<![CDATA[Character education based on the Qur'an is one of the efforts to shape positive student behavior amidst moral challenges in the modern era. This study aims to analyze the effect of character education based on the Qur'an on the behavior of elementary school students. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design involving 60 fourth grade students at an elementary school in [city/area name]. The experimental group (30 students) received Qur'an-based character learning for 8 weeks, while the control group (30 students) followed conventional learning. Data were collected through behavioral observations and questionnaires measuring aspects of honesty, responsibility, and politeness, then analyzed using an independent t-test. The results showed a significant difference (p <0.05) between student behavior in the experimental and control groups, with an average increase in behavioral scores of 18.5% in the experimental group. These findings indicate that character education based on the Qur'an is effective in improving positive student behavior, especially in terms of honesty and responsibility. This study recommends the implementation of a similar approach in the elementary school curriculum to support the formation of students' Islamic character.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic Religious Education plays a very important role in shaping the character of the millennial generation, especially in facing the challenges of globalization and rapid technological developments. The millennial generation is often faced with problems of moral crisis and self-identity due to the influence of more dominant foreign cultures. Therefore, Islamic religious education is expected to provide a solid foundation in shaping a character that is noble, honest, and responsible. This study aims to examine how Islamic religious education can contribute to the formation of the character of the millennial generation, by emphasizing the importance of integrating religious values in everyday life. The methods used in this study were literature reviews and interviews with a number of educators and students involved in Islamic religious education. The results of the study show that Islamic religious education provided intensively can help the millennial generation build a stronger character, both in personal and social aspects. In addition, Islamic religious education can also increase awareness of the importance of ethics and morals in the increasingly developing digital life. Thus, Islamic religious education can be an important factor in creating a millennial generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also moral and has high integrity.]]>

<![CDATA[Financial inclusion is one of the important elements in driving economic growth, especially in developing countries. In Indonesia, the role of Islamic microfinance is increasingly important in increasing public access to fair and sharia-based financial services. This study aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic microfinance to financial inclusion and its impact on economic growth. In this study, the author explores various models of Islamic microfinance, such as mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah-based financing, which can provide access to people who are not covered by the conventional banking system. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study finds that Islamic microfinance not only increases financial inclusion but also has a positive impact on poverty alleviation and community economic empowerment. This study concludes that strengthening the Islamic microfinance sector can be an effective strategy in creating inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of zakat in reducing socio-economic inequality in Muslim communities. Using a qualitative approach and secondary data analysis, this study explores the relationship between zakat management, social inequality (Gini index), and welfare improvement in several regions in Indonesia. The results show that larger zakat management, such as in Jakarta and Yogyakarta, contributes to a significant reduction in social inequality and a higher increase in welfare. In contrast, areas with smaller zakat management, such as Bandung, although showing an increase in welfare, still have relatively high social inequality. This study confirms that zakat can be an effective tool in reducing social inequality, but more efficient and transparent management is needed to maximize its impact. The results of this study provide recommendations for improving the zakat management system to be more efficient and inclusive.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the murabahah financing system in increasing the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The murabahah financing system is considered as an alternative financing that is in accordance with Islamic principles, which provides benefits for both banks and customers. The analysis was conducted by evaluating several aspects, including bank profitability, financing performance, associated risks, impact on customer satisfaction, and external factors that influence it. The results of the study indicate that the murabahah system is effective in increasing the profitability of Islamic banks, with significant profit margins and high customer satisfaction. However, challenges related to financing risks such as default and fluctuations in the price of goods need to be managed carefully. This study provides insight into how the murabahah financing system can continue to develop in the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The inheritance distribution system in Islamic law is regulated by clear and proportional provisions, aiming to ensure justice for all heirs. This distribution is based on the principle that each heir receives a portion according to their position and responsibilities in the family. However, in practice, the application of Islamic inheritance law often encounters challenges, such as disputes between heirs and inconsistencies between Islamic law and applicable positive law. In addition, restrictions on wills and differences in inheritance distribution between men and women are frequently debated issues. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to improve education on Islamic inheritance law, implement mediation as a solution to disputes, and make efforts to harmonize Islamic law with positive law so that inheritance distribution can be carried out fairly and in accordance with sharia principles.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the implementation of the principle of justice in Islamic inheritance law in the modern era, with a focus on the challenges faced in its implementation in Indonesia. The principles of justice in Islamic inheritance law, such as proportional justice, fair distribution, social and economic justice, often experience obstacles due to changes in social, economic and family structures that continue to develop. Although Islamic inheritance law regulates the distribution of property by giving a larger share to men, challenges arise related to gender equality and the role of women in the family. In addition, the distribution of inheritance involving modern assets, such as stocks and cryptocurrencies, also requires adjustment. This study suggests the need for adjustments in the distribution of inheritance and increased understanding of Islamic inheritance law among law enforcement officers, so that the principles of justice can be implemented more fairly and relevant to current socio-economic conditions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of murabahah financing on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Using secondary data from Islamic bank financial reports for the period 2018-2022, this study applies multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between murabahah financing and financial performance variables such as profitability, operational efficiency, and asset growth. The results of the study indicate that murabahah financing has a significant positive effect on profitability and asset growth, while its effect on operational efficiency is more moderate. Murabahah financing has proven to be an effective instrument in improving the financial performance of Islamic banks, both in terms of stable income and cost efficiency. This study provides insight for Islamic banks to further develop murabahah financing strategies by considering risk management and diversification of financing products.]]>
