Abstract

The presence of Financial Technology (Fintech), Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), provides changes to payment transactions that used to be conventional but have now turned digital. With this research, it is intended to find out what influences users use of Fintech services, especially QRIS in Bangli, by applying the original Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method, which is modified using one external variable. This study uses quantitative methods and uses Partial Least squares (PLS) with the help of Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of the Inner Model Q2 Evaluation Test have a value of 84.1%. This shows that the acceptance of QRIS service user interest (Behavior Intention) can be explained by the variables Perceived Risk on Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Attitude Toward Using, and there are six hypotheses that are accepted.

Abstract

The rapid technological developments directly or indirectly affect the trading system. Currently, just by accessing E-Commerce via the Internet only, we can choose the desired goods, know the details of the goods, and can conduct transactions with anyone without being limited by time and distance. Because of the lack of information containers that limit the seller and the consumer, so I think to make this website to be used as a transaction place selling snack product. This application is made using the programming language PHP, HTML and MySQL. Software used to create this application using Macromedia Dreamweaver CS4 and XAMPP. system development method using waterfall method. The purpose of this research is to build E-commerce website as a medium of online.

Abstract

The MBKM program launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2020 resulted in universities throughout Indonesia adding new business processes to process MBKM management, including XYZ College. One major problem occurred during the process, namely inefficiency in the business flow process, which caused the business process to run slowly. This research aims to help the MBKM central department reduce working days, make procedures more efficient, and synchronize data between the MBKM center and each study program. This research uses Harrington's Business Process Improvement (BPI) method, which eliminates errors, reduces waiting time, increases understanding, and makes it easy to use. The results of this research are recommendations for more efficient business processes with an efficiency of 33.95% in all MBKM center procedures based on simulation by Visual Paradigm Application.

Abstract

Pertanian adalah salah satu sektor penting di Indonesia. Sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia menggantungkan hidupnya pada sektor ini sebagai petani padi. Namun seringkali masyarakat khususnya Masyarakat Podosari Kecamatan Pringsewu Kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan benih padi apa yang akan mereka gunakan dalam bercocok tanam, baik sebagai bahan konsumsi atau bahan penanaman kembali sebagai benih. Dari beberapa uraian masalah tersebut, maka dibuatlah sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) yang akan membantu pengguna dalam pengambilan keputusan mengenai benih padi yang akan mereka gunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Aplikasi Microsof Viasual Basic 6.0 sebagai media pembuat aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan. Bentuk implementasi dari hasil penelitian yang berupa aplikasi penunjang keputusan bisa memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengambil keputusan dalam pemilihan benih padi yang di butuhkan oleh para Petani.

Abstract

Educational institutions are strategic sectors that can produce quality human resources where educational institutions take place quickly and dynamically. The development and progress of an educational institution are very dependent on the human resources that manage the institution. Promotion media is very important for the progress of an educational institution.  Promotion media is means used to introduce and communicate a product or brand to be known to the wider public. There are three categories of promotional media namely print media, electronic media, and online media. Based on the 2018 BPS, those interested in print and electronic media as a source of information were 25.53% while for online media in 2019 there were 64.8%. So that promotions can be carried out appropriately according to regional conditions, it is necessary to classify promotional media by region. This study aims to classify promotional media according to the region using the C45 algorithm method. The C45 algorithm is used as a decision tree classification model to predict promotional media that is suitable for the promotional target area. To form a decision tree, attributes needed are used as a reference for classification, in this study six attributes are used, namely the availability of internet services, the availability of electricity services, community work, community income, education, and access from the region to the district government.

Abstract

Program Pemerintah dalam menanggulangi krisis ekonomi yang terjadi selama ini adalah dengan cara memberikan bantuan langsung kepada keluarga sangat miskin(KSM) di setiap desa di seluruh Indonesia. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), merupakan salah satu program bantuan bersyarat dari pemerintah sebagai bentuk kompensasi dari kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak(BBM), yang tentunya mengimbas kepada kehidupan masyarakat luas termasuk kalangan masyarakat miskin. Agar hasil yang diharapkan lebih akurat dan sistem yang dirancang tersusun secara sistematis, maka penulis memutuskan untuk menggunakan Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Model pendukung keputusan ini akan menguraikan masalah multi factor atau multi kriteria menjadi suatu bentuk hirarki,Dari hasil pengujian tersebut rengking dan bobot dari bantuan PKH adalah jenis pekerjaan kepala keluarga tidak tetap berada diperingkat pertama dengan rengking 4,9. Dengan hasil output layak atau tidaknya calon penerima dalam PKH,diperoleh dari hasil perbandingan nilai lamda bobot kategori penilaian dengan nilai bobot rasio yang sudah ditentukan.

Abstract

E-commerce websites are one of the most accessed in Indonesia during the covid-19 pandemic. In research conducted for clothing product brands from PT. Mong Kreasi Indonesia, the problem that occurs is the company has not made full use of the information system. The company only uses media social like Instagram and WhatsApp for sales and communication order. Processing and recording of data and transactions are also still manually. The purpose of this research is to design an e-commerce sales information system, that is useful for solving existing problems. To measure the achievement of the designed system, a questionnaire was distributed to the respondents. Total of 70 questionnaires were answered and then tested using the Technology Acceptance Model method using the SMART PLS application. The results is variable Attention to Use on Behavioral Intention to Use has an influence level of 5.063, Perceived Ease of Use on Attention to Use has an influence level of 2.569, Perceived Usefulness on Attention to Use has an influence level of 3.382, and Perceived Usefulness on Behavioral Intention to Use has an influence level of 2.352. Each value is above 1.996, this means each variable has a positive and significant effect in benefits, easy to use, gives satisfaction to users and users has the intention to recommend this system to another.

Abstract

Trade through the internet network is known as electronic commerce has advantages that directly can be useful for Atk Sindoro one that uses the internet to aim to expand the marketing and service through the Internet so as to add value to the Ats Sindoro Shop. In order to customer is done by contacting by phone or go to company, so that takes a long time and hamper customer in doing transaction. Therefore this thesis is made aiming to design a web application program that is used for online ordering activities at Atk Sindoro. This research uses RUP methodology, programming language and database used in making this system is PHP and MySQL. With this system facilitate the process of sale and transaction of consumer ordering.

Abstract

Perceived service quality is the foundation for comprehending transportation needs, as it influences consumers' selection of the numerous types of services that are continuously evolving. A company's success is determined by its ability to please its clients. This study's objective is to examine the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and Perceived Service Quality from Low-Cost Carrier on Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, and Loyalty. Explanatory research employing a quantitative methodology will be used by the author for this study. This study used a non-probability sampling strategy with a purposive sampling method, meaning the selection of samples is not random but rather based on specified criteria, notably prior experience with LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) or low-cost airlines. Using an adapted SERVQUAL scale, 249 participants who were domestic travelers from Indonesia were contacted.  SmartPLS 3 utilized Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the research data. Perceived service quality was a significant predictor of customer satisfaction (β = 0.877, p = 0.000), corporate image (β = 0.607, p = 0.000), and customer loyalty (β = 0.456, p = 0.000), as indicated by the results. EWOM will increase consumer loyalty to low-cost carriers (β = 0.182, p = 0.028). On the basis of these results, LCCs should develop future strategic plans that significantly emphasize the enhancement of service quality metrics

Abstract

Jaringan internet hotspot untuk mendapatkan akses internet ini sudah sangat banyak terpasang di instansi-instansi pemerintahan, perkantoran, maupun di tempat-tempat umum lainnya. Di beberapa instansi pemerintahan ada beberapa yang belum menggunakan user manager sehingga para pengguna yang terhubung ke jaringan internet hotspot dengan mudah mengakses situs-situs yang tidak sepantasnya. User manager merupakan fitur AAA (Authentication, Authorization dan Accounting) server yang dimiliki oleh Mikrotik. User manager memiliki database yang bisa digunakan untuk melakukan autentifikasi user yang login ke dalam sebuah jaringan, memberikan kebijakan terhadap user tersebut. Maka dari itu, di Virtual Machine akan dilakukan analisis penerapan user manager dengan memanfaatkan beberapa perangkat lunak seperti FreeRadius dan MySQL yang diimplementasikan dengan Mikrotik Hotspot. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sistem user manager dengan cara dibuatkan account untuk setiap user agar terhubung ke jaringan internet hotspot. User manager ini dapat membuat jaringan internet hotspot yang sehat dan menciptakan kenyaman bagi setiap user pengguna jaringan internet hotspot.
