Introduction: The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management system is very important to be implemented in all workplaces, especially workplaces that have a high risk of accidents and high potential for Occupational Diseases. Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety whereby every workplace is required to implement an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) in order to obtain safety guarantees and avoid illness while working. Objective: To find out employees' perceptions of the implementation of SMK3. Method: Using qualitative methods with in-depth interview techniques to 7 informants. Results: Employees of PT Mitra Jaya Samudera have sufficient perception of the OSH management system, where several informants gave almost the same statement about OSH but have not been able to independently implement the work risk control hierarchy because the company has not implemented the OSH Management System on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), so employees are not skilled at implementing OSHMS. The work process is carried out based on directions from field supervisors, not General OSH experts in accordance with applicable regulations, so work accidents in companies often occur. Conclusion: Employees have knowledge of OSH but have not properly carried out OSH procedures, because the company has not implemented company OSHMS and has not been supervised by general OSH experts. Companies need to apply OSHMS so that all employees can carry out OSH properly, and avoid work-related accidents and diseases

Introduction : During pregnancy, the posture of the mother's body will change. The center of gravity shifts forward, the normal lumbosacrum curve is increasingly curved and the cervico dorsal region must form a curvature (excessive anterior flexion). This is due to adjustments to the burden associated with fetal development. Increased abdominal distension makes the pelvis tilt forward, decrease abdominal muscle tone, and increase body weight, so it needs to be adjusted for pregnant women. These and other changes make musculoskeletal conditions uncomfortable, reducing the efficiency of contractions due to shifts in the center of gravity will also reduce the mechanical benefits of abdominal muscles. From this, pregnant women are risk to lower back pain. About 60% - 70% of pregnancies, estimated ± 50% of pregnant women complain of back pain. In Rurukan public health center, the prevalence of pregnant women reached 168 from December 2018 - March 2019, and 51% with low back pain. Objective : to determine the effect of infra red and pregnancy exercises in pregnant women with low back pain. Methods : case study, with respondence was 42 years old with complaints of low back pain and limited functional activities. Results: After physiotherapy intervention with infra-red and pregnancy exercises in 6 times, the results are there was a change in motion pain from 4 (severe pain) to 2 (slight pain) and examination of functional abilities using the oswestry disability index from 28% (moderate disability) to 18 % (minimum disability). Conclusion : Intervention of Physiotherapy using Infra Red and Pregnancy Exercise affect to women pregnancy with low back pain

Objective: This case study aims to determine the physiotherapy management in cases of carpal tunnel syndrome with ultrasound and stretching exercise. The respondent in this case study is a 51-year-old at Sam Ratulangi Tondano Hospital. Assessment of pain using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and functional activities with the Wrist Hand Disability Index (WHDI). After doing the therapy 6 times. Result: The results obtained by giving ultrasound and strecthing exercise are as follows, for pain examination, tenderness from 2,8 decrease to 2 and motion pain from 4 decrease to 2,9 and for functional activity experienced an increase in functional activity, with the result from 32 % moderate disability to 8 % minimal disabilty. Conclusion: The conclusion in this case study is that ultrasound and stretching exercise can reduce pain and increase functional activity in carpal tunnel syndrome.
