Abstract

Physical changes in the reproductive organs of women of childbearing age are influenced by the maturation of sexual hormones. An increase in the hormones estrogen and progesterone causes secondary sex changes including changes in body posture, breast enlargement, genital and axillary hair growth and menstruation begins. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between vulva hygiene care in women of childbearing age and the incidence of flour albus in Mattirowalie Village. Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. This type of research is an observational method with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The population is all women of childbearing age who are in Mattirowalie Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency, totaling 1,041 people. The sample was 91 women of childbearing age in Mattirowalie Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency, using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that of the 91 people sampled, 13 people (14.3%) had poor vulva hygiene and 78 people (85.7%) had good vulva hygiene. The results showed that of the 91 people who were sampled, 14 people (15.4%) had abnormal flour albus and 77 people (84.6%) had normal flour albus. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between vulva hygiene care in women of childbearing age and the incidence of flour albus in Mattirowalie Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency.

Abstract

Pneumonia merupakan penyakit terbesar kedua setelah diare yang dapat menyebabkan kematian, dimana terjadi infeksi pada paru-paru yang disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme seperti bakteri, sehingga membutuhkan terapi antibiotik. Namun, beberapa studi mengemukakan bahwa satu per tiga antibiotik diresepkan tanpa indikasi yang jelas, dan hanya 21% yang diresepkan secara rasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien pneumonia dewasa rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Nene Mallomo tahun 2023. Penelitan ini menggunakan rancangan studi kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data secara retrospektif. Data yang didapatkan sebanyak 35 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dan akan dievaluasi menggunakan metode gyssens. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil penggunaan antibiotik untuk terapi tunggal yang paling banyak adalah Ceftriaxone sebanyak 18 (52,94%). Sedangkan untuk terapi kombinasi yang paling sering digunakan adalah Ceftriaxone+Levofloxacin sebanyak 3 (8,82%). Hasil evaluasi penggunaan antibiotik menunjukkan terdapat 37,5% penggunaan antibiotik rasional (Kategori 0), dan sebanyak 62,5% penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak rasional (Kategori IV-I). Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan antibiotik tersebut berdasarkan metode gyssens belum rasional. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan menggunakan metode evaluasi yang lain dan juga terkait faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penggunaan antibiotik belum rasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of public knowledge about multivitamins during the COVID-19 pandemic and the use of multivitamins during the COVID-19 pandemic at Izi Pharmacy, Sidrap Regency. The results of this study are that the level of public knowledge and the use of multivitamins during the covid-19 pandemic at IZI Pharmacy, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, that people do not know what multivitamins are and their use is also poorly understood.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of use of generic drugs and patent drugs in outpatient depots of the pharmacy installation at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with descriptive research methods. Descriptive method is a method that serves to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through the sample and population. From the results of the research that has been done, the percentage of generic drugs was obtained as much as 75.42%, while the percentage of patent drugs was 24.38%. The percentage of generic drugs has not met the stipulated provisions. This can be caused by several things, one of which is the patient asking the doctor to write a patent drug prescription.
