Abstract

Muhasabah as a medium of self-improvement in all activities for future life. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) Method starting with research and continuing with development. The first study aims to discover the concept of muhasabah by using a literature study that discusses Muhasabah and interviews with several figures who have mastered the field of religion. The second presents the dimensions of muhasabah. The results of the first study obtained an understanding that muhasabah is an individual's awareness to calculate and correct self-activities that have been and will be undertaken for better purposes. While the results of the second study indicate that muhasabah has three dimensions including: self-awareness, self-counting, and self-correction. The implications of this research are discussed in the context of the development of Islamic psychology.

Abstract

Tujuan Webinar ini untuk memberikan edukasi dan solusi kepada para karyawan dan pekerja outsourcing yang bekerja di PT PKSS Banjarmasin tentang bagaimana memaksimalkan motivasi dalam bekerja. Webinar ini dapat mengedukasi para karyawan bagaimana cara menjaga motivasi itu agar tetap stabil dan bahkan terus termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih giat dan memberikan yang terbaik untuk pekerjaannya disamping tujuan pribadinya, bahkan bisa meningkatkan karir dan prestasi masing-masing, tentunya hal ini juga berasal dari dalam diri individu masing-masing. Motivasi yang paling baik adalah berasal dari diri sendiri bagaimana caranya untuk terus termotivasi untuk melakukan sesuatu, menjaga semangat itu, bekerja secara maksimal melakukan pekerjaan dengan sepenuh hati sehingga hal ini akan mendekatkan pada tujuan-tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Metode dalam pelaksanaan acara Webinar ini agar menarik minat sasaran adalah dengan cara mengundang beberapa narasumber yang dinilai memiliki berbagai pengalaman di bidang Psikologi terutama motivasi kerja, serta mampu memberikan motivasi kepada peserta Webinar untuk meningkatkan semangat dalam bekerja walaupun di era persaingan dunia kerja yang semakin tinggi. Webinar dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 20 Agustus 2022, pukul 09.00-11.00 WITA dengan melibatkan pekerja outsourcing PKSS Banjarmasin. Peserta dalam Webinar ini terdiri 86 orang pekerja outsourcing dari berbagai daerah di Banjarmasin, turut pula karyawan di PT PKSS Banjaramasin. Berdasarkan hasil daripada pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk Webinar online ini para pekerja outsourcing lebih aktif dan komunikatif terhadap pemateri, para peserta Webinar sangat antusias dalam mengajukan pertanyaan untuk pemecahan masalah yang dihadapinya, dalam Webinar ini tidak hanya memberikan edukasi saja tetapi para peserta dapat berkonsultasi langsung dengan ahlinya. Dan setelah Webinar ini pekerja outsourcing dapat langsung menerapkannya dalam kehidupan nyata.The purpose of this Webinar is to provide education and solutions to outsourced employees and workers working at PT PKSS Banjarmasin on how to maximize motivation at work. This Webinar can educate employees on how to maintain that motivation to remain stable and even continue to be motivated to work harder and give the best for their work in addition to their personal goals, and can even improve their respective careers and achievements, of course this also comes from within. each individual. The best motivation is coming from yourself how to keep motivated to do something, keep that spirit, work optimally to do the job with all your heart so that this will bring you closer to the goals you want to achieve. The method in implementing this Webinar event to attract the target's interest is by inviting several resource persons who are considered to have various experiences in the field of Psychology, especially work motivation, and are able to motivate Webinar participants to increase their enthusiasm for work even in the era of increasingly high competition in the world of work. The Webinar will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 09.00-11.00 WITA by involving outsourced workers from PKSS Banjarmasin. Participants in this Webinar consisted of 86 outsourced workers from various regions in Banjarmasin, as well as employees at PT PKSS Banjarmasin. Based on the results of community service in the form of this online Webinar, outsourcing workers are more active and communicative towards presenters, the Webinar participants are very enthusiastic in asking questions to solve the problems they face, in this Webinar not only providing education but participants can consult directly with experts. And after this Webinar outsourced workers can immediately apply it in real life.

Abstract

One of the efforts to prevent the spread of Corona virus among academics is to implement a distance learning program. This policy also applies to students who live in Tahfidz dormitories, so that students not only study from home but also memorize the Qur'an at home. This study aims to reveal the problems of memorizing the Qur'an and knowing the adversity qoutient of students through recounting experiences during college and memorizing the Qur'an from home. The method used in this research is qualitative with a narrative approach. The subject is a student who has studied and memorized the Qur'an from home. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. Analysis of the data used is a narrative analysis technique by Creswell. Data validity using source triangulation technique. The results of the study found that the adversity quotient of the three students who memorized the Qur'an was different. The difference in adversity qoutient in the three subjects can be seen in the ability to control oneself, the point of view of guilt, recognition and ways of being responsible for negligence, limiting the range of difficulties, and perceptions of difficulties and their causes.

Abstract

The lack of public understanding of mental health creates a negative stigma in society, leading to delays and inadequate treatment in addressing mental disorders. Therefore, this study aims to enhance mental health literacy among adolescents by providing Islamic mental health psychoeducation training. The research subjects were 11 students from Class XI Religion, MAN 1 Banjarmasin, utilizing a pre-experimental research design known as the one-group pretest-posttest design. The measurement tool used was the Islamic mental health literacy scale, and data analysis was conducted using a paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicated a significant difference between the pre-and post-intervention phases, as evidenced by the obtained hypothesis of p < 0.000 (p < 0.05). In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of providing Islamic mental health psychoeducation to improve mental health literacy among adolescents.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan sample 373 Mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode korelasi. Hasil dari analisis data  intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram frekuensi subjek terbanyak berada pada kategori sedang yaitu 283 subjek dengan presentase 75,9%, kemudian pada kategori tinggi yaitu 47 subjek dengan presentase 12,6%, dan kategori rendah sebanyak 43  subjek dengan presentase 11,5%. Sedangkan hasil analisis dari motivasi berprestasi frekuensi subjek terbanyak berada pada kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak 228 subjek dengan presentase 61,1%, kemudian kategori tinggi sebanyak 78 subjek dengan presentase 20,9%, kategori rendah sebanyak 67 subjek dengan persentase 18%. Nilai r adalah 0,292 (positif) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y, dengan tingkat hubungan antar variabel tergolong rendah. Uji korelasi ini menggunkan teknik Pearson Product Moment diketahui bahwa nilai r hitung sebesar 0,292 dan  p value 0,000 sementara nilai r tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan N 373 ialah 0,101. Karena nilai r hitung yang didapat (0,292) > r tabel (sig % = 0,101) (p value < 0,05), maka hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan ada hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan motivasi berprestasi dapat diterima.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a desire that a person has to stay afloat and involve himself in every organized activity. Organizational commitment appears in a person due to emotional ties and moral support both to fellow members of the organization and to leaders and members. Basically, people who have good organizational commitment will have these aspects in themselves, namely identification, loyalty, and involvement. So in this case, the researcher wants to do research on the Influence of Prophetic Leadership and Organizational Climate on Organizational Commitment in Al Ihsan LDK Management UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. This research is a quantitative research with associative research type. The population in this study were 51 administrators of LDK Al Ihsan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The results of this study are: 1) There is a significant influence between prophetic leadership on organizational commitment to the board of SDK Al Ihsan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance level of 0.018 (p <0.05) with an effective contribution of 10.9%. 2) There is a significant influence between organizational climate on organizational commitment to the management of SDK Al Ihsan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05) with an effective contribution of 48.0%. 3) There is a significant influence between prophetic leadership and organizational climate on organizational commitment to the management of LDK Al Ihsan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05) and together provide an effective contribution of 53.7%.

Abstract

This research has main objectives is to identification what broadcast programs apply interpersonal communication in Islamic studies by duet broadcasters, to description how the application of interpersonal communication in Islamic studies to duet broadcasters. Than, to find out what factors influence the application of interpersonal communication in Islamic studies to duet broadcasters at Radio Dhirgantara Best Station 101.9FM Banjarmasin. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods with interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results show that there are 2 duet events that apply interpersonal communication in Islamic studies, namely dBs Most Popular & dBs Popcorn. In the use of interpersonal communication, it was found that the subject applied Qaulan Sadidan, Qaulan Maysura, Qaulan Layyinan, Qaulan Kariman, Qaulan Ma'rufan, and Qaulan Baligha with some notes. The most influencing factors for this use are factors that come from external subjects, namely the environment around the subject which is influenced by the subject, besides that the research subjects feel that when applying some aspects they can get or feel pleasure in themselves.

Abstract

There are many causes that affect the organizational commitment of members, one of which is how a person is able to manage his emotions when organizing. This research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and the number of respondents in this study were 50 students, namely 95% of the total population. The measuring instrument used in managing emotions refers to the theory of Goleman and Hud, while the organizational commitment variable refers to the theory of Allen and Mayer which was compiled. The data analysis used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the level of managing emotions is in the medium category and the level of organizational commitment is in the medium category. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis shows that there is a significant effect between managing emotions on organizational commitment with an R square value of 0.562 and a significance value of p = 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is an influence between managing emotions on organizational commitment with a percentage of 56.2% while the remaining 43.8% is influenced by other factors not disclosed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penerimaan diri istri pertama yang dipoligami. Penelitian ini juga berusaha mengungkap faktor-faktor apa saja yang berperan penting dalam penerimaan diri istri pertama yang dipoligami yang terdapat di desa martadah kabupaten tanah laut Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek berjumlah empat orang dengan karakteristik  istri yang berusia 40-50 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses penerimaan diri istri pertama pada subjek didasari oleh pemahaman agamanya, di sisi lain suami memiliki kemampuan dari sisi materi dan suami mampu bersikap adil serta untuk melatih kesabaran. Terdapat beberapa Faktor -faktor baik  internal maupun eksternal yang berperan penting antara lain yaitu pemahaman diri, pengharapan yang realistik, tidak adanya hambatan didalam lingkungan, sikap anggota masyarakat yang menyenangkan, tidak adanya gangguan emosional, kenangan akan keberhasilan, identifikasi dengan orang yang memiliki penyesuaian diri yang baik, adanya perspektif diri yang luas, pola asuh dimasa kecil yang baik, konsep diri yang stabil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi dan work-study conflict pada mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja di kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja di kota Banjarmasin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala Likert dan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara resiliensi dan work-study conflict pada mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja di kota Banjarmasin dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05) sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai r hitung sebesar -0.561 yang berarti ada hubungan negatif antara kedua variabel dengan tingkat hubungan berada pada kategori sedang. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.315 yang artinya variabel resiliensi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 31,5% terhadap variabel work-study conflict sedangkan sebesar 68.5% terdapat indikator lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
