Abstract

A car rental is a process to allow use car temporarily for a period with a fee renting, with technology customers need to reduce the time and effort in obtaining their needs, and we find that some customers who stay for temporary periods in places other than where they live have a desire to get a car for rent. Through this research will develop an electronic web-based system to provide a service Car rental for customers as well as the possibility of managing car rental agencies for the owner. This system will present a excellent tools tool for fast and accurate development of car rental service. Agile methodology and WebML methodology relied upon to carry out the search. The electronic web-based system application will allow improvement and quality of services provided to clients who have the desire to get a car for rent, and the car rental agencies that offer car rental services, and also the electronic system provides monitoring of cars that will be rented through the GPS service, which facilitates the process of controlling rental cars, Also some electronic system components will be added and reused.

Abstract

Network routing has been one of the most investigated areas in computing networking for decades. Many studies on wired and wireless networks have been conducted. More research fields for network routing technology have emerged as a result of recent technological advancements. In recent years, research into ad hoc networks such as wireless sensor networks (WSN), vehicular ad hoc network (VANET), wireless mesh network (WMN), and mobile ad hoc network (MANET) has increased. Due to the mobile nature of a lot of gadgets we use this days, the researchers embarked on a review to comprehensively show the various routing protocol technology that one can adopts when implementing a network routing scheme for MANETs. Types of routing protocols, classifications, routing techniques, geographical coverage, route metric, route repository and route reconfiguration strategies are covered in detail. The various routing protocols covered in this study were compared in this paper. The protocols' areas of strength were highlighted and network simulators that had these protocols enabled by default were also x-rayed.

Abstract

Determining quality spices is one example of decision-making issues based on many factors or semi-structured criteria. Decision support system is part of one of the computer-based information systems commonly used to support decision making on a company's activities to find a very good traditional spice. Decision support system of the selection of traditional spices qualified in making herbal turmeric acid can be produced by using several methods, one of them is the weighted product (WP) method. Weighted product is one method of solving the problem that uses multiplication to connect the attribute value, where the value of each attribute must be raised first with the weight of attribute concerned. By using this product weihgted method, it is expected to help the research team to determine the selection of spices of very high quality. By using the decision support system and computerization, the quality of spice data can be stored therein, if there is an error in inputting the value or spice data herbal turmeric acid, then the wrong data can be repaired without re-input value or quality spice data.

Abstract

The internet has a very important role in education. Many activities are done through internet. AMIK DCC Bandar Lampung is an educational institution that uses the internet as one of the supporting facilities and infrastructures to manage and organize the data and information used by the student to find references about the lecture. There are three buildings on the main campus building A building B and C buildings, where each building using WLAN to deploy internet access. There are some complaints submitted by students related wireless network encourage researchers to study the quality of service WLAN. Thus the researchers wanted to analyze the Quality of Service WLAN networks in building A, building B, and C, in each floor. The method used in this research is Quality of Services (QoS). Where an analysis wireless network by four parameters. There are namely delay, packet lost, bandwidth, and throughput. The results of the measurement and monitoring of Quality of Service WLAN at AMIK DCC Bandar Lampung in building A, building B, C on each floor of the building can be classified in the category of good which value index is 3, and the factors that occurred in the signal range cannot cover every room in every building and have not good bandwidth management.

Abstract

The process of admitting new students (PPDB) at SMA YAS Bandung is still being carried out offline, where prospective students who will register must come to the registration place to fill out the registration form and bring the necessary requirements. By using this method, errors or data loss often occur which have an impact on the slow performance of the PPDB process. But now, with the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, schools must implement PPDB online. The development of computer technology nowadays allows us to develop computer-based information systems. Therefore, to solve the problems at SMA YAS Bandung, a web-based information system for new student admissions is needed. The method used in designing this information system is the waterfall model and software testing which is carried out using black-box testing. As a result, this web-based PPDB information system can run effectively and efficiently in helping prospective students to register online and assisting admins in managing prospective student data. The results of this study can be seen from the features of this system running according to predetermined needs.

Abstract

Digestive diseases of the stomach often occur in everyday life. So that almost everyone experiences the disease. every day the health center is full of patients who experience digestive disorders in the stomach. Not only medical treatment but also consultation regarding solutions for digestive ailments, especially in the stomach. Every day the health center records and reports the number of visiting patients, but consulting in this service is considered ineffective, so it takes quite a long time. To facilitate and speed up services at the puskesmas, an expert system was created to assist the puskesmas and patients in conducting consultation services the puskesmas. An expert system is a system that seeks to produce a decision that is equal to that of an expert or expert using a computer system so that the decision results are accurate. The expert system is implemented using the fuzzy Mamdani method so that it can assist in determining a diagnosis with the maximum. The results of this study are 6 types of digestive diseases in the stomach, using the Mamdani fuzzy expert system. So that it produces an accurate diagnosis. In making the web program, it has been tested using Black Box testing.

Abstract

Taekwondo Indonesia Integrated System is an application designed to manage various administrative and operational aspects related to the Taekwondo organization in Indonesia. Taekwondo Indonesia integrated system aims to improve coordination and communication between administrators, coaches, athletes, and members, as well as to ensure a more integrated and transparent administrative process at all levels of the organization. This research aims to evaluate the successful implementation of the Taekwondo Indonesia Integrated System using the HOT-Fit methodology. This research explores how various human, technological, and organizational aspects affect the success of the system. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the dimensions of system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, system usage, organizational structure and net benefits, which were then analyzed using SPSS and PLS-SEM software. The results showed that service quality has a positive influence on user satisfaction, while system quality and information quality do not significantly affect user satisfaction or system usage. In addition, user satisfaction has a significant effect on system usage and net benefits, with organizational structure also playing a positive role in increasing net benefits. Improved service quality and a strong organizational structure are key to maximizing the success and benefits of the Taekwondo Indonesia Integrated System application. This research provides a practical contribution to the development and implementation of information systems in sports organizations, especially Taekwondo. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a basis for future improvements and enhancements to the TIIS application, so as to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations of Taekwondo organizations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Technological developments changes the flow of information, where anyone can receive information easily. BSN as an Indonesian non-ministerial government institution needs to think about customer satisfaction with the services that provided. Completion of customer complaint is an important thing in fulfillment customer satisfaction. At present, the delivery of information regarding complaints against BSN services is still done in a conventional manner, where each user submits a complaint directly to the Helpdesk. However, in this case the section head is difficult to monitor every complaint that exists to improve the SLA. By proposing an Customer Complaint information system that can monitor customer complaints, it is hoped that it can improve service to any complaints that exist. This research is expected to assist users so that any complaints submitted can be resolved immediately, and are expected to increase SLA.
