Abstract

Poverty is a major social welfare problem in Indonesia. Various efforts have been made by the government to overcome the main problem of social welfare in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Constitution Number 11 of 2009 concerning social welfare, such as providing social assistance, social rehabilitation, social security, social empowerment, and social protection. Areas that sometimes reflect the large number of poor and underprivileged people are often located in slum areas on the outskirts of the city which are sometimes free from supervision and control from the local government. The Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Waste Management Site (TPS3R) which is a waste management system and technology that is intended as a solution to overcome the problem of waste and its impacts. Through this TPS3R, not only the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste can be reduced, but also products with economic value are produced from waste that is processed by involving the surrounding community so that it obtains benefits. In addition to involving the community to obtain benefits from the existence of TPS3R, this study will examine the variables that determine the eligibility of social assistance recipients using the Bivariate Person and Alpha-Cronbach methods, the aim is to provide social security to the community in the TPS3R area in maintaining the sustainability of the area to remain clean and healthy. To optimize the determination of the eligibility of assistance recipients in the TPS3R area of Pringsewu Regency, the determining criteria will be applied to a system using the Decision Support System model with the implementation of website-based tool tests. By using a website-based system, poverty alleviation programs in the TPS3R area of Pringsewu Regency can be carried out quickly, effectively and efficiently and on target.

Abstract

In today's technological era, information technology is developing rapidly. One of them is in the field of education, currently many learning media have used technology as a means to facilitate it. With fundamental changes in the field of information and communication technology, information has now become a very valuable commodity and determines success. The problem raised this time is how to determine the majors of new students at Al Khairiyah Citangkil Integrated Islamic Vocational School. In solving this problem, the method that will be used to help select majors at Al Khairiyah Citangkil Integrated Islamic Vocational School is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This TOPSIS method is based on the concept where the best selected alternative not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution, but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. The TOPSIS method also has a simple and relatively easy-to-understand concept, efficient computation, and has the ability to measure the relative performance of each decision alternative in a simple mathematical form. The application of major selection using the TOPSIS method is very helpful in selecting majors to be more accurate, save time and get faster results. The decision support system for choosing a major at Al Khairiyah Citangkil Integrated Islamic Vocational School can be developed by creating a website-based system with variables of Psychometric Test Score, Al-Quran Test Score, Verbal Test Score, Basic Computer Test Score, Mathematics National Examination Score, Science National Examination Score, English National Examination Score, Indonesian National Examination Score, Parental Income where each test result is directly connected to the decision support database to produce accurate data.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological progress is very rapid, especially in the field of Technology. Where technological advances enter into all social, economic and educational fields. The development of computerized system needs The waterfall method is one of the SDLC models that is often used in the development of information systems or software.Black Box testing is a software testing method that tests the functionality of the application as opposed to the internal structure or work, this testing process tests to measure all attribute usability by application usersThe current attendance system requires a new system update. Because doing this will have a very good impact on the company in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and speed. This requires a design design before this system is made. Design an online attendance system using the LBS (Location Based Serviced) distance limiting method based on the Android application owned by each employee. This requires a local or internet network that is determined by the distance limit with the LBS whose coordinate points have been set. The system development method used is CASE (Computer-Aided-Software Engineering) using the concept of Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the diagrams used are Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram and Class Diagram

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work climate, achievement motivation, and digital literacy on teacher performance in senior high schools in Pringsewu Regency. Using regression analysis methods, the study involved 98 teachers as respondents. The results show that the work climate significantly and positively impacts teacher performance, contributing 80.3%, with the regression equation Ŷ = 1.540 + 0.812X1. This indicates that a conducive work environment promotes improved teacher performance. Additionally, achievement motivation positively influences teacher performance by 69.30%, with the regression equation Ŷ = 6.406 + 0.877X2. High achievement motivation encourages teachers to work more optimally, boosting enthusiasm and energy in fulfilling teaching duties. Digital literacy, measured through work discipline, significantly and positively impacts teacher performance, contributing 87.6%, with the regression equation Ŷ = 1.802 + 0.965X3. Teachers' ability to leverage digital technology in teaching has been proven to enhance the quality of teaching and overall teacher performance. Simultaneously, work climate, achievement motivation, and digital literacy positively influence teacher performance, contributing 90.6%. The regression equation for the simultaneous effect is Ŷ = 1.071 + 0.355X1 + 0.064X2 + 0.688X3. These findings strengthen the argument that improving teacher performance requires creating a conducive work environment, providing appropriate motivation, and developing digital literacy. Therefore, the enhancement of educational quality is strongly influenced by these three factors, which collectively encourage teachers to achieve better performance and deliver higher-quality teaching.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital marketing in UMKM Catering Bunda Nila using a SWOT analysis approach. Digital marketing is an important strategy for UMKM in increasing market reach and competitiveness. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that in terms of strengths, UMKM Catering Bunda Nila has actively used social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp for marketing, has quality products at competitive prices, and gains customer loyalty from online promotion strategies. However, there are several weaknesses, such as lack of consistency in content creation, limited human resources who are experts in digital marketing, and less than optimal utilization of paid advertising features. In terms of opportunities, the rapid growth of digital marketing trends provides opportunities for UMKM to reach more customers, while the increasing use of food delivery services also supports digital marketing. On the other hand, the threats faced include tight competition with bigger competitors and changes in social media algorithms that can affect marketing reach. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, this study recommends several digital marketing development strategies, such as increasing human resource capacity in content creation, optimizing the use of digital advertising, and utilizing various online marketing platforms to expand market reach. With the right strategy, UMKM Catering Bunda Nila can maximize digital marketing to increase its competitiveness in the culinary industry.

Abstract

E-commerce is a website-based online sales platform. This e-commerce is a program built with the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database processor. This research was conducted at UKM (Small and Medium Enterprises) Kampung Batik Betungan. E-commerce UKM Kampung Batik Betungan aims to introduce and make sales online. This e-commerce contains products produced by UKM Kampung Batik Betungan. E-commerce UKM Kampung Batik Betungan has been tested to 20 people as correspondents at UKM Kampung Batik Betungan and the community around UKM. Correspondents are batik craftsmen and the community in the environment of UKM Kampung Batik Betungan. From the test, the answers obtained based on the results of system testing conducted at UKM Kampung Batik Betungan stated 80.84% very good and 19.16% stated good to the system that has been made. So from the presentation results obtained, e-commerce UKM Kampung Batik Betungan can be used as an online sales platform.

Abstract

The selection of village aid recipients in Kedondong District requires an objective and transparent system to ensure that assistance is properly distributed. One method that can be used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which enables decision-making based on weighted criteria. This study aims to apply the SAW method in the selection process of village aid recipients by considering several criteria, such as income level, number of dependents, housing conditions, and employment status. The results show that the SAW method provides more accurate and fair outcomes compared to conventional methods, as it ranks recipients based on systematically calculated final scores. Thus, the SAW method can serve as a model for supporting more objective and transparent decision-making in the distribution of village aid in Kedondong District.

Abstract

This study aims to design an Electronic Commerce (e-commerce)-based marketing strategy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tanggamus Regency using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) approach and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. The EAP approach is used to develop an integrated and systematic business architecture to support the implementation of e-commerce. Meanwhile, SWOT analysis is applied to identify internal and external factors that influence the success of the marketing strategy. The results of the study indicate that the main strength of MSMEs in Tanggamus is the diversity of local products that have the potential to be marketed digitally. The weaknesses found include limited technological knowledge and lack of supporting infrastructure. Great opportunities are seen in the increasing internet penetration and government support for the digitalization of MSMEs, while the main threats come from global market competition and data security issues. Based on the EAP approach, this study produces an architectural plan that includes business process integration, information system development, and training strategies for MSME actors. By utilizing strengths and opportunities, and overcoming weaknesses and threats, the implementation of this e-commerce-based marketing strategy is expected to be able to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Tanggamus sustainably.

Abstract

This study examines the design of an IoT-based SCOWAS (Smart Coop Warming System) control system for broiler chicken coops using Arduino Mega, DHT 22 sensor, thermocouple, ThingSpeak platform, and Telegram bot. The main goal of this system is to automate the control of temperature and humidity in broiler chicken coops, thereby improving maintenance efficiency and chicken welfare. Arduino Mega serves as the main controller, collecting data from the DHT 22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, as well as from the thermocouple for more accurate temperature monitoring. The collected data is then sent to the ThingSpeak platform for real-time monitoring and analysis. Additionally, this system is integrated with a Telegram bot that notifies farmers about the environmental conditions of the coop, such as temperature and humidity that do not meet the set thresholds. The implementation of this system allows for more responsive and measured control of coop environmental conditions, minimizing manual interventions that could disrupt productivity. Testing results show that this system is capable of providing accurate and real-time information and control in both measurement and communication with IoT, thus supporting the improvement of broiler chicken maintenance quality and efficiency, and offering an effective and innovative solution in the modern livestock industry.

Abstract

The background of this research is children who have difficulty learning folk songs, only by being facilitated by books containing song lyrics makes children often forget the tone of the song being sung. Regional songs are a form of culture that have distinctive characteristics that distinguish one region from another both in terms of language, instruments and the values contained in the song itself[1]. Folk songs are one of the arts that must be preserved by children. Based on this problem, the researcher created a mobile-based folk song application using the Flutter framework to make it easier to learn and keep abreast of developments in an era that depends on technology.
