Abstract

Application Integration Services of Kendari (LAIKA) is an e-government application that supports the performance of public services based on technology. This program has been operated in several offices in the city of Kendari. This study provides a general description of the quality of public services in the Kandai village sub –district office where has used the application system. Conducted in a descriptive qualitative manner. Data collection through observation, interviews, and document reviews. This study reveals that the quality of public services based on the LAIKA application has not been running well. The measurement of quality is based on three indicators, namely transparency, participation, and efficiency. In the aspect of transparency, there is no clarity of information related to public services. Meanwhile, in the aspect of public participation, it was found that community involvement was not optimal in utilizing this application. In reality, the hope of making public services accessible and easier has not yet been realized

Abstract

This study describes how the management of Nambo beach by the Kendari City Culture and Tourism Office to increase regional revenue during the Covid-19 emergency response. Through a qualitative approach, data collection activities are carried out through observation, interviews, document study. The informants in this study were 12 people consisting of the Head of the Service, the Head of the Destination Division, the Head of the Tourism Attraction Section, the Head of the Planning Subdivision, the Beach Manager and the Tourism Awareness Group. The findings of this study indicate that the Nambo beach management process in the aspects of planning the determination of targets and formulation of strategies has been well arranged. Even though the target achievement has not been met due to the decline in the number of visitors to Nambo beach during the Covid 19 pandemic. Furthermore, the organization in terms of the number of staff and the division of duties has not been effective because of the excessive number of staff and also no division of work areas such as the division of staff work areas. encouraging employee workmotivation has been effective because the provision of smooth incentives can  increase employee morale. Control in terms of comparison between plans and realization has not been effective. Where, in addition to the obligatory factor of levies who are not aware of the importance of paying fees, there is also poor management of traders because they do not know the number of active traders

Abstract

The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) as a legislative institution thatrepresents the aspirations of the community is always expected to run according tothe expectations of the people. Their functions and responsibilities are themanifestations of activities that must be carried out fully to fulfill the will of thepeople. Therefore, the people have the right to know the activities that have beencarried out by DPRD members when carrying out their duties during society. Thisresearch describes the publication activities carried out by Sub. The Public Relationsand Protocol Section of the Kendari City DPRD where has implications for theperformance of the members of the Kendari City DPRD. The research approach wascarried out through qualitative methods. Research data obtained from the results ofobservations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate thatthrough the activities of internal publication, external publication, and performance,it is seen that there is an impact on improving the performance of members of theKendari City DPRD. This is measured based on indicators of productivity,responsiveness, and accountability. A publication that is carried out is effective inimproving performance because it will create a positive image for DPRD Membersthat motivates them to work better

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the optimization of the Integrated Service in Kendari(LAIKA) in realizing Kendari City as a livable city based on ecology, information and technology. Toconduct the study, the method used is descriptive qualitative. The research findings reveal that theLAIKA program is an integrated program in sub-district that aims to facilitate the community inobtaining fast, accurate and affordable services. In its implementation, this program has not runoptimally yet. There are still various constraints, such as the internet network availability. Not allsub-districts can access the internet. Another problem comes from the community who use theservice. In general, people do not know about the program due to the lack of socialization from theKendari City government and especially from the village government.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection is carried out throughobservation, interview techniques, documents, or literature study. The informants in thisstudy were collected in Boro-Boro Lameuru Village, Clean Water Manager, PAB Treasurer,3 Implementing Units, then the community or 4 customers and Co-Facilitators. The resultsof the study found that clean water in the area is managed in an organized manner byapplying management principles, starting from the planning stage, to communityinvolvement in the use and maintenance of clean water management facilities andinfrastructure. Clean water management has involved the village government andcommunity so that the organization and management of clean water management areformed. All program activities have been well planned in an organizational forum, namelyClean Water Management in Boro-Boro Lameuru Village. The technical implementation oroperation of this PAB is to distribute clean water to the community or customers from aclean water source, namely the Boro-Boro river. The system for withdrawing fees ormembership fees is carried out every month. The withdrawal of fees or levies is based onthe results of member meetings and is known by the local Village Head. and outlined invillage regulations. This program involves community participation in the use of cleanwater management, care, and maintenance, as well as the extent to which community-based clean water management is implemented and services.
