Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the School Tuition Payment Information System at Nurul Falah Kindergarten in Jakarta. The implementation of this study is presented descriptively and the data collection method used by the author is a Field Study consisting of Observation and Interviews and Documentation. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the student payment process at Nurul Falah Kindergarten still uses a manual system carried out by officers by recording school tuition payment transaction data with a book, while for students, transaction data recording is based on the date and nominal amount of money paid on the school tuition payment card with the officer's initials. So if the school tuition payment data recording book is lost, the Nurul Falah Kindergarten student tuition payment data will be lost. And makes the officer's process in recording and storing data less effective. From these obstacles, the solution provided by the author is to create a web-based information system that is able to process school tuition payment data at Nurul Falah Kindergarten so that the data collection process can be carried out efficiently and organized by computerization.

Abstract

The social assistance fund receipt system is a system that aims to record and manage social assistance funds quickly and transparently. In RT 001 / RW 003, Depok Village, there are obstacles in the management of social assistance funds that cause the process of receiving social assistance funds to be ineffective. Therefore, a web-based information system design is needed to minimize problems in the process. The purpose of writing is to find out the social assistance fund receipt system that is running in RT 001 / RW 003, Depok Village with the method used in writing this report is through literature studies and direct observation field studies to the place that is the object of writing. The results of observations obtained by the Author in the social assistance fund receipt system include managing social assistance funds, inputting data on recipients of social assistance funds and reports on recipients of social assistance funds.

Abstract

Good value data processing will produce learning values ​​as a good evaluation result, in addition, the results of value data processing will be used as one of the benchmarks for student success in completing education at school. Currently, after students have completed daily tests, mid-term tests and final semester tests, the teacher will give students grades by writing them in the liaison book that students bring to each lesson. The purpose of this study is to create an android-based student learning evaluation information system at Homeschooling Primagama Bekasi to facilitate school academics in managing student grades. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. In addition, the author uses a system design tool, namely the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the Java programming language with a firebase database so that the author can conclude that this information system can make it easier for school administrators to make student learning evaluations at Homeschooling Primagama Bekasi.

Abstract

This research stems from observations at Green Lake View Waterpark, a popular tourist destination often crowded on holidays and weekends. The study found that ticket ordering is still handled manually, requiring visitors to queue at the counter a process that leads to long waiting times and discomfort, especially during peak periods. This conventional system also poses challenges for management in tracking transactions, reporting, and monitoring visitor numbers in real time. To address these issues, the author proposes a digital-based ticket ordering information system. This system aims to allow visitors to purchase tickets independently and flexibly, reducing queues and improving the overall experience. Additionally, it would help management efficiently manage and monitor data. The proposed solution is expected to enhance service quality and operational efficiency at Green Lake View Waterpark.

Abstract

A financing institution is a business entity that carries out financing activities in the form of providing funds or capital. This financing institution offers cash loans to its customers like banks. The loan value provided is also quite large, but the requirements and guarantees are lighter than banks, one of which is collateral with a guarantee of motor vehicle ownership. The study entitled Loan Application Information System CV. DIKCTA Nusantara Bekasi Barat aims to determine the flow of loan applications with BPKB collateral at CV. DIKCTA Nusantara Bekasi Barat and to determine the obstacles in the flow of loan applications with BPKB collateral at CV. DIKCTA Nusantara Bekasi Barat and their solutions. The research methods used are Literature Study (Library Research) and Field Study (Field Research), the application software used is Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, MySQL with PHP version 7. With the Loan Application Information System at CV. DIKCTA Nusantara Bekasi Barat, it is expected to facilitate the loan application process.

Abstract

Central Library (UPT Perpustakaan) of the Universitas Jambi to improve quality in accordance with the needs of the user community or users is to provide maximum service with strategies and systems that make it easier and effective and efficient. This study aims to determine the quality of the UPT Library of the University of Jambi from the aspect of service to users, especially in digital self-service.  Specifically for circulation services, the UPT Library of the University of Jambi has developed its system by facilitating through additions, namely: Digital-based Independent Circulation Service using a PC or a special computer device, separate from other PCs. This service is a development of the circulation service that exists in the SLiMS UPT application of the University of Jambi Library which has been used since 2015. This research method is a quantitative and qualitative method (mixed method), using Concurrent Triangulation.

Abstract

The digital attendance system based on location serves as a modern solution to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in employee attendance recording in the KPU environment. Using GPS technology and integration with the employee system, this system replaces conventional methods that rely on physical devices and enables real-time attendance via mobile devices. This research aims to design a location-based attendance information system using the Design Thinking approach as a development method. The process includes identifying user needs (employees, HR Bureau admins, and IT managers), developing system flow, prototype development, and simulating the system's functionality. The design results show that this system supports work mobility, reporting accuracy, cross-office integration, and is suitable for supporting flexible work models such as WFH and WFA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of improving tertiary irrigation networks through lining construction on farmers’ income and income distribution. The research was conducted in eight districts of West Java Province, namely Bandung, West Bandung, Subang, Purwakarta, Karawang, Indramayu, Bogor, and Cianjur. Primary data were collected through field surveys, interviews, and questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from institutional records. Data analysis included the Shapiro–Wilk normality test, paired t- test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), financial feasibility analysis (NPV, IRR, B/C ratio), and the Gini Index for income distribution. The results showed that tertiary irrigation improvements in simple irrigation schemes generated the highest additional profit (IDR 786,000/ha/year) but were not statistically significant, while in semi-technical irrigation the additional profit of IDR 626,000/ha/year was significant at the 5% level. In technical irrigation, the additional profit was IDR 290,000/ha/year and not significant. The income distribution analysis indicated a slight improvement, with the Gini Index decreasing from 0.321 to 0.319, still within the moderate inequality category. Financially, the improvement projects were feasible with an average IRR of 18–24% and B/C ratios above 1.3.

Abstract

The dynamic management of branding projects at PT World Innovative Telecommunication Balikpapan currently faces significant challenges due to conventional and non-integrated monitoring processes. Disorganized asset data collection and delayed field progress reports lead to information asymmetry, which hinders effective management decision-making. To address these issues, a project tracking information system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This methodology was selected for its ability to accelerate the development lifecycle through the phases of Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover, while maintaining intensive user involvement. The result of this development is a web-based application built on the Laravel framework, integrating real-time monitoring features, visual documentation validation, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). The implementation of this system has proven to enhance coordination transparency across work units, ensure project data accuracy, and optimize the supervisory efficiency of the company's branding activities.
