Abstract

Abstract

The application of electronic learning is carried out in the learning process at Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School to determine the factors that are still weak or require improvement and the factors that are considered successful or strong in assisting the application of electronic learning in the learning process. This study results in Aydin and Tasci's ELR model questionnaire consisting of 37 statements grouped into four factors. These factors are human, self-development, technology, and innovation as well as six questions for the perception of the usefulness of electronic learning. The location of this research is at Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School. Respondents in this study were the principal, vice principal of the curriculum section, the school treasurer, the person in charge of the school computer laboratory, and teachers who are experts in e-learning. Data processing is carried out to examine the factors that influence the perceived usefulness of e-learning by using regression analysis and also the level of readiness for the application of electronic learning at Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School with Aydin and Tasci's ELR model. Aydin Tasci's electronic learning readiness (ELR) model applied to Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School gives results that are not ready for the application of electronic learning and requires a slight improvement.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is included in a country with a population of old structures because of its advanced population of more than 7% of the total population and 2% comes from southern Sumatra. The large number of elderly citizens required a special government policy to formulate policies and special programs the population can use to alleviate the community. To help local government of South Sumatera government to determine the policy and program hence needed clustering elderly population by using K-mode algorithm existing in R-Studio. This study uses population census data of South Sumatera in 2010 obtained from Bapan Pusat Statistik with 47,358 data sample. From the results of this study made 4 clusters: K1 16244 people, K2 6061 people, K3 18681 people, and K4 6372 people. K1 is an elderly group of mostly men who live in the village and still work in agriculture and plantations. K2 is a cluster of women who still work and live in the village. The third K3 cluster is an elderly unemployed group that mostly lives in the city and 25% lives alone. The last K4 is a cluster of women who do not work anymore, live in the village and 73% illiterate. With the cluster the government can determine what is most appropriate for each cluster.

Abstract

Keramas Village is part of the Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province, with an area of 72 hectares. Keramas Village is one of the tourist villages in Gianyar Regency which is located on the 4 km long coast. One of the villages currently developing village potential-based tourism is Keramas Village. Keramas Village has a historical side that is still preserved. One of them is evidenced by the still sturdy existence of the statues which are housed in Besakih Temple and Kebo Edan Temple which have been designated as ancient sites. The head of the Keramas Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Mrs. Eka Sri Wedayanti when interviewed said that the culturall heritage in Keramas village has not been optimally developed so far. this is because historical information regarding the existence of the culturall heritage is not generally known by the public or tourists visiting Keramas Village. This research will discuss the design and construction of a website-based culturall heritage preservation information system (SIGAYA) using the extreme programming method. It is hoped that this research can help convey information so that it can be more easily accessed by the public and tourists, thus making it easier for Pokdarwis to manage culturall heritage data and its potential.

Abstract

The readers' acceptance of novels in digital format is an important thing that must be understood, given the huge market potential of the novel. Although digital novels offer many conveniences, not necessarily readers who have enjoyed digital novels will continue to use. So, this study aims to find out whether other factors such as perceived convenience and perceived price as an external factor in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) also influence the readiness of individuals to continue using digital novels. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses judgmental sampling, with a sample of 200 digital novel readers. Data analysis used in the statistical analysis of this study is SEM-LISREL. The results of this study indicate that perceived convenience and perceived price together with the variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on attitude toward using. The attitude toward using has a positive effect on the behavioral intention to use, and the intention to use also has a positive effect on actual system use, where actual system use also has a positive effect on satisfaction when using a digital novel and has implications for the intention to continue using the digital novel. The readers' acceptance of novels in digital format is an important thing that must be understood, given the huge market potential of the novel. Abstract

One of Bali's development missions is to develop a local governance system that is effective, efficient, open, transparent, accountable and clean and to improve integrated, fast and cheaper public services. As a form of transformation from the E-Government era, in 2018 the Government of Indonesia issued Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 95 of 2018, concerning the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) which includes central government, regional government and city government which aims to create efficient, effective and transparent governance as well as create quality and reliable public services. Denpasar City is one of the cities whose government has implemented various information systems as a form of Electronic Based Government (SPBE) implementation which refers to Perwali Denpasar No. 28 of 2021. In 2021, the Denpasar City Government will evaluate the implementation of the SPBE that has been running so far. The index value of the evaluation is 3.19 and is classified as good. From the results of the evaluation that has been carried out, it was found that in the SPBE Management Implementation domain the lowest score was obtained compared to other aspects. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the design of information systems from various aspects such as organizational business process architecture, data, applications, and technology in order to form integrated SPBE services.
