Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human relationships, physical conditions of the work environment and workload on employee performance at PT. Indonesian salt cheetham in Nagekeo Regency. Types of causality research. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample was 73 people. The sampling technique is random sampling. The results of the t-statistical test show that the relationship between humans, the physical condition of the work environment has an effect on employee performance, while the workload variable has no effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that the variables X1, X2, X3 simultaneously affect Y.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation and competitive advantage on marketing performance. Types of quantitative research. Sampling used simple random sampling, namely all restaurants in the city of Ende as many as 32 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test show that entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, while competitive advantage has no positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The results of the F test show that it simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The results of the coordination test of determination showed that 65.4% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how big the Analysis of Implementation of Total Quality Management on Operational Performance in Cooperative Save Borrow Setiawan Bajawa.This research was conducted on members of the Setiawan Bajawa Cooperative, with using quantitative attachment with data collection is carried out by how to spread kusioner as many as 30 respondents and analyzed using multiple liner regression through spss progran with validity and reliability tests.The results of the analysis showed that the indicators used valid to measure existing variables. the results of subsequent analysis found that of the four variables used, it can be interpreted that in the regression equation, a constant value of 13,766 with a coefficient of variable member satisfaction 2,229, employee empowerment 2,461, increased 1,748, management based on facts 1,788.The results of the analysis also showed that the four variables used in this study can be obtained by 0.517 or 51.7 %, this indicates that the percentage of the influence of member satisfaction, member empowerment, sustainable quality and fact-based management of 51.7%., while 48.3% is described by other variables not included in this model

Abstract

Meeting the needs of a decent home for a weak economic community,government through the Public Housing Agency, Residential Areas and Ende District Land Issued a policy with the development and utilization of potential community empowerment through home rehabilitation is not livable.From the results of the study it was found that in general the Help program Self-Help Housing Stimulant (BSPS) has satisfied the community Low-income. Of the fourteen variables studied, the value of the IKM variable service procedure of 78.0%, variable discipline of officers service by 72.5%, variable clarity of service personnel by 74.2%, service officer's responsibility variable of 74.4%, variable capability service personnel by 72.5%, variable service speed by 70.9%, variable justice gets service by 72.5%, variable decency and 71.7%, variable fairness of service costs amounting to 69.0%, variable service cost certainty of 63.0%, convenience variable 73.9%, and service security variables by 71.7%. Two twelve variables are categorized as satisfactory because they are all at intervals 62,51% – 81,25%. IKMvariable service requirements of 83.4% and highly to satisfy low-income communities. Thirteen satisfying variables Community. Obtainedik M variable certainty of service schedule amounting to 51.6% were categorized as unsatisfactory due to the 43.76% interval –62,50%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze to determine the soundness level of the bank using the CAMEL method at PT. Bajawa People's Bank. This research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bajawa Branch. The data collection techniques used were interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique is the CAMEL method (capital, assets, management, earnings and liquidity). The results of this study indicate that the level of health at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bajawa Branch, is 1) The soundness level of the bank in terms of capital cannot be calculated because the capital structure is presented on a consolidated basis. 2) The soundness level of the bank in the aspect of productive asset quality (KAP) PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bajawa Branch is included in the very healthy category with an average of 0.9828%. 3) The soundness level of the bank from the management aspect uses the net profit margin ratio at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bajawa Branch is included in the very healthy category with an average of 112.56%. 4) The soundness level of the bank in terms of profitability, both in the ROA and BOPO ratios, the results of the calculation of the ROA ratio for the last three years have fluctuated, so the ROA ratio is categorized in the healthy group with an average of 5.506%. The results of the calculation of the BOPO ratio are fluctuating from year to year. Then this ratio is categorized in the unhealthy group with an average of 373.64%. 5) The soundness level of the bank from the liquidity aspect of the ratio of the calculation of the loan to deposit ratio for three years, namely from year to year has increased. Then the results of the LDR calculation achieved by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bajawa Branch is categorized as unhealthy with an average of 132.65%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the quality of the human resources, work professionalism and commitment to employee performance BLUD SPAM Nagekeo District, and to find out the most dominant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Public Service Agency Nagekeo District Drinking Water Supply System. The type of research used in this study is researchQuantitative. The data source is primary and secondary data, with data collection through the dissemination of questionnaires. respondents in this studyemployees of the regional public service agency district drinking water supply system Nagekeo numbered 52 respondents. Data analysis techniques used i is a test of data quality and multiple linear regression techniques. Determination co-fisian test (R2) indicates that the influence of variables independent of dependent variables is 46.6% meaning that the presentation of factors of human resource quality, work professionalism and commitment jointly affect the performance of employees in blud offices SPAM Nagekeo Regency While the remaining 53.6 % described other factors or that do not appear in this research hypothesis Based on the results of simultaneous test F shows that Fcalculate > Ftabel as large as 15,705>2.80 and the accepted hypothesis is the Hr Quality Factor (X1), Professionalism of work (X2), commitment (X3) have a simultaneous effect on the employee performance (Y), the t test showed that the most dominant variable affect employee performance is a variable of professionalism of work4,474 and a commitment of 4,089 with a sig value. 0.000 and 0.000 smaller than other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of taxpayer compliance Individuals in reporting the Annual Income Tax Returns and to find out the efforts in optimizing the receipt of letter reporting Annual Income Tax Notice at the Primary Tax Office Maumere. This research is quantitative descriptive. This research implemented at the Maumere Primary Tax Service Office. Data collection using the method of documentation, interviews and literature study. Technique data analysis used descriptive quantitative using ratios, yang including: Income Tax received and Letter Reporting Compliance ratio Timely Income Tax Annual Notice. The results of this study indicate that the level of compliance of individual taxpayers Personal in reporting the Annual Income Tax Return is seen from (1) the ratio Compliance with the reporting of the Annual Income Tax Return can be categorized less compliant with an average of 48.98%, (2) Letter Report Compliance ratio. The on-time Annual Income Tax Period shows the average below 60% namely 4.681%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Total Quality approach Control as an effort to minimize the risk of product damage to Madani Cassava chips and factors that cause product quality failure on Madani Kripik Singkong. Methods used in this study is a statistical analysis that uses control map P namely: a) control map p consisting of: 1) calculate the percentage of damage, 2) central line, 3) upper control line, 4) lower control line; b) 100 percent flawed control diagram inspection, consisting of: 1) calculating the center line, 2) calculating the control limit above, 3) calculate the lower limit of control, causation and keizen. The results of this study show that by using a control map P average product damage P 0.0413, upper control limit or UCL of 0.0532, and the lower control limit or LCL of 0.0294 of the calculation result control map P showing Total Qualiti Control or quality control the product is said to be good, based on the results of the analysis using a diagram of the cause of factors that cause product quality failure are human, machine, method and environment in analysis using kaizen method indicates that supervision must be continued to maintain the quality of products by monitoring employee performance, providing clear instructions employees so that human methods and factors can be carried out by well, for environmenta lfactors, namely animating the warehouse and cleaning the warehouse at all times so that dirt and dust are not mixed with raw materials while the machine factor is to supervise and maintain the machine in order to the engine remains optimal.

Abstract

This stiudy aims to determine to human resources development strategy at PT. Federal International Finance Group Ende. By analyzing the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats that the company has. The type of research used is descriptivw qualitative, data analysis technique used are SWOT matrix, SWOT analysis, Internal Factor Analysis Strategy, and External Factor Analysis Strategy. The population studied was PT. Federal International Finance Group Ende with a total of 20 employees, and the number of respondents taken as many as 10 people. From the calculation of the EFAS table the opportunity is greater than the threat so that the point is in the I quardant. The results show that the human resource development strategy at Federal International Finance Group sharing can help employee. Also, a good management system can support human resources who are still fresh to be educated so that they can have the ability to be more competent.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of motor spare parts workshop at The Jaya Ende Central Workshop. By analyzing strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats possessed by the Workshop. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive, analytical techniques data used are SWOT Matrix, SWOT Analysis Diagram, Internal Factor Analysis Strategy, as well as External Factor Analysis Strategy. The population researched is Bengkel Sentral Jaya Ende with a total of 10 employees, and the number of respondents taken as many as 10 people. From the calculation of the IFAS table strength is higher than weakness, as well as from efas table calculations the odds are smaller than the threat so the point is in quadrant IV. The results showed that the marketing strategy of motor spare parts at Bengkel Sentral Jaya Ende is a strategic location that can help marketing at the workshop, as well as the quality of goods and the quality of service make customers comfortable to buy spare part products at Bengkel Sentral Jaya Ende.
