Abstract

The demand for bananas as fresh fruit and as raw material for food processing products in Madiun City is not only fulfilled by banana production from the city of Madiun. The regency area around the city of Madiun has a major contribution in meeting the need for bananas in the city of Madiun. Among them are the Madiun district, namely Dungus, Kare, Dolopo districts and the Ngawi district, namely Ngawi district, Magetan district, namely Takeran sub-district, Ponorogo district, namely Ponorogo district, Bojonegoro district, and Blora districtProcessing bananas into banana flour is an effort to increase the absorption capacity of banana production and provide added value to banana commodities. Freshly harvested bananas are bananas that are still unripe with the characteristics of the fruit is still hard and has a high starch content. When the bananas are in new harvest conditions, they can be processed into banana flour.The demand for flour in the local area of Madiun City has not been proven to be significant as seen from the retail traders who have not provided banana flour. Food processing businesses in Madiun City are not familiar with the use of banana flour as a food raw material. Banana flour marketing can be done through online marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Blibli.The results of the study concluded that the critical factor of the supply chain for bananas and banana flour is on the farmer's side, where the cropping pattern of the farmers can be coordinated in relation to the timing and type of banana. Coordination requires synergy with government agencies and farmer group institutions. Market share at the banana farmer level is quite efficient, at 42-67%. The margin for the banana flour product is Rp. 5,625 / kg with an added value of 0.48%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concentration of the main raw material compounds of cement making before adding limestone additives and determining the compressive strength and porosity and water absorption of cement before adding limestone additives. The result showed that cement with the concentration of 3CaO.SiO2 = 96,9%; 2CaO.SiO2 = negative; 3CaO.Al2O3 = 4,4%; 4CaO.Al2O3.Fe2O3 = 9.7%. If added limestone additive then it will decrease the adhesiveness and create a very wide pore can make a building becomes fragile. Such concentrated cement can not withstand the reaction of other particles from the air.

Abstract

Peningkatan konsumsi produk olahan daging di Indonesia dan perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat untuk memilih produk yang lebih sehat menjadi pertimbangan produsen dalam mengembangkan produk sosis ayam berbasis clean label. Secara umum produk clean label dapat merujuk pada produk yang menggunakan bahan alami, bebas alergen, bebas bahan GMO (genetically modified organisms), bahan tambahan pangan seminimal mungkin dan komposisi produk yang mudah dipahami konsumen. Penulis mengevaluasi komposisi yang tercantum pada delapan produk sosis ayam komersial yang di pasaran dan menemukan pada semua sampel masih menggunakan bahan yang bersifat sintetik dan alergen. Pembahasan akan difokuskan pada potensi penerapan bahan baku berbasis clean label pada empat jenis bahan baku yang digunakan pada semua produk yaitu bahan pewarna, pengawet, penstabil, dan pengikat. Penerapan bahan baku clean label pada produk sosis ayam secara umum terkendala oleh faktor harga dan kestabilan selama proses pengolahan. Hal ini mendorong perlunya rekayasa formulasi  dan proses (jika diperlukan) untuk menghasilkan produk sosis ayam dengan harga terjangkau dan mampu memenuhi permintaan konsumen untuk pola konsumsi lebih sehat

Abstract

PT. ABC is a corporation in the automotive manufacturing industry. In corporation's production, PT. ABC supplies goods from several suppliers. Quality management of suppliers and supply goods is needed by PT. ABC to obtain supplies according to the standards set by PT. ABC. The Process Change Request (PCR) is a requisite process for the standard change of supply items covering 4M (man, machine, method, and material). The process flow and form of Process Change Request have been standardized and listed on the Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQAM). The Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQAM) is the requirement document as a guide to the quality of parts and components, a corporation's internal quality assurance, and a policy for suppliers. In the process flow and form of PCR has been found a problem of inconsistency between the ideal time and the actual time of the PCR's approval phase which hampered the supply of PT. ABC caused by waste. In this study, the researcher proposed the improvement design to the process flow and form of PCR by applying the kaizen concept approach (continuous improvement) using the "plan" step of The PDCA cycle method (plan-do-action) and the fishbone diagram.

Abstract

The testing process is not only useful for testing existing features, but also for finding errors on websites and mobile applications. It also provides feedback to the developer about the application being tested. To test large scale applications, a test automation is needed so that testing can be done more efficiently and effectively. Katalon Studio is an automation testing tool developed by Katalon LLC to automate testing on websites, API's and mobile applications. The programming languages used to create scripts in Katalon Studio are Groovy, Java, and Javascript. The scripting technique provided by Katalon Studio is a keyword driven approach where keywords in the method of Katalon Studio are used to represent the actions performed by tester on the application being tested. Katalon Studio will also facilitate tester in documenting testing results or test reports in the form of charts, graphs, and detailed reports using Katalon Analytics. The results of the testing show that the use of Katalon Studio helps both beginner and experienced tester create and design automation testing on websites, APIs, and mobile applications with spy and record utilities features. Katalon Studio also provides interactive test reports in the form of graphic visualization. From the results of API testing, it can be concluded that Katalon Studio makes it easy for tester to do end to end API testing without additional integration with other software.

Abstract

PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills 2 is a company engaged in the production of paper and tissue. This company consists of several departments. One of them is the workshop department. The department's material order system uses the SAP application, when the material is used, each input will reduce the amount of the initial material until the material approaches the least amount, the SAP application will automatically order the material to the supplier. however, this method is considered less effective, because for the use of the material itself, it is almost different from one another, which results in ordering materials at different times, once ordering the shipping cost also costs money. The number of orders always uses the initial order amount, as a result of which rarely used materials take up a lot of space. The approach that can be taken is the Forecasting method, namely Single Moving Average. Abstract

Forecasting is a method for estimating a value in the future or the future using past data. For forecasting in this study conducted at PT. XYZ, where this company produces fertilizers and sells it in the city and out of town, in this research the researchers discuss forecasting product sales using the exponential smoothing method and also the linear regression method and re-accurate using the POM-QM application or software. The use of these 2 forecasting methods is to obtain forecasting results that have the smallest MSE value, and in this study the data were taken from the company PT. This XYZ is data in 2019

Abstract

Persediaan berkaitan dengan penyimpanan bahan baku/barang setengah jadi/barang jadi untuk dapat memastikan lancarnya suatu sistem produksi atau kegiatan bisnis bagi suatu perusahaan/industri. Bagi perusahaan/industri yang bergerak dalam menghasilkan produk perishable (penurunan nilai setelah waktu tertentu), seperti pada perusahaan/industri makanan dan bahan kimia, masa kedaluwarsa bahan baku/barang merupakan faktor penting yang tidak dapat dilepaskan dalam perencanaan model persediaan. Model EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) adalah sebuah metode persediaan barang yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah persediaan terbaik yang dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk menjaga kelancaran proses produksinya. PT. X merupakan perusahaan distributor produk frozen food. PT. X memiliki 64 jenis produk yang disimpan didalam gudang sebagai persediaan. Dalam prakteknya, perusahaan seringkali menerima penawaran diskon dari supplier dalam pembelian barang dalam jumlah yang banyak. Sehingga persediaan menjadi menumpuk, tidak habis terjual dan menjadi barang kedaluwarsa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan waktu dan jumlah pemesanan yang optimum untuk meminimumkan total biaya persediaan. Dari hasil perhitungan terlihat bahwa dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity maka akan terjadi penghematan biaya sebesar Rp 92.434.773 atau sebesar 21% dibandingkan dengan kondisi perusahaan yang sekarang.Kata kunci: all unit discount, EOQ, masa kedaluwarsa, meminimumkan biaya, produk perishable
