, membrane dynamics and molecular interactions. Recent research shows that this technology can support early detection of cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and pathogenic infections. Additionally, biophysical holography offers the opportunity to increase efficiency and accuracy in clinical diagnosis, while reducing the risks associated with invasive procedures. With the development of optical and computational technology, biophysical holography has great potential to become a standard method in precision medicine. Further research is needed to overcome challenges in clinical implementation, such as cost, portability, and technical validation. This article provides a comprehensive overview of the advantages, limitations, and future prospects of biophysical holography in supporting the cellular-based diagnostics revolution.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the enforcement of administrative sanctions related to health promotion in Indonesia. This research is motivated by the increasing number of cases of the spread of misleading health information in the digital era, which can be detrimental to society, one of which is excessive claims made on TV broadcasts. These clinics are the White Herbal Clinic (aired on Jak TV), Zona Therapy Clinic (Elshinta TV and Jak TV) and Tramedica Clinic (Jak TV). Other violations in the advertisement include excessive claims that they are able to cure various types of diseases just by following therapy and consuming the medicine provided, using healing methods through herbs or medicines and actions whose benefits and safety have not been proven, apart from that it also presents testimonials from patients that appear to be If you managed to recover after following therapy and taking certain herbal medicines. It is clear that this case violates the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1787/MENKES/PER/XII/2010. The method used in this research is normative juridical with a conceptual approach and analysis of applicable laws and regulations. The research results show that enforcing administrative sanctions against health service advertisements and publications requires synergy between various related agencies, such as the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM), the Ministry of Health, and law enforcement officials. Coordination between these institutions is needed to overcome the challenges of monitoring health information, especially on digital platforms, as well as providing strict sanctions against perpetrators who are proven to have violated them. In addition, this research also found that public education about consumer rights in the health sector is an important key in creating safe and responsible health advertising and promotion.

Abstract

Technological developments and globalization also contribute to the complexity of corruption crimes. Information and communication technology allows corrupt actors to hide their traces more sophisticatedly, making it difficult to investigate and enforce the law. As a concrete step in supporting the confiscation of assets resulting from criminal acts, there is a discourse to specifically regulate the confiscation of assets through a separate law. As a concrete step in supporting the confiscation of assets resulting from criminal acts, there is a discourse to specifically regulate the confiscation of assets through a separate law. This study aims to find out how urgent it is to establish a law on the confiscation of assets resulting from corruption crimes. This study use a normative juridical research method using a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The results of this study show that the establishment of a law on the confiscation of assets resulting from corruption crimes is an indispensable step in Indonesia considering the complexity and wide impact of corruption crimes. Corruption not only harms the country's finances but also reduces public trust and hinders economic development. The implementation of the asset forfeiture law cannot run effectively without the active role of supervisory and law enforcement agencies such as the Corruption Eradication Commission (CEC), the Financial Transaction Reporting and Analysis Center (FTRAC), and the Prosecutor's Office. These institutions play a role in tracking, supervising, and implementing the confiscation of assets derived from corruption crimes.
