Abstract

This paper aims to explore one of the learning strategies currently developing in the world of education, namely Hypnoteaching through Neuro Linguistic Programming, combined with Abraham Maslow's theory of basic needs. The research method of this paper uses a qualitative approach, by collecting searches of the growing literature on the concept of hypnoteaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Maslow's theory of basic needs. The analysis used is discourse analysis and content analysis. This research concludes that the application of Hypnoteaching through Neuro Linguistic Programming which is based on meeting Maslow's basic needs can help students to leave negative habits by improving the subconscious mind program system, so that they can follow the learning process in a relaxed and comfortable manner. Thus, students will find it easier to achieve learning achievement, as well as develop all their potential to the peak of their humanity.

Abstract

The article based on analyzing the efficiency of interactive technologies as a means to improve the quality of the educational process. As we know, today the use of interactive methods in the learning process is widely introduced. This requires the humanization, democratization, and liberalization of the learning process. In short, the center of the learning process should be the learner's personality and needs. The learning process needs to be focused on needs of learners. Personalized education serves as a driving force for the organization of student learning activities that fulfill their interests, needs, and wishes. Interactive methods aim to achieve high results in a short period of time, without exerting considerable and physical effort. Teaching theoretical knowledge to the learner, acquiring skills and competencies in specific activities, developing moral qualities, and controlling and evaluating the student's knowledge requires a great deal of skill and agility. The learner will be given the opportunity to engage in creative thinking through search, finding, and processing of textbooks, information resource centers, the Internet, various other sources, without the knowledge being readily available. It gives the teacher and the student a constant creative search, continuous development and self-improvement.

Abstract

This paper presents the results of studies of thin films of chalcogenides with in homogeneities of the microp-n-transition type. The current-voltage dependence (I (V)) is obtained and the analysis is carried out in some special cases. Super linear and super linear regions of the I (V) dependence are found. It is shown that the super linear region of the dependence means that the recombination losses of the injection current in the pandn-regions make up a small fraction of the saturation current of a single transition. The linear region of the I (V) dependence at the origin of coordinates depends on the degree of shunting of microjunctions.
