Abstract

This study aims to implement the Smart Village concept in Sendang Agung Village through the development of a mobile web-based information system to support public information disclosure as mandated by Law Number 14 of 2008. The lack of public access to transparent and accountable village information highlights the need for a digital system that is easily accessible to all community members. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model approach in software development. The system provides various village information features such as event schedules, financial reports, social assistance data, and online administrative services accessible via mobile devices. Testing results indicate that the application improves the efficiency of information dissemination and received positive feedback from village officials and residents. This implementation is expected to position Sendang Agung Village as a model of a digital village that promotes openness and active public participation.

Abstract

As an instrument for regulating activities in cyberspace, the most fundamental threat to freedom of expression-currently-on the internet in Indonesia comes from Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE). This article analyzes how the 2016 ITE Law still and continues to cause problems that violate the principles of freedom of expression and human rights. The research results show that this law still has the potential to suppress and limit the right to freedom of expression and silence criticism. This law causes the public to remain silent about the existing socio-political conditions for fear of being seen as insulting or defaming their good name and thus being sentenced to prison. Therefore, the need to improve several articles becomes very important. In Indonesia, it is also urgent to establish an independent regulatory body that has the authority to explain and limit the regulation of content on the Internet based on human rights principles.

Abstract

One of the mapping technologies that are widely used today is the geographic information system, geographic information systems are often also called GIS (Geographic Information system) is a mapping technology in the form of a computer-based information system, which is designed to work using data that has special information or spatial references. Roads are land transportation facilities that have an important role in the field of transportation, connecting cities to cities, cities to villages, and villages to villages. Road damage has an impact on the safety and comfort of road users. Until now, there has never been any road damage in Sukosari Village caused by the conflict between Pringsewu and Pesawaran districts. Therefore, it is necessary to collect new information from the community about the current condition of the road so that village officials can immediately repair it because input from the community can make it easier for the village to make further improvements. For the problems mentioned above, a geospatial damage information system was created in the hope that the government can use the clustering method to determine the damage to level roads in Sukosari District. One of the methods used in this system is waterfall or also called waterfall. The information collected for this study came from the Sukosari website. Based on the results of the accuracy method, the waterfall used in this study is 100% accurate in terms of presentation of its suitability. The investigation of this method into the damage to the road geographical information system in Sukosari village clarifies that there are problems in the system that are not addressed in the research so that the system functions as planned.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence technology has brought significant transformations in the education sector, ranging from learning personalization, administrative automation, to data-based evaluation systems. However, the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education raises various juridical issues, especially related to personal data protection, content copyright, and legal responsibility in the event of losses due to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This article aims to analyze the legal framework that prevails in Indonesia in regulating the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the field of education, focusing on three main issues: data protection, copyright, and legal responsibility. The research method used is normative juridical research with legislative, conceptual, and comparative approaches. The results of the study show that existing regulations, such as Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law), the Copyright Law, and the principle of civil liability, can be used as a legal basis to regulate Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, although more specific regulations are still needed through derivative regulations and Artificial Intelligence ethics guidelines (AI). Thus, the urgency of establishing comprehensive regulations regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education is an urgent need in Indonesia.
