Abstract

Keberhasilan Proyek Teknologi Informasi (TI) tidak segaris dengan pertumbuhan bisnis TI. Bahkan banyak Proyek TI skala besar hanya bermanfaat secara operasional daripada menciptakan keunggulan Perusahaan.Resiko kegagalan Proyek TI telah menjadi perhatian para peneliti dunia. Agar peluang kegagalan berkurang,Project Management Institut (PMI) membuat standar panduan manajemen proyek yang dikenal sebagai A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Buku panduan ini selalu dilakukan pembaruan oleh para praktisi Manajemen Proyek dalam berbagai disiplin. Panduan ini banyak diadopsi oleh para perusahaan dan para profesional dunia. Salah satu tahapan dasar yang penting dalam pengelolaan manajemen proyek adalah perumusan Pedoman Proyek (Project Charter). Pedoman Proyek mengandung unsur yang berisi informasi penting mencakup penjelasan ringkas dari sebuah proyek yang akan dijalankan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji formulasi instrumen Pedoman Proyek yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan Proyek TI. Penelitian dilakukan pada proyek-proyek dikerjakan oleh sebuah perusahaan Teknologi Informasi yang sudah 25 tahun mengerjakan puluhan proyek Teknologi Informasi di Indonesia. Survey dilakukan melalui metode kuantitatif menggunakan SEM (Statistical Equational Model ? PLS). Hasil penelitian dimanfaatkan bagi penyusunan kebijakan standard operating procedure (SOP) Persiapan Proyek.

Abstract

E-Learning sebagau salah satu Information and Communication (ICT) berkembang dengan pesat termasuk pengetahuan yang sedang maju yaitu E-Learning Management. E-Laerning telah dilakukan di setiap lembaga pendidikan bersumber dari kondisi, sehingga timbul masalah umum. “ Apakah E-Laerning Management di sekolah tinggi ilmu komputer dapat meningkatkan mutu proses dan hasil pembelajaran mahasiswa. Untuk menganalisa mutu proses dan hasil pembelajaran pada E-Learning Management sekolah tinggi ilmu komputer, sebagai pertimbangan untuk membuat kebijakkan pada E-Learning, kesiapan sekolah tinggi ilmu komputer terhadap E-Learning, mensiapkan dosen yang mengerti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-Learning dan menyampaikan kepada mahasiswa tentang pembelajaran teknologi E-Learning, Mempersiapkan dosen yang paham dan mengerti akan pembelajaran dan dapat menyampaikan kepada mahasiswa, jaringan infrastruktur E-Learning dari Hardware seperti Local Area Network dan Wide Area Network kemudian software dan Brainware hasil pembelajaran menggunakan sistem E-Learning.

Abstract

In an effort to increase cognitive intelligence in children with special needs at the elementary school level, many factors can influence one of the proper learning model specifically for children with autism. In the learning process in the classroom, most of them still use the lecture method, therefore in the learning process students tend to be less interested in the learning process This study aims to develop a learning system using e-learning for children with special needs at the elementary school level using the multimedia to increase cognitive abilities. The research of Learning Management Moodle System is one of the solution that can solve learning problems for students with special needs. Data collection methods used in this study are: observation, interviews, literature study, literature study, questionnaires, and systems development methods. The steps for  systems development method are analyzing data requirements, analyzing process requirements, analyzing software and hardware requirements, analyzing user needs, designing business models, systems designing, systems implementing and system testing. With the existence of an e-learning learning system for children with special needs, it can overcome learning deficiencies in class and students can carry out remote learning anywhere, anytime and repeatedly in a more interactive and fun way, so as to increase student understanding.

Abstract

At the beginning of the launch of LPG as an alternative fuel to replace kerosene, many cases of LPGexplosions were caused by gas leaks which were not detected early on. This had created 'anxiety' in the community so that people were reluctant to use LPG due to lack of socialization, lack of public knowledge about dealing with gas leaks and no tools for early detection of gas leaks. Currently, LPG (Liquid Petroleun Gas) in the form of methane gas is widely used by the community after the government launched an energy conversion campaign. Practically today, kerosene has been abandoned by many people and replaced by LPG. The method used in this study uses the PXP (Personal Extreme Programming) method with single programming. Complete collection of information data allows developers to find views to create a software so that it can be right on target. This stage requires several steps, planning, design, coding, system testing. The goal is to produce a useful tool which can be used by the wider community. This tool can detect gas leaks precisely if the sensor is heated and the gas source is not mixed with free air. This tool can send a signal in the form of an SMS warning automatically and can sound an alarm so that people around who hear the alarm can know.

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa lulus tepat waktu. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut salah satunya adalah prestasi akademik yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing mahasiswa, dengan indikator yang digunakan yaitu indeks prestasi mahasiswa. Namun  ditengah proses perkuliahan tidak sedikit mahasiswa yang mengalami penurunan indeks Prestasi, yang mana saat ini belum jelas penyebab penurunanan IP tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa  penyebab penurunan indeks prestasi sehingga memudahkan bagian akademik baik itu unit pengelola program studi serta dosen wali untuk mengevaluasi prestasi akademik mahasiswa sehingga dapat memberikan pengarahan yang tepat dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi akademik, sehingga mahasiswa diharapkan dapat lulus dengan tepat waktu,   memperhatikan nilai kehadiran, nilai kompetensi masing-masing mahasiswa dan nilai keaktifan kemahasiswaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu data yang langsung diambil dari tempat penelitian. Kemudian diolah menggunakan metode rata-rata berdasarkan jurnal-jurnal yang ditemukan pengolahan data dengan metode neuro fuzzy dapat meningkatkan akurasi. Pada penelitian ini diterapkan metode neuro fuzzy / ANFIS dengan fungsi keanggotaan segitiga dengan software matlab.

Abstract

The application of appropriate technology based on the Adruino Uno R3 Microcontroller using the Android Operating System has been tested in this research. Sensor technology coupled with Arduino is applied to control the electric motor mounted on the honey bee extractor. It is proven that this can increase harvest efficiency because honey bees can produce directly without building a honeybee nest, which takes 14 days. In addition to time efficiency, the extractor processing process is also more efficient and optimal because all the honey in the hive is removed maximally without damaging the honeybee nest structure. A honey extractor is a tool used to squeeze honeycomb which has been produced by bees and has a high economic value

Abstract

Scurity is a basic need of the community in the current era of progress that is used to secure valuables. Scurity system is a security that has a circumcision that has been processed in the sense that it has been systemized according to its application in society or in an environment that is in accordance with its field. Farmers in the community are currently still troubled by the rampant theft of livestock. The rampant theft is also one of the factors in developing a security system, both data theft and theft in the form of goods or even livestock. The data collection methods used are observation, documentation, interviews, and literature studies. Making an Artificial Intelligence security system for Arduino-based livestock pens can provide reliable livestock cage security, because theft will be immediately accessed before carrying out the action. The design of the tool with this security system can provide information to the owner of the livestock shed that there is a thief approaching so that it can be used to maintain the safety of the livestock shed from theft.

Abstract

In incubating duck eggs, traditionally it can be done using other poultry parents that are incubating the eggs. This method can be done by placing another egg together with the egg which is being incubated by the mother. In an effort to increase the productivity of the resulting ducklings, this research focuses on the development of a duck egg incubator prototype using Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller. The first step in temperature control is to determine the temperature set point (desired temperature value). The output in the form of heat is read by NTC 10K temperature sensor which then becomes an input. If the temperature input which is read is less or more than the specified temperature, the module relay works to turn on or turn off the incandescent lamp. The main source of heat generation in the incubator room is an incandescent lamp, so a relay module is used to control the on/off of the light. This is so that the temperature produced from the incandescent lamp is stable according to what is needed during the hatching process. To read the temperature, an NTC 10K sensor is used in order to provide temperature measurement information which can be processed by the microcontroller on Arduino. After testing the prototype, an incubator is produced which can work according to the working principle of an automatic egg incubator and can reach the target according to the expected goals. Automatic egg incubators can be used by duck poultry farmers to help incubate eggs.

Abstract

This study investigates user sentiment towards the myIM3 application, an application used for telecommunication service management in Indonesia. Using text analysis and machine learning methods, we analyzed user reviews to identify dominant sentiment patterns and evaluate different classification models. Word cloud analysis, sentiment distribution, and donut plots were utilized to gain deeper insights into user preferences and issues. Results indicate that the majority of user reviews are neutral (52.2%), with 37% positive reviews and 33.4% negative reviews. Users consistently pay attention to aspects such as internet connection (Neutral: 92%, Positive: 95%, Negative: 87%) and pricing (Neutral: 92%, Positive: 92%, Negative: 93%) in their reviews. Evaluation of classification models like Decision Tree Classifier, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest shows that the SVM model performs the best with an accuracy of 93%, high precision (Negative: 93%, Neutral: 92%, Positive: 95%), recall (Negative: 93%, Neutral: 95%, Positive: 91%), and F1-score (Negative: 93%, Neutral: 94%, Positive: 93%). These findings can serve as a basis for service improvement and better product development in the future, while also affirming the capability of text analysis and machine learning techniques in providing valuable insights for telecommunication service providers.
