Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of traditional medicine in Lautang Benteng Village, Sidrap Regency. Based on the results of the study in accordance with the formulation of the problem, it can be concluded that Evaluation of the Use of Traditional Medicines by the Community based on the Dimensions of the Truth of Materials against Traditional Medicines is 92%, Evaluation of the Use of Traditional Medicines by the Community based on the Dimensions of Dosage Accuracy of Traditional Medicines is 64%, Evaluation of the Use of Traditional Medicines by the Community based on the Dimensions of Timeliness of Use of Traditional Medicines is 52%, Evaluation of the use of traditional medicines by the community based on the dimensions of the accuracy of how to use traditional medicines is 76%, and Evaluation of the use of traditional medicines by the community based on the dimensions of the accuracy of the selection of indications for traditional medicines is 84%.

Abstract

Minuman es teh adalah salah satu minuman jajanan dengan rasa manis, biasanya produsen menggunakan pemanis buatan untuk mengganti pemanis alami agar menekan biaya produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kadar natrium siklamat pada minuman es teh yang beredar di Kelurahan Pangkajene. Adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 10 sampel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan metode analisis kuantitatif menggunakan metode alkalimetri. Hasil dari penelitian yang ditelah dilakukan adalah bahwa terdapat 4 sampel yang positif siklamat dengan kandungan kadar diantaranya : sampel B sebanyak 235 ppm, sampel D sebanyak 109,67 ppm, sampel H sebanyak 313 ppm dan sampel I sebanyak 297 ppm. Sampel tersebut masih dibawah ambang batas yang telah ditetapkan Perka BPOM sebesar 350 ppm.

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, apoteker harus mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek telah memuat berbagai kegiatan baik dalam pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai maupun pelayanan farmasi klinik yang harus dilaksanakan dan menjadi tanggung jawab apoteker. Permasalahan yang biasa terjadi saat pemesanan barang dari PBF adalah tidak segera membuka pemesanan sehingga tertunda sehingga terjadi kekosongan obat permasalahannya adalah kekurangan barang dari distributor, pengiriman lambat, harga PBF tidak sesuai rencana dan waktu tunggu serta terkadang ada suplai baru yang tidak diketahui sumber/pesannya. Dalam hal barang baru keluar terlebih dahulu sehingga menyebabkan kerusakan sediaan farmasi atau ekspayer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the Storage System for Drugs and Medical Consumables (MC) with the Traffic Light Method at the Cempae Health Center, Parepare City. By identifying the Storage System for Medicines and Medical Consumables (BMHP) With the Traffic Light Method for less than 6 months, 6 months – 1 year and above 1 year. The results of this study are Based on the results of the identification of the drug storage system and BMHP with the Trafific Light method, it can be concluded that: Drug preparations and BMHP with red labels (<6 months) are 16 items with a percentage of 8.79%, yellow labels (6-months). 12 months) totaling 66 items with a percentage of 36.26% and a green label (>12 months) totaling 100 items with a percentage of 54.94%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of use of generic drugs and patent drugs in outpatient depots of the pharmacy installation at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with descriptive research methods. Descriptive method is a method that serves to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through the sample and population. From the results of the research that has been done, the percentage of generic drugs was obtained as much as 75.42%, while the percentage of patent drugs was 24.38%. The percentage of generic drugs has not met the stipulated provisions. This can be caused by several things, one of which is the patient asking the doctor to write a patent drug prescription.

Abstract

Acne is a condition in which the pores of the skin are blocked, causing inflamed pus pockets. One of the factors causing acne is bacteria. Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria are bacteria found in acne. The use of medicinal plants is an alternative as a treatment for diseases including diseases caused by bacterial infections. Ashitaba leaves (Angelica Keiskei (miq) Koidz) positively contain alkaloids, saponins, tannins and flavonoids which play a role as antibacterials. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of the formulation of ashitaba leaf extract ointment preparations against Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria that cause acne, using the well diffusion test method. Observation of the inhibitory power was tested on ashitaba leaf extract and ashitaba leaf extract ointment preparations with extract concentrations of Formula I 10%, Formula II 15%, Formula 20%. The results of this study are that the formulation of ashitaba leaf extract ointment preparations can have inhibitory power against Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria. The highest inhibition zone in Formula III with an extract concentration of 20% with an inhibition zone diameter value of 7.27 mm.
