Abstract

Most community activities can be carried out via smartphones, including learning activities carried out remotely. However, not all students are able to use smartphones as learning aids, most of the students use them only for entertainment in the form of accessing social media, live streaming and playing games. This activity results in students being away from learning, especially when outside of school. In addition, the teacher also does not have specific learning media in accordance with the material to be taught at school, so that the use of this tool is very minimal for learning activities. In order for the use of this smartphone to be more positive among students, it is necessary to provide workshops that can increase students' interest in learning, one of which is with augmented reality, namely technology that combines virtual objects with the real world. Through this technology, students will be taught to design 3-dimensional objects and implement them into learning. It is hoped that by increasing students' knowledge of augmented reality technology, the use of smartphones will become more positive and can improve the quality of student learning. The implementation of this service uses an inquiry and performance model where students are given material and immediately practice the material being taught, it is hoped that at the last meeting students can complete several 3-dimensional objects and apply them in learning.

Abstract

This training aims to develop product packaging designs. This community service activity is carried out in the Sahabat Kitchen business group to increase the income of prosperous families (UPPKS) with the aim of: 1) Expanding the market share for its products, 2) Increasing expertise and understanding in the field of product and packaging design 3) Increasing productivity. This activity is applied to community education with training techniques. The training includes mentoring, discussion. The result of these activities is that participants have an understanding of Product Packaging Design Development.

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge and insight of small ornamental fish entrepreneurs at Perum Permata Hijau Block D, Bukit Tempayan Village, Batu Aji District, Batam City regarding the importance of recording raw material costs and business profit and loss reports to improve the financial performance of small businesses. The methods applied in this training are lectures, tutorials, and discussions. The lecture method is carried out by providing an overview and motivation about the importance of accounting for business. This coaching activity will be carried out over four meetings where the output of this activity is that the business can make financial reports containing methods of journalizing, balance sheet, recording of raw materials, profit and loss statements, and changes in business capital aimed at facilitating business activities.

Abstract

Pulau Batam memiliki wilayah pesisir yang memiliki keindahan dan potensi besar dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Namun, perkembangan pariwisata di kota Batam memunculkan permasalahan baru yaitu pembangunan pariwisata tidak lagi memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan yang selaras dengan pembangunan ekonomi. Padahal sebagai tujuan destinasi wisata kota Batam adalah mengedepankan potensi alamnya yang indah berupa pantai dan keindahan laut. Salah satu dari banyak wilayah di Kota Batam yang memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan wisata bahari adalah wilayah pesisir Desa Galang Baru yang mempunyai potensi dan daya Tarik wisata khususnya wisata di bidang kemaritiman, seperti wisata pantai di tanjung cakang, Pulau sembur, Pulau korek, terumbu karang di pulau sembur dan pulau nguan, Hutan bakau di Tanjung Caking dan Pulau Nguan, serta makanan laut (seafood) di Galang Baru, Pulau Korek, Tanjung Cakang. Namun dibalik potensi wisata bahari di galang baru ternyata tidak dimanfaatkan secara optimal, untuk itu fokus program pengembangan desa mitra kali ini adalah pada empat aspek seperti pengembangan destinasi wisata, pengembangan Pemasaran pariwisata, pembentukan Industri pariwisata, serta pembentukan Kelembagaan pariwisata. hasil dari program ini yaitu memberikan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat galang baru tentang eco Wisata bahari unggulan

Abstract

The Sagulung UKM group is a group of craftsmen and traders located in the Sagulungs Village, Batam City. Abstract

In many practices, it is found that the implementation of accounting information systems in the field often encounters various kinds of obstacles. Starting from the information system is not in accordance with the needs, it could even be that the use of information systems can actually reduce company performance. ABSS Accounting, what are its advantages. Assessing the use of the accounting system using Microsoft Excel which was implemented before the implementation of ABSS Accounting. The results of this study are data collection methods used primary data data obtained directly from the company, namely by interviews and observations in related sections of the company. The author conducted interviews with employees of PT Bisnis Teknologi Manajemen. The results of this study are the accounting system using Microsoft Excel which is applied in the presentation of the financial statements of PT Bisnis Teknologi Manajemen. Using Microsoft Excel in preparing financial reports, users create an integrated system that can be used to help create financial reports. The point is to make certain formulas that make the sheets interrelated. The accounting system currently used, namely ABSS Accounting, is an accounting system that is more adequate and reliable than Microsoft Excel. ABSS Accounting can be categorized as a complex system because it has features that can be used according to company needs. What makes the implementation of an accounting information system based on ABSS Accounting can be beneficial for PT Bisnis Teknologi Manajemen because it has complete features that can make it easier for users and can be used forever without having to pay additional fees for updating.

Abstract

Determining the right hotel room pricing is a critical aspect of hotel management. In Batam City, a popular destination for both tourism and business, adjusting hotel room prices based on customer needs has become increasingly important. This research focuses on the utilization of Fuzzy Logic Sugeno Method to analyze and determine hotel room prices that can be tailored to the preferences and requirements of customers in Batam City. The Sugeno Method is a powerful technique in fuzzy logic that allows for qualitative modeling of customer preferences. This research integrates historical hotel room data, weather data, city event data, and customer preferences collected through surveys and sentiment analysis. Subsequently, this method is employed to generate membership functions that link input variables, such as weather, to the output variable, which is hotel room price. The research findings demonstrate that this approach can yield hotel room prices that are more aligned with customer preferences based on factors such as weather and city events. This aids hotels in Batam City in optimizing their revenue by offering competitive and enticing prices to potential customers. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of smarter pricing strategies in the hotel industry, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue enhancement.
