<![CDATA[This research aimed to determine the effect of internal control and individual morality to the tendency of accounting fraud. The theory used in this research are the Agency Theory and Theory Of Planned Behavior. The population in this study is staff accounting department property company in Batam region. This study using purposive sampling technique. These samples were taken are as many as 34 staff accounting. The Collected data using by questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this research showed that the internal control and individual morality have negatively affect of tendency of the accounting fraud at the property company in Batam region.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the benefits of information technology in developing SMEs for entrepreneurs is to accelerate business processes, where the use of information technology is done because technology is able to overcome the problem of distance and time needed in a business process. Where in the implementation of its work is still simple in the form of application manuals and assisted by Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for documents. This resulted in the supply chain management process being ineffective and inefficient. As a solution to the problem, the author makes an application and integrated supply chain system based on the car in the M Sembako case study. The research method used is a system development approach which consists of a feasibility study and system design. The results obtained from research in the form of supply chain information systems using Android-based Programming on SMEs in Batam where this system can be more easily implemented and more easily understood by users so that it can produce information that is fast, precise and accurate.]]>

<![CDATA[In many practices, it is found that the implementation of accounting information systems in the field often encounters various kinds of obstacles. Starting from the information system is not in accordance with the needs, it could even be that the use of information systems can actually reduce company performance. ABSS Accounting, what are its advantages. Assessing the use of the accounting system using Microsoft Excel which was implemented before the implementation of ABSS Accounting. The results of this study are data collection methods used primary data data obtained directly from the company, namely by interviews and observations in related sections of the company. The author conducted interviews with employees of PT Bisnis Teknologi Manajemen. The results of this study are the accounting system using Microsoft Excel which is applied in the presentation of the financial statements of PT Bisnis Teknologi Manajemen. Using Microsoft Excel in preparing financial reports, users create an integrated system that can be used to help create financial reports. The point is to make certain formulas that make the sheets interrelated. The accounting system currently used, namely ABSS Accounting, is an accounting system that is more adequate and reliable than Microsoft Excel. ABSS Accounting can be categorized as a complex system because it has features that can be used according to company needs. What makes the implementation of an accounting information system based on ABSS Accounting can be beneficial for PT Bisnis Teknologi Manajemen because it has complete features that can make it easier for users and can be used forever without having to pay additional fees for updating.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out whether the cost of raw materials and direct labor costs had an effect on the increase in production. In this quantitative research two types of variables are used, namely the independent variable is Raw Material Cost, Direct Labor Cost and the dependent variable is Increased Production Results. Sampling is done by the technique used, namely purposive sampling. Data analysis using Classical Assumptions and Multiple Linear Regression methods. The results of the study were processed using SPSS 20, it can be seen that the Raw Material Cost has a tcount of 4.616 with a significance probability of 0.000, concluded that Raw Material Costs partially have a positive and significant effect on Increasing Production Cost of Direct Labor Costs has t count of 4.944 with a significance of 0,000 can be concluded that Direct Labor Costs partially have a positive and significant effect on Increasing Production Results. The F test shows the Fcount value of 71,270 and significance of 0,000b means that there is a significant effect between Raw Material Costs and Direct Labor Costs on Increasing Production Results.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to determine: 1). Utilitarian value an affects on customer satisfaction, 2). Hedonic Value has an effect on customer satisfaction. 3) To find out whether utilitarian value and hedonic value affect on customer satisfaction. 4) To measure how much influence the utilitarian value and hedonic value have on customer satisfaction. This research is quantitative descriptive. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were the customers of Ridho Toserba in Bintan. The sampling method using the Slovin formula, then taken as many as 423 respondents. The results of this study were obtained: the results of the t test variable Utilitarian Value (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) obtained t value of 5.905 which is greater than the t table (5.905 > 1.9719) with a significance of less than 0.05 ( 0.000 <0.05). In the hedonic variable value (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y), the value of t arithmetic 136,479 which is greater than t table (136,479 > 1.9719) with a significance of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The Multiple linear regression equation Y = (-1.351) + 0.413 (X1) + 0.674 (X2) + e. The conclusion of this study is it is known that the Utilitarian value and Hedonic Value variabels that influence customer satisfaction of Toserba Ridho in Bintan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to provide a response to an alternative review of tourism-based communities as an effort to contribute to the state and small communities with breakthroughs in economic acceleration and poverty alleviation programs for local communities in tourist villages throughout the Riau Islands province. In contrast and normatively, the division of tourism concepts cannot be separated from branding and regional characteristics of cultural and ethnic concepts. Technological intervention indicates that there is a schematic and constructive relationship pattern related to the differentiation of the need for tourism consumption which is the fruit of the concept of community based tourism. Researcher contextually, namely there are three supporting dimensions that provide a strong foundation for the program to improve the economic construct of local communities in the province of Riau Islands, namely Branding, tourism-based communities, the existence of the surrounding community, community creativity and stakeholders in it. This study uses a quantitative survey method with samples taken from 160 tourism village residents who have used digital technology related to product marketing for the branding process of local areas for visitors to tourist attractions in the Riau Islands province. This research is a survey research where the data analysis process uses Structure Equation Model analysis with a continuous analysis base pattern.]]>

<![CDATA[The technology competition in the industry today is very tight. Companies that maintain product quality and improve product quality according to customer requirements. Therefore, in the process of producing the Reflector and Inner Lens, there are several obstacles that often occur in the production process, namely defects in the bubble, silver, and white dot. This study aims to identify the disabilities that often occur if well controlled, to determine the factors that cause these disabilities. Fishbone diagrams are used to identify factors that cause defects. There are 4 factors that cause defects based on the fishbone diagram, namely human, machine, environmental and material factors. The results showed that there was no data out of control. The dominant defect types in D21N Inner Lens products are bubbles (53.5%) and silver 760 Reflector A products (69.7%).]]>

<![CDATA[The house is a basic human need, where the house is a means of resting and gathering with the family, the choice of housing type greatly affects the comfort of someone who will live in the house, such as choosing where the location, facilities, accessibility and even more important is the price that fits the pocket of the candidate. housing owners, this study discusses analysis in the selection of housing in batam city, the variables used are the accessibility factors related to distance and ease of reaching a place., typology is related to the size of the settlement, price, payment for houses, data analysis is carried out with the concept of extracting information on the C4.5 algorithm by testing the results and obtaining the decision tree using the opensource rapidminer tools. From the data processing, the result shows that the factors that really influence people to choose and buy a house in the research object are price, accessibility and typology.]]>

The rapid development of technology and the internet in Indonesia has the impact of changes in business change, one of which is the way to buy and sell done online. In the business of Roti Dapoer Yuri still implements the system conventionally, the sales strategy is done directly by delivering products to pt canteens, stalls and shops. When viewed from the development of information system technology that is developing today Dapoer Yuri Bread Business desperately needs a technology to increase sales can be accessed online and accessible anywhere and anytime. The research method used is waterfall model that is through several stages such as needs analysis, system design to be used, program code generation and system testing created. In completing the data so that the goal can be achieved, the data collection technique uses observation and study techniques. With the online sales system has changed the sales system made, where shoppers can make purchases by selecting several types of bread then making the ordering process and continued with the payment process made by transfer through the specified account. Meanwhile, the results of the design of this information system were able to impact the increase in product sales on Dapoer Yuri's bread business effectively.]]>
