Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have a very important role in a country's economy. One of the MSMEs engaged in tourism is DNA Art Shop, located in Tanah Lot Art Market, Tabanan, Bali. This UMKM sells various souvenirs and souvenir clothes for tourists visiting Tanah Lot. Of course, in running business operations, each MSME has its own obstacles. Based on information obtained during interviews with sellers from DNA Art Shop, the obstacles faced are related to the inventory of goods. This obstacle is caused by the process of recording incoming and outgoing goods that have not been recorded properly, excess and shortage of stock items due to errors in stock information, and the accumulation of old goods that have not been sold. In connection with these problems, the purpose of this study is to design an inventory information system that can overcome the obstacles of recording goods at DNA Art Shop. The design of this information system uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of Requirement Planning, Workshop Design, Implementation, and Testing. The inventory management method applied in this study is the First In First Out (FIFO) method where the first item to enter inventory is the first to be sold or used. The result of this research is a website-based inventory information system that is a solution to the problem of data collection of goods at DNA Art Shop.

Abstract

Dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, keamanan informasi sangat penting untuk diperhatikan oleh seluruh anggota organisasi atau instansi. Salah satu organisasi yang perlu memperhatikan keamanan informasinya adalah rumah sakit. Banyak data penting yang dikelola rumah sakit, seperti data pribadi pasien dan data rekam medis. Terdapat peraturan yang menuliskan bahwa data pribadi dan data rekam medis pasien harus disimpan dan dijaga keamanannya dari akses dan penggunaan yang tidak memiliki hak. Untuk itu, diperlukan penerapan manajemen keamanan informasi pada rumah sakit untuk menjamin keamanan data medis milik pasien agar tetap utuh, tersedia, akurat, dan rahasia. Selain menerapkan manajemen keamanan informasi sesuai dengan standar dan protokol yang berlaku, perlu dilakukan evaluasi atau penilaian terhadap manajemen keamanan informasi yang diterapkan. Indeks Keamanan Informasi, atau Indeks KAMI, dibuat oleh Kementerian Kominfo dan disesuaikan dengan standar ISO 27001:2013, dimaksudkan untuk membantu instansi dalam mengukur kematangan, kesiapan, dan kelengkapan manajemen keamanan informasi. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan evaluasi keamanan informasi pada RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro, yang terletak di Kabupaten Bojonegoro menggunakan Indeks KAMI yang telah sesuai dengan standar dan protokol ISO 27001:2013. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoeosoemo Bojonegoro belum menerapkan pengamanan yang layak sesuai standar ISO 27001:2013. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan.

Abstract

Information technology today has changed many aspects of daily life, one of which is in the field of education. One of the applications that support this is Maxy Academy's Learning Management System. Maxy Academy LMS is a system used for learning in terms of online skill development. The goal of the company is to provide opportunities for individuals to improve their knowledge and skills through a structured curriculum and experienced infrastructure. This study aims to determine the success rate of Maxy Academy LMS implementation using the Task Technology Fit (TTF) method. From the results of the distribution of respondents, 333 respondents were obtained and the data preprocessing stage was carried out so that the remaining 273 respondents were processed. The results showed that all variables in this study had a significant effect. But the Task Technology Fit variable has a weak R-Square value of 0.224. So the recommendations that can be given by Maxy Academy LMS can provide the latest and detailed content, provide convenience for users in terms of information, and maintain user data and evaluation results more carefully.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, permainan edukasi menjadi sarana efektif untuk mengintegrasikan pembelajaran dengan hiburan. Kesenian wayang merupakan warisan budaya Indonesia yang kaya akan nilai dan sejarah, namun minat terhadap wayang khususnya di kalangan muda cenderung menurun, terdesak oleh budaya asing dan keterbatasan waktu luang. Mengingat efektivitas game edukasi sebagai media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, Metabharata dirancang untuk merevitalisasi dan meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap kesenian wayang, sekaligus sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi design thinking yang meliputi tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing, dengan dukungan tools Figma untuk desain dan Maze untuk usability testing. Hasil studi literatur, survei, dan analisis kebutuhan pengguna dijadikan dasar dalam merancang UI/UX game yang tidak hanya menarik secara visual tapi juga fungsional dan informatif. Prototype yang dihasilkan kemudian diuji coba untuk mendapatkan feedback dari pengguna target, yaitu pelajar dan mahasiswa berusia 15-25 tahun. Hasil pengujian mendapatkan nilai sebesar 96% yang menunjukkan bahwa desain UI/UX Metabharata diterima dengan baik, dimana pengguna merasa tertarik dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang menyenangkan serta edukatif terkait kesenian wayang. Peneliti berharap Metabharata dapat menjadi salah satu media alternatif dalam mengedukasi dan menghibur, sekaligus memperkenalkan kesenian wayang kepada generasi muda, mengingat pentingnya pelestarian budaya dalam menghadapi globalisasi dan arus informasi modern.

Abstract

Franchising is a form of cooperation between business owners and other parties with certain terms and conditions. Poci Iced Tea in Widodaren sub-district is one of the franchised businesses. However, this business often experiences problems in its business, especially the problem of controlling raw materials. Problems in business related to inventory control are shortages or excess inventory which leads to increased storage costs. To avoid these problems, it can be done by forecasting sales. In this study, the authors used the Linear Regression algorithm to create a sales forecasting model for iced tea pots. Researchers conducted a collection to obtain historical data based on the required variables, namely the number of sales of jasmine and vanilla variants of iced tea, rainfall, days, and ice cube usage. The results of this study obtained that the Iced Tea Poci Shop needs to prepare a Safety Stock of 48 pcs of jasmine variant tea, or each type of 16 pcs; and as many as 25 pcs of vanilla variant tea; and as many as 6 ball cups of 16oz teapots, for safety raw materials in case of unexpected sales. The Iced Tea Poci shop needs to reorder raw materials if there are 243 pcs of jasmine variant tea left or 81 pcs of each type left, a total of 3,900 pcs or 1,300 pcs for each type of tea; and if there are 88 pcs of vanilla variant tea left, a total of 1,275 pcs of tea, and if there are 28 balls left, a total of 431 balls of 16oz teacups.

Abstract

Stechoq Academy is a platform to provides e-learning facilities for students participating in the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB). The aim of this research is to measure user satisfaction with the Stechoq Academy platform and to identify the factors influencing user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and WebQual 4.0 methods, as well as aspects that require evaluation. The variables analyzed are the dependent variable is User Satisfaction, and the independent variables is Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, Ease of Use, Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction. The data analysis method in this research uses the PLS-SEM approach with the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that the average user satisfaction measurement for the Stechoq Academy platform is 3.14, categorized as Satisfied. Factors influencing user satisfaction with 8 hypotheses and 1 accepted hypothesis are the Content variable with a t-test value of 2.275 above 1.96 and a path coefficient value of 0.280 above 0.1, indicating a significant relationship and influence on user satisfaction with the Stechoq Academy platform.

Abstract

The fast and complex dynamics of modern business demand effective risk management strategies to support the successful implementation of technology. This research examines the use of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) in risk management during the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at PT XYZ, a health equipment company in Surabaya. The aim of this research is to identify potential operational risks and formulate strategic recommendations to mitigate these risks effectively. This research method includes qualitative analysis based on in-depth interviews and evaluation of related documentation. The research results identified various risks with different categories, namely high, medium and low risks, each of which requires certain mitigation steps. This research found that the integration of FMEA and ISO 31000:2018 was able to strengthen the risk identification, evaluation and management process in a systematic and structured manner. This research confirms that ERP systems, although important for the integration and automation of business processes, still contain significant risks that require a careful management approach. This research contributes to the literature on risk management in ERP implementation and proposes a comprehensive risk management framework to optimize organizational efficiency and reduce the potential for failure. Recommendations for continued research and industry practice are presented, with a focus on ongoing risk evaluation and adaptation of effective risk management frameworks.
