Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan, aims to promote scientific publications on Law, Education, and Society in its broadest sense covering textual, Historical, and Empirical. The journal contains original research articles based on literature and/or empirical research in the fields of Law, Education, and Society particularly, but not limited to, six main topics, namely (1) Islamic Law and Legislation, (2) Islamic Law in Classical and Modern Social Life, (3) Islamic Education Philosophy, Curriculum, and Methodology, (4) Islamic Education Management, Policy, and Innovation, (5) Islamic Sociology and anthropology, (6) Islamic Community Empowerment. The journal encourages articles that take a multidisciplinary approach to these topics. Abstract

Education is an effort to prepare students to be able to carry out roles that require mastery of knowledge. According to Imam Al-Ghazali, true education is a means of getting closer to Allah SWT. Education leads people to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter, as well as a means of spreading virtue. This research aims: "To determine the relevance of Imam Al-Ghazali's educational thoughts on Islamic religious education at SMAN 1 Tanah Java in the Millennial Era." The type of research used in this research is Qualitative Research. The data sources in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data sources in this research are Islamic religious education subject teachers and Muslim students, while the secondary data sources in this research are literature studies, references, documentation and observations. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research shows that the relevance of Imam Al-Ghazali's educational thoughts is very relevant to educational goals, methods and educational subjects for educators at SMAN 1 Tanah Jawa. The results of the research on Islamic religious education at SMAN 1 Tanah Jawa which are relevant to Imam Al-Ghazali's educational thinking are seen in the objectives of Islamic religious education which have the aim of emphasizing the moral education of students as a means of getting closer to Allah SWT, to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter. It is also seen in the methods used in learning Islamic religious education as well as the educational subjects seen in teachers. And it is still less relevant to the curriculum and educational subjects seen by students.

Abstract

Gambaran umum tentang pandangan masyarakat etika dan akhlak adalah bagaimana pendapat masyarakat mengenai etika dan akhlak pada anak di usia remaja yang berada di kecamatan blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues apa saja dampak negative dari kurang nya penerapan etika dan akhlak pada anak di usia remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Agar lebih mengetahui bagaimana  pendapat masyarakat blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues tentang etika dan akhlak pada anak di usia remaja  yang berada di kecamatan blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues di desa penampaan. Agar mengetahui dampak negative dari kurang nya penerapan etika dan akhlak pada pandanfan masyarakat tetang etika dan akhlak anak di usia remaja di kecamatan blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues di desa penampaan. Metode penelitian adalah Sesuai dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian, maka digunakan metode eksperimen teknik analisis kuantitatif. Metode eskperimen adalah suatu metode penelitian yang menekankan kepada pengendalian atau pengontrolan atas objek yang diamatinya dan tujuannya adalah untuk mendemontrasikan adanya jalinan sebab akibat antarvariabel dependen dengan variabel independen. Teknik analisis kuantitatif adalah suatu cara mengolah data dalam bentuk mancari informasi dari kepala desa penampaan kecamatan blangkejeren dan Tokoh adat . Dalam disain eksperimen terdapat kelompok yang disebut kelompok eksperimen. Kesimpulan adalah hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan kesadaran bagi remaja di kecamatan blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues di desa penampaan.dan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi remaja di kecamatan blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues di desa penampaan, serta membantu kepala desa membina para remaja supaya memiliki Etika  Dan Akhlak  Pada  Remaja Di Desa Penampaan Kecamatan Blang Kejeren Kabupaten Gayo Lues.

Abstract

The research objectives are; First, to determine student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs. Second, to determine student compliance with regulations. Third, to determine the correlation between student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs and compliance with regulations at the Haji Datuk Abdullah Tanjung Morawa Private Madrasah Aliyah school. This type of research is quantitative, data collection techniques are carried out using observation, documentation and questionnaire methods. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using statistical analysis using the product moment correlation formula. The results of the research show that student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs with the highest score is 95 and the lowest is 75. Calculation of the average student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs shows that the score is 81, including in the medium category which is located in the interval 81-85. From the results of calculating the average compliance with school regulations, it is known that the value is 74.16, namely in the interval 71-76 and is included in the medium category. According to calculations using the product moment correlation formula, namely the calculated r value = 0.509 and the r table value at a significant level of 5% from the r table distribution table, and the formula for the r table (df=n-2) df=36-2=34 then, rtable of 34 is 0.339. Because r countr table, the results are significant. This means that the hypothesis which states that "there is a correlation between student achievement in the Aqidah Akhlak subject and compliance with regulations at the Haji Datuk Abdullah Tanjung Morawa Private Madrasah Aliyah School for the 2022/2023 academic year" is accepted as true.

Abstract

This research discusses the concept of magic, the interpretation of Al-Qur'an verses about magic, and its influence on a Muslim's faith according to the interpretation of Al-Misbah. This research is qualitative research in the form of literature research. The results of the research show that the concept of magic in Islam is based on the context of the Al-Qur'an as a strange or miraculous (occult) act that is unknown according to custom beyond human expectations. Magic shows amazing or extraordinary things, but it is not like a miracle, nor is it sacred. Magic can be done through words, actions, amulets, oaths and other things shown by the sorcerer. Analysis of the interpretation of Al-Quran verses about magic in a Muslim's faith in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 102, Yusuf verses 77, 81 and 82, and Thaha verses 67 and 69 interpret that magic as in the time of Prophet Sulaiman and Prophet Isa is deception. and the deeds of Satan. According to Al-Misbah's interpretation, the influence of magic on Muslim faith is an act of shirk, namely an act that involves forces other than the power of Allah SWT. According to Quraish Shihab in his interpretation of Al-Misbah in several letters and verses, believing in magic and committing acts of magic are acts of shirk that can damage a person's faith.

Abstract

School is a place where children learn to interact with other people. Schools must build a culture that prioritizes moral aspects, love, gentleness, respect for differences, and abstain from violent attitudes. Schools must improve emotional intelligence which influences students' moral factors (behavior) in order to achieve quality education. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely statistics. Data collection uses the following techniques, questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. Emotional Quotient has a great influence on student morals. This is based on the results of analysis using a simple linear regression formula and obtained Fcount results of 138.555 with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. From the test results, it is known that the influence of emotional quotient on student morals is 61.2%, this shows that there is still 38.8% influence from other variables that were not examined in this research. From the results of the coefficient of determination test with a correlation coefficient R of 0.782, it is concluded that the influence of emotional quotient on student morals is strong.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan pondasi peradaban suatu bangsa. Bangsa yang maju akan selalu beriringan dengan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Perkembangan zaman mengalami beragam modernisasi. Karakter generasi milenial diantaranya adalah menganggap benda elektronik adalah jembatan dalam menuntaskan segala pekerjaannya. Salah satu untuk menghadapi masa depan yang cerah adalah dengan mengutamakan aspek pendidikan. Kedepannya, perjalanan pendidikan akan semakin sulit dikarenakan mesti menyesuaikan dengan karakter generasi milenial. Generasi milenial yaitu ia yang kini berusia sekitar 17-37 tahun atau kelahiran 1980-2000. Abuddin Nata memandang pendidikan sebagai proses yang menggali, mengarahkan, membina, menempa segenap potensi manusia agar peserta didik mampu  menghadapi era milenial. Sebab, era milenial membutuhkan kualitas pendidikan dalam menghadapi pendidikan digital dan beragam kemajuan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; 1.Mengetahui konsep pendidikan Islam dalam perspektif Abuddin Nata,  dan 2. Mengetahui relevansi pendidikan Islam dengan era milenial menurut Abuddin Nata. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka atau penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Sedangkan pendekatan penelitian ini yakni kualitatif yang sifatnya deskriptif komparatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu : Tahap Orientasi, Tahap Eksplorasi  dan Tahap Studi Terfokus. Dalam perspektif Abuddin Nata, ilmu pendidikan Islam mempunyai 2 corak; filosofis dan historis. Ilmu pendidikan Islam yang bercorak filosofis adalah ilmu pendidikan Islam yang memfokuskan kajiannya pada pemikiran filsafat Islam. Sedangkan ilmu pendidikan Islam yang bercorak historis adalah ilmu pendidikan Islam yang memfokuskan kajiannya pada data-data empiris. Dalam menghadapi era milenial, guru yang dibutuhkan di era digital adalah guru yang memiliki kemahiran dalam menilai penggunaan teknologi yang edukatif dan noneduktif. Guru hendaknya terus mengevaluasi kemampuan siswa yang dibutuhkan untuk bersaing dalam ekonomi global. Kemajuan teknologi dalam pendidikan era milenial ini mesti diawasi para orangtua siswa dalam mengontrol anak mereka dalam memeroleh sumber pendidikan.
