Anxiety disorders are more common in women than men, ie during the pregnancy period and occur during pregnancy and after childbirth, pregnancy anxiety disorders are associated with the occurrence of preterm birth, low birth weight, and decreased apgar score when the baby is born. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of lavender aroma therapy and classical music to overcome anxiety in third trimester pregnant women before and as soon as given a combination of lavender and classical music aromatherapy. The type of research used is a quasy experiment. The sample of this study used Cluster random sampling which is 50 trimester III pregnant women. The data collection used the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A) questionnaire, and before that an ethical test was conducted, the analysis of the study used the T Test.

Elderly experiencing problems sleeping disorders one of which is insomnia. One of the efforts to overcome insomnia is progressive muscle relaxation therapy. This study aims to analyze the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on insomnia in the elderly. This research was designed using Pre Experimental, one group pre-test - post-test design. Data collected through observation and interviews before. It is analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The independent variable of this study was progressive muscle relaxation therapy and the dependent variable was insomnia. The results showed there was an effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy with insomnia based on the Wilcoxon test (p = 0.004), and z score = 2.850. This study states that non-pharmacological therapy of progressive muscle relaxation therapy can be a nurse's independent action in providing nursing care to patients, especially in elderly patients who experience insomnia

This study uses simple random sampling technique with the independent variable is pregnancy exercise and the dependent variable is types of childbirth. Data collection by using notes of pregnancy exercise attendance and medical record of nursing respondents. The results of the research show that from 23 respondents, 12 (52%) respondents who participated in pregnancy exercise routinely experienced vaginal childbirth. Whereas, 11 (48%) respondents who did not routinely participate in pregnancy exercises experienced childbirth by sectio caesarea. Based on Chi square statistical test results are obtained p = 0,000 (p = < 0,05) so reject H0, which means that there is relationship between pregnancy exercise and the type of childbirth in RSIA RSIA Mutiara Bunda Malang. The results of this study indicate that doing pregnancy exercise routinely is strongly related to the type of Childbirth

Labor pain is an unpleasant stimulus that causes fear and worry. This situation will be stimulate an increase in catecholamineswhich can be cause interference with the strength of uterine contractions so that uterine insertion occurs if not corrected, which will be cause prolonged labor, so that’s necessary to prevent maternal care in the form of methods of pain transfer The One non-pharmacological method is heat compresshydrotherapy. The type of research was used Quasi Experimental withcross sectional approach one group pretest-posttest design. The results of data analysis stated that sig (p) = 0,000 where α = 0.05, p <α, means that therewas an effect of giving heat compress hydrotherapy to the reduction of labor pain in the active phase. Correlation or influence using Wilcoxon Correlation =-0.382.

The family role to child development is very necessary. Parentshave an autistic child will experience more complex problemsforming personality, behavior and their fulfillmentis needing. The approach was cross sectional. The samples were 30 parents and 30 autistic. The instrument wasused a parenting questionnaire and observation for development. The analysis used contingency coefficient correlation, p-value was 0.017, smaller than α = 0.05 (p <0.05). There was a relationship the association parenting family with development autistic. Parents provide parenting appropriatetheir children without curbing and still paying attention to the child's freedom will be good for the child. Parenting provided to children must be in accordance with the development to needtheir children. The right parenting can provide opportunities for children that they are part of the people in their environment so that children can develop optimally.

Prolonged labor can increase abnormalities in the physiology of labor and increase the number of labor with cesarean section. Efforts in overcoming the progress of labor are hampered by caring for the mother in the labor process, including giving freedom to the mother to eat or drink as long as the mother wants to need fulfill her nutrition. This research was Analyze the effect coconut water consumption to advancement labor of active process phase I to intranatal. Design was used quasy experimental with One group pre and post test technique. Data was analyzed with Mann-Whitney. Result showed that there was p-value 0,043 < α (0,05) so There was a significant influence of the provision of coconut water on the progress of labor in the first stage. There are correlation coconut water on average accelerates the opening by 54 minutes.

Soy milk contains phytoestrogens which is the class of isoflavones which have estrogen-like activity. Phytoestrogens have estrogenic activity which ultimately increases uterine sensitivity. This study was to analyze the effectiveness of giving soy milk to the duration of first stage of labor.The results showed that respondents in the treatment group had a duration of fast delivery by 9 people (90%) in the normal category, namely 1 respondent (10%), the majority of the control group respondents in the fast category were 1 respondent (10%), the normal category were 3 respondents (30%) and the slow category were 6 respondents (60%). The Result of analyzing by Mann-Whitney test was found that there was an effect of soy milk giving on the duration of labor (Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 <0.05 (α value), so Ho was rejected. Pregnant women can consume soy milk to increase maternal power in labor to advance the duration of labor

Stroke is an important health problem. The speed with which a stroke sufferer gets the right treatment cause a big influence on stroke management. This study analyze the influence of various factors in the family on the arrival time of stroke patients in the emergency department of the Kediri district hospital. The study was conducted during May-July 2019 and found stroke patients as many as 88. The result show that educational factors have a significant relationship with the level of knowledge, and the family age, job, people who knew the stroke and decision-makers in the family have a significant relationship with the time interval between the stroke attack with the arrival of patients in the emergency room. From this study, it can be concluded that family factors play an important role in the time interval between a stroke and the arrival of a patient on IGD to get proper treatment.

Healthy food is food that contains substances needed by the body. Healthy foods contain balanced nutrition, which is food that is full of nutrients and is well consumed by the body. Media commonly used such as video media and posters, which are expected to help change student behavior. The design used in this study is quasi experiment with one pre-and post-village design. The results of the study obtained media health education through video and posters had a positive influence on knowledge (p = 0,000), attitude (p = 0.003), and actions (p = 0.002) of students in choosing healthy snacks. Students' knowledge before intervention is mostly in the good category and increases after being given health education through videos and posters. Media of health education through video and posters has a positive influence on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of students in choosing healthy snacks.

However, in reality there are not many children who want to consume vegetables and fruits. The low consumption of vegetables and fruit in school children is due to multifactor. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge with preference (attitudes and preferences of vegetables). The design of the observational study using a cross sectional design.The population in this study were all children found in Yayasan Eleos Sukodadi Village, Wagir Sub-District, Malang Regency, with 57 children, with total sampling. The instrument uses 3 questionnaires with a total of 34 questions. Analysis of data to determine the relationship between preference knowledge (preferences and attitudes) of vegetables and fruit using rank spearman test.The results of the study show that most school children have sufficient knowledge (63,2%) and half of the respondents have good preferences (50.9%). The statistical test showed that there was no relationship between knowledge and vegetable preferences in school children
