Abstract

The study investigated teenagers’ challenges and its implications on social adjustment of secondary school students in the study area. The study was a comparative study that adopted the correlational research design. The forty (40) items instrument or questionnaire, were constructed and structured for the study. The respondents (i.e. students involved in street trading) were among those selected secondary school students in Obio-Apkor and Port-Harcourt Local Government Areas of Rivers state, simple sampling techniques was used to drew all the respondents and two hundred (200) as the sample size for the study from a Population of two thousand five-hundred, (2,500). Mean, criterion mean, and standard deviation were used for answering the research questions. The study revealed that engaging in petty business led to student mixing business with schooling when they are supposed to be in the class; this affected their performance, study habit and made them to absent themselves from classes. Furthermore, the lack of concentration even when they attend school sparingly also affected their concentration and performance in secondary schools. It was recommended that; the Government should set up laws that would bar school age children from engaging in street trading or buying of alcohol. Social workers should become part of the school administrative staff for monitoring illegal activities among secondary schools students in the study area.

Abstract

The article is based on the specifics of agriculture and the role of entrepreneurship in this sector. The opinions of scientists conducting research in the field of agricultural entrepreneurship were also researched and analyzed. The problems and prospects of agriculture in the Republic of Uzbekistan are highlighted. Suggestions and recommendations were made to address the solution of the shortage of agricultural specialists and existing business problems.

Abstract

As every researcher works on a novel, aimes to make his/her novel read by people, certainly tries to pay attention to making attractive the speech of its heroes and tries to describe his/ her emotion. Speech of heroes gives the opportunity of using all grammar means of the language skillfully, choosing and creating newer and newer expessions in order to strengthen the esthetic impact. In the novels by Sharof Boshbekov one of the language means was skillfully utilized by ellipsis to express the fluency, influence and naturalistic speech of heroes.

Abstract

Ensuring the efficiency of the use of cashless payments in Uzbekistan is one of the necessary conditions for the development of cashless payments. Improving the practice of using cashless forms of payment will play an important role in solving the problem of insolvency in the economy, ensuring the continuity of production activities of companies, the development of export-import operations. This, in turn, necessitates the identification of current problems associated with the improvement of the practice of using of payment and the development of ways to solve them. The article identifies the problems associated with the effectiveness of the use of cashless forms of payment in our country and develops scientific proposals to address them.

Abstract

This is a short paper based on qualitative for the benefits of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which is the most growing branch of computer science and most of the service sectors are obtaining benefits from its application. This is an extended research article provides a general role of AI in financial services and its definition in practical scenarios. The research work is mostly qualitative and does not include any data analysis for its results. This article describes the major benefits derived by the practices of AI in general in the banking and financing firms. For the study, some examples of the role of AI in financial firms are analyzed and results are given from the positive observation shared by the FI firms on their official website. AI benefits both service providers and users, this research report explains the advantages of AI in finance and also describes how AI can aid in market development.

Abstract

Investment is the process of investing money in something with the expectation of profit. Investment is not speculation nor gambling; it is a calculated decision based on an analysis of the economy, industry, and company. There are numerous investment avenues available in the market, each with its own unique characteristics, through which investors can invest with the anticipation of making money based on their risk tolerance level. Investment avenues are classified into five categories: low risk, moderate risk, high risk, traditional investment avenues, and emerging investment avenues. These studies' primary purpose has been to ascertain the factors that influence investors' investment decisions. Understanding these elements becomes critical for the subject's growth and to assisting professionals in directing investors toward sound investment selections. Based on available literature, this study attempts to explain the elements that influence individual investors' investment decisions.
