Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the dynamics of the independence of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students and what factors are behind the independence of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students. The reason is because overseas there are changes in conditions and situations, so that students who leave will experience dynamics of independence. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research approach. Selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique, which is based on the characteristics of the subject in accordance with the research objectives to be carried out. The object of this research is the dynamics of independence, the subject is 5 overseas students. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations. Based on the results of research that overseas students of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin need a process to be independent in living their lives overseas. That is because overseas there has been a change. Factors that influence the dynamics of independence of overseas students at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin are factors of parenting style, the order of children in the family, age and the education system in schools.

Abstract

Those who are able to judge themselves as poor or called negative self-concept, will always try to stay away in relationships with their surrounding environment or act aggressively unnaturally but not naturally but can judge themselves well or have a positive self-concept and can overcome their problems. whatever problem it will be able to face and will solve it. Based on preliminary studies and previous research, it was found that self-concept is an important concept for interacting with the environment. Therefore, this study aims to determine how the self-concept image of street residents in the Al-Ayjb Foundation includes internal and external dimensions. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, with 3 subjects aged 17-20 years old. The data method used is the interview method, the method of observation and the method of documentation. The results showed that the self-concept image of the street singers at Al-Ayjb Foundation based on the internal dimension tends towards a positive self-concept because of the three subjects expressing opinions or things that are good or positive about themselves while from the external dimension it tends to negative self-concept.

Abstract

Organization is a group formed in order to achieve specified goals. This goal can be achieved if the management in it has a good organizational commitment. There are several factors that influence a person in increasing his organizational commitment. One of them is a factor in him, namely in the form of social skills. So the existence of this study aims to determine the effect of social skills on organizational commitment UKK-KOPMA UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a significant positive effect between social skills and organizational commitment. This research is quantitative with purposive sample sampling technique. The research data collection instrument used a Likert scale model and data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the significant value of the influence of social skills on organizational commitment is 0.048 lower than the significant standard, namely 0.05 (0.048 <0.05), which means that there is an influence between social skills and organizational commitment of the UKK-KOPMA management at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin for the period 2018/2019. . Then, the R square value is 0.096, which means that the social skills variable has an influence on organizational commitment by 9.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder that result in a children growth does not develop optimally, both in terms of communication, social interaction motor, sensory and emotion, so that children needs social support from people around them, especially parents in doing daily activities. Social support is divided into four type, that is emotional support, esteem support, tangible or instrumental support, and informational support. Type of research using case study with a qualitative approach. The research subject were father and mother who have autism children and have services for children with special needs. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data collection techniques, data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that the social support which is given by parents including emotional support in the form of affection, care and concern, listening and trusting, then esteem support in the form giving reward for positive things done by children, informational support in the form of finding out and giving information that the children needs, tangible or instrumental support in the form of providing materials and facilities, provides job assistance or services and spending time.

Abstract

Profesionalisme guru adalah orang yang memiliki kewenangan, tanggung jawab untuk membimbing serta membina peserta didik di sekolah atau di luar sekolah dengan keahlian khusus dalam bidang keguruan. Dengan demikian guru mampu melakukan tugas dan fungsinya dengan kemampuan maksimal. Guru juga harus memiliki kompetensi untuk menjadi guru profesional. Pada prinsipnya, menjadi seorang guru yang profesional tidak akan lepas dari empat elemen dasar kompetensi guru, yaitu kompetensi dalam bidang pedagogik, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi profesional. Maka dari itu, peneliti hendak melakukan penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Ikhlas dan Spiritualitas Kerja Terhadap Profesionalisme Guru di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru pondok pesantren Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura yang berjumlah 53 orang. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, maka didapatkan hasil: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara ikhlas dan spiritualitas kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru di pondok pesantren Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura dengan taraf signifikansi 0,004 (p < 0,05) dan secara bersama-sama memberi sumbangan efektif sebesar 19,9%. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara ikhlas terhadap profesionalisme guru di pondok pesantren Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura dengan taraf signifikansi 0,023 (p < 0,05) dan memberi sumbangan efektif sebesar 19,1 %. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara spiritualitas kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru di pondok pesantren Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura dengan taraf signifikansi 0,002 (p < 0,05) dan memberi sumbangan efektif sebesar 16,8%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan sample 373 Mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode korelasi. Hasil dari analisis data  intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram frekuensi subjek terbanyak berada pada kategori sedang yaitu 283 subjek dengan presentase 75,9%, kemudian pada kategori tinggi yaitu 47 subjek dengan presentase 12,6%, dan kategori rendah sebanyak 43  subjek dengan presentase 11,5%. Sedangkan hasil analisis dari motivasi berprestasi frekuensi subjek terbanyak berada pada kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak 228 subjek dengan presentase 61,1%, kemudian kategori tinggi sebanyak 78 subjek dengan presentase 20,9%, kategori rendah sebanyak 67 subjek dengan persentase 18%. Nilai r adalah 0,292 (positif) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y, dengan tingkat hubungan antar variabel tergolong rendah. Uji korelasi ini menggunkan teknik Pearson Product Moment diketahui bahwa nilai r hitung sebesar 0,292 dan  p value 0,000 sementara nilai r tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan N 373 ialah 0,101. Karena nilai r hitung yang didapat (0,292) > r tabel (sig % = 0,101) (p value < 0,05), maka hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan ada hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan motivasi berprestasi dapat diterima.

Abstract

Teknologi berkembang seiring berjalannya waktu, menyebabkan terciptanya gadget yang mempermudah manusia dalam segala hal. Semua kalangan, sekarang mempunyai gadget karena banyak fungsinya. Tetapi, kita harus menyadari bahwa gadget mempunyai dampak, salah satunya yaitu kurangnya interaksi sosial. Terkadang ketika kita berkumpul bersama teman, keluarga, masih menggunakan gadget, padahal waktu berkumpul digunakan untuk saling berbagi cerita. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui tingkat intensitas penggunaan gadget dan interaksi sosial, serta melihat adakah hubungan antara keduanya. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan populasi 322 orang dan sampel 80 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert terdiri 9 item intensitas penggunaan gadget dan 19 item interaksi sosial, koefisien reliabilitas 0,658 dan 0,753 sedangkan koefisien korelasi  rxy=-0,166; p=0,142 (p<0,05) Hasil penelitian ini bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan gadget dan interaksi sosial. Beberapa faktor yakni usia perkembangan, gadget sarana memenuhi kebutuhan, subjek penelitian merupakan seorang mahasiswa yang latar belakangnya mempelajari manusia, maka membutuhkan interaksi dalam setiap aktivitasnya.
