Abstract

Writing gives us the energy we put on it, but if we know how to write papers or contexts in the field of engineering it enables us to improve our skills on it. Furthermore, writing help us to communicate with others online by expressing ideas, will to each other, sharing information. Writing is social performance through telegram or email or Facebook platforms where we may get a lot of knowledge to extend our views. We carried out with 30 participants at the faculty of oil and gas on the features of writing and its significance in their field of study.

Abstract

In teaching and learning any languages, writing is essential to acquire a language in written form. However, writing skill require a lot of knowledge and experience from the learners to express their thoughts towards specialty. Therefore, FL learners fundamentally should have knowledge in grammar, phonetics and vocabulary. Furthermore, we conducted research with the adult learners who study at the faculty of oil and gas engineering on the issues concerning increasing writing skills.

Abstract

A teacher's optimistic outlook is crucial in the classroom. In order to find fulfillment in their profession, teachers must be able and willing to do their duties with the highest dedication. Feeling emotionally and mentally fulfilled in one's work is what we call "job satisfaction. In this study an attempt has been made to find out the job satisfaction among women teachers in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, to find out the job satisfaction among women teachers in respect of age group, Educational Qualification and teaching experience. For this purpose a sample of 480 women teachers have been selected randomly from Purba Medinipur district. Job Satisfaction Scale Dr. A. R. Annamalai's (1998) Job Satisfaction Scale was employed. There are 40 questions on the teacher work satisfaction scale, each with five possible answers. One of these concerns the happiness of female educators in their jobs. The final score is the sum of all the individual point totals. Findings of the study indicate that Women teachers of Purba Medinipur district have high level of job satisfaction and age does not matter in the job satisfaction of women teachers.

Abstract

The Internet of things (IoT) is essentially the connection of devices to the Internet. IoT network connects various types of devices like tablets, smartphones, personal computers, laptops, and wearable devices. The education sector is deploying IoT devices in order to make education more collaborative, interactive, and accessible to all. IoT devices are changing the way we process and absorb information for the better. IoT application has the potential to provide a better-connected and more collaborative way for educators to engage with students. Today, IoT is preferred as a means of learning, teaching, and research in education. This paper presents a short overview on the uses of the Internet of Things in education, highlighting potentialities and challenges.

Discussion and listening, the historical root of oral performance, the development of expressive art of speech at different periods. Abstract

In acquisition of any language, terminology is considered to be the fundamental knowledge in obtaining micro linguistic skills such reading, writing, speaking and listening. In ESP classes, vocabulary or technical terminology is main knowledge to understand the specialty in English. technical terminology gives us a full concept of profession and its branches. A learner can be aware of meaning of terminology of the field of study only by reading written contexts. This paper highlights the ways of learning terminology in two languages.

Abstract

In studying written contexts in a variety of professions, learners have to know and follow the strategies for reading comprehension. Reading comprehension requires learners a lot of fundamental knowledge such as grammar and vocabulary because without being familiar with terminology of any field it is impossible to perceive the meaning of the words as well as their functions in the sentence construction. Furthermore, we carried out deep-ended analysis in reading comprehension, stating some short-professionally-oriented contexts.
