Abstract

This research is based on the background of customers who are late in paying because these customers are able to delay payment delays, which is a risk that Islamic financial institutions deliberately experience in doing financing where the risk must be minimized for the sake of financial institutions. And in controlling this control, Islamic financial institutions apply late fees or called ta'zir. And in controlling this control, Islamic financial institutions apply late fees called ta'zir. This study uses a qualitative research type. The results of the study show that at KSPPS Nusa Bangsa Sejahtera, East Java, ta'zir is applied to customers who are late in paying because these customers are able to delay payments intentionally, and funds originating from ta'zir funds or funds for delays in paying installments are included in social funds. , because the funds are not included in the pure income of the Nusa Bangsa Sejahtera KSPPS East Java, then the funds are managed and distributed in the form of social activities, as for the form of social activities in the form of donations to IPNU-IPPNU activities, Ansor, Youth Organizations, and also scholarships for educational institutions at LPBA Nurul Huda Lowayu Dukun Gresik. The analysis conducted by KSPPS Nusa Bangsa Sejahtera East Java is in accordance with the DSN fatwa no. 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 concerning sanctions on customers who are able to procrastinate.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat sekarang ini sangat bermacam-macam, tidak semua kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi tersedia secara finansial untuk mencukuinya. Untuk itulah muncul banyak lembaga kredit baik berupa Bank maupun non-Bank. Bagi beberapa kalangan umat Islam meyakini bahwa kredit melalui Bank ataupun non-Bank itu mengandung Bunga yang dikharamkan dalam Islam, dan juga bunga itu memberatkan bagi konsumen. Lembaga keuangan syariah memberikan solusi dan kemudahan untuk kredit barang dengan transaksi keuangan berbasis syariah yaitu pembiayaan murabahah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan bagaimana pembiayaan murabahah di dua lembaga keuangan Syariah, yaitu BMT Fastabiq dan BMT UGT Sidogiri. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu (1) terdapat banyak kesamaan dalam prosedur pembiayaan murabahah dalam kedua BMT tersebut. (2) Perbedaan sering kali jatuh pada besarnya harga barang, dan perhitungan margin prosentasi yang tentu saja mempunyai perbedaan tiap institusi perbankan syariah (3) Lembaga keuangan berbasis syariah seperti BMT fastabiq dan BMT UGT Sidogiri sangat membantu kebutuhan masyarakat pedesaan terutama tentang pembiayaan murabahah yang dinilai lebih mudah untuk dijangkau oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

This study was conducted to test whether the implementation of Service and Facility Quality has an influence on BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik Customer Satisfaction. The research data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires to BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik customers. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression quantitative analysis methods using the SmartPLS v. 3 program. The results of this study are known that partially the Service Quality variable affects the Customer Satisfaction variable but the Facility variable affects the Customer Satisfaction variable, while simultaneously the two exogenous variables affect the Customer Satisfaction of BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik.

Abstract

The purpose of the researcher in this article is to analyze the philosophical value of zuhud in Islamic economics in order to obtain justice, balance and simplicity in meeting the needs of life and pursuing their economic goals in a way that is in accordance with Islamic values. This research method is a descriptive analysis method, in this study using a type of descriptive qualitative research, the approach understands the philosophical value of zuhud in Islamic economics. While the data collection technique used by the author in this study is to review the review of articles and previous studies, books, websites and POP (Publish or Perish) applications as well as in other literature studies. The result of this research is that zuhud is very important in Islamic economics because it helps people to obtain justice and balance in meeting their needs. In Islamic economics, zuhud has several important philosophical values, including: First, the Value of Simplicity. Second, the value of justice. Third, the balance value. Fourth, the value of piety. In an economic context, zuhud helps people to pursue their economic goals in a way that is in accordance with Islamic values and provides benefits to society as a whole. According to Imam al-Ghazali, there are seven conditions that must be met by humans for the preservation of the concept of din (religion) in economic practice. First, is goodwill at the beginning of economic activity. Second, humans must meet the requirements of social utility, as in commerce. Third, economic activity should not deprive people of Islamic principles. Fourth, remembrance (remember) to Allah must be in the market. Fifth, humans do not have to be greedy. Sixth, regardless of legal opinion (fatwa) a Muslim must listen to his own voice in order to achieve resonance in trade along with Islamic principles. Seventh, is fair trade and conduct. One of the objectives of the teachings of the Qadiriyah Wan Naqsabandiyah Order is to develop human love (mahabbah) for Allah SWT.

Abstract

The result showed that the consumption pattern of PGRI 13 Surabaya Vocational High School Students had implemented an attitude of not exaggerating, having sense of empathy so that students helped their fellow friends a lot by giving alms to food or giving money, applying adab ehen eating and drinking, always beig careful with halal labels and date expired save just in case Islamic consumption theory has also been applied by students through the SKOLA application with five principles, namely : the principles of justice, cleanliness, simplicity, generosity, and the principles of morality. The conclusion of this study is that based on the consumtion pattern they have used while using this application, a lot of awareness has been made and it reflects consumption behavior in Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumers in choosing halal products. This research was conducted by collecting information based on the result of interviews regarding the factors that influence consumer in choosing halal products with reference to several related theories. The result of this study can be seen that the factors that influence consumers in choosing halal products are derived from religious principles, environmental, and health factors. On the other hand, the government is role in implementing halal certification and labeling regulations also has an effect on making it easier for consumers to choose halal product.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Islamic financial literacy and consumptive behavior on interest in online loan services at Yudharta University, Pasuruan. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using the Google form. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the research in this study indicate that Islamic financial literacy and consumptive behavior affect interest in online loan services.
