Abstract

ABSTRACTThe success of the development from an area, which can be seen from the education level of the population. Increasingly developed education level of the population, it will be bring to the level of welfare for the population. Pelita Bangsa School Cirebon is a private school which has a ladder Play Group, Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School and Senior High School, which is located in the city of Cirebon at the address on Terusan Laut Arafuru Street Blok A1 kavling . 6-7 Cirebon 45131 West Java.The additional building facilities of Pelita Bangsa School will be investigated in this thesis which is about structural analysis and design using steel material with LRFD (Load Resistance Factor Design) system.Analyze and design the construction of Pelita Bangsa School building with design code SNI-1729-2015 for building steel structures, SNI-1727-2013, PPPURG 1987 for loads and then SNI-1726-2012 for earthquake analysis.Analyze the structure with the help of SAP2000 (Structure Analysis Program 2000) software and design the building of Sekolah Pelita Bangsa using steel material.Keywords: Analysis and design structure, LRFD, steel material, SAP2000

Abstract

Project management is all planning, implementation, controlling and coordination a project from early the (idea) the end project to en sure of the project appropriately time, money and quality. Selection method scheduling project is also one the very policy note in order to obtain result in according with the original plans.This thesis specifically discuss how project management planning the construction of a Boarding house Tegal parang, South Jakarta. The research was conducted by means of a survey into the field and study of literature.This thesis analysis includes volume calculation, Needs of labor, materials and equipment, Bar chart, Cash flow, S Curve, method of CPM (Critical Path Method) is a method of identifying critical work paths or items. Abstract

Construction of Main Road at TanjungJati steam power plant which is currently being implemented does not yet have pavement structure, moving the writer to make the research object by analyzing the rigid pavement thickness planning by paying attention to vehicle load repetition factor because the average daily traffic (LHR) the road is not much. In addition to the analysis of pavement thickness planning in this study will also analyze the construction management for road construction in PLTU TanjungJati be efficient, effective and have good quality.The method used in this research is qualitative method by emphasizing secondary data, Vehicle Load Repetition Analysis, Rigid Pavement Thickness Analysis, Volume Calculation Analysis, Cost Analysis, Bar Chart Method, S Curve and Critical Path Method.Keywords: Highway, Rigid Pavement, Concrete Pavement, Project Management, Bar Chart Method, S Curve and CPM.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to know volume of work on construction of Karawang Government Office Project, analyze method of implementation of work, to know the cost of implementation on construction of Karawang Government Office Project, and the comparison of time duration between scheduling prediction of owner with scheduling prediction of author. This type of the research is quantitative. That describes the condition of a particular project with existing data related to the construction of local government buildings. That existing data is processed in such a way as to produce the final conclusion. The result of the research is Based on Budget Cost calculations to complete Karawang government office construction until the final stage, more or less costly Rp.41.906.713.365,-. From the calculation of weight of work is estimated completion of Karawang government office construction work takes 75 weeks. With the CPM method can be known critical path occurs in the project are Excavation and Pile Up Work – Pile Foundation Work – River Stone Foundation Work – Reinforced Concrete Work – Wall, Brick, and Plastering Work – Door Frame, Leaf Door, and Window Work -  Ceiling Work – Sanitation Set Work -  Lighting Installation Work – Lift Work. Keyword : Construction Management, Barchart, S Curve, Critical Path.

Abstract

Jakarta City is a city that became the heart of the unitary State of the Republic of indonesia has potential as the city develops. Jakarta is already good enough if compared to its neighboring cities – city, seen from there is a lot of building skyscrapers. Therefore the population in this city is very solid plus the number of communities outside the city looking for work, education and so on, and many choose to find a place the residence then the role of the existence of an agency that handles problems a place to live and help with much needed to help the business community in order to be better, as there are Houses kost. Currently, the central building were built as high as five floors with one basement, exactly on JL. TegalParang Utara, South Jakarta.To meet the criteria of safety and service required the existence of a design careful planning. Therefore the imposition of planning process must comply with the SNI 1727-2013 as well as planning the structure of the building should be referred to with the SNI-2847-2013 reinforced concrete, which is the latest peratuaran which refers to the AISC and has adapted to the the latest materials technology development. In the calculation of earthquake engineering, this refers to the SNI 1726 – 2012. Based on data obtained from a Home Building project, tegalparangkost has an area of approximately 3224.86 m2. The author will meredesain a building material by using the concrete structure which consists of 5 (four) along with the basement 1 floor. Analysis of the structure of the used software SAP2000, a material used for reinforced concrete beams, columns, roof and floor plates are plates. Abstract

Project implementation is said to be optimal if good project management planning so that it can be done efficiently, qualified, safe, and economical. To produce an optimal project management is required with certain methods adjusted by the project. The purpose of this study is to determine the scheduling of project time to be done by using CPM network method (Critical Path Method) which will result in the length of time of completion of the project and determine the start and end time in each work. The first step is to conduct a field survey, collecting project data such as time schedule, and basic theory. After the data collection is considered enough, then the data is determined again with the method of CPM (Critical Path Method), followed by determining how much the cost to be incurred, and then made barchart and curve S. From the research results obtained, for project implementation can be completed with time work plan 282 days or 47 weeks. But with that time there are some critical work that will affect the duration, so special attention is required on the work. Abstract

Desire to have a local government of Karawang office is quite  magnificent service complete with adequate facilities that can support a variety of work activities of Government Officials and employees, it is the hope of the ideal and coveted by all circles. However, of course, in realizing a high desire that must be supported by substantial costs sourced from local revenue sources that in fact the people's money too, would be comparable and parallel with the level of service to thecommunity.However, fears as above hopefully not happen because the purpose 5th floor of building local government 2 Karawang certainly has a good purpose for increased imagery and public services for the people in the city's mayor. Thus will be realized an order of life is getting better with the presence of a complete service of policy makers in the Karawang City, which in turn will encourage improvements in the economy of the community.The building local government 2 using concrete structure. On the basis of the criteria safety and excellent service then loading the planning process should be in accordance with SNI-1727-2013 as well as the structural design of the building should refer to SNI-2847-2013 specification for structural steel buildings, other than that in the calculation of earthquake engineering should also refer to the SNI-1726-2012.Keyword : Analysis structure, Etabs, frame section, deflection.

Abstract

Particle boards are the solution to the productivity problems of the timber industry which deficiency of raw materials. The manufacture of particle boards from Areca nut shell and Mahang wood powder is an effort to develop existing types of particle boards as well as efforts to utilize areca nut waste and increase the economic value of local wood (Mahang wood). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of quantity variations of adhesive to the composition of the mixture. There are four types of particle board variations are made with the same composition of areca nut and powder but different quantity of adhesive. The determination of physical properties and mechanical properties of particle boards based on JIS A 5908 2003 or SNI 03-2105-2006. The result was an increase in physical and mechanical properties on the particle board whose content of adhesive was greater. The other sides, the mechanical properties of all variations of particle board do not fulfill the existing standards.Keywords: Areca nut particle board, Mahang wood powder particle board, adhesive content

Abstract

In general, the bridge type is a reinforced concrete bridge, composite and steel frame. The Baki River Bridge was originally a 40 m long Wood type bridge connecting the village of Mengkopot - Tanjung Pisang because the condition of the Baki river bridge has been damaged especially on bridge floors and girders due to age, so it is planned to re-use the steel frame bridge structure. By using the steel bridge structure, it is expected that later it can be a comparison for the future bridge planning.In this study, the structure of the planned bridge consists of bridge slabs, sidewalk slabs, backrest pipes, longitudinal and transverse girders, steel frames, wind ties, and joints. By following the SNI T-02-2005 bridge loading standard, SNI T-03-2005 for planning steel bridge structures and SNI T-12-2004 for planning concrete structures on bridges.From the planning results obtained thickness 200 mm Bridge Slab and thick sidewalk slab 250 mm with a longitudinal girder profile used WF 600.200.11.17 mm steel with a distance between girders 1.75 m. Transverse girders of steel profiles WF 700,300.13.24 are used with the distance between girders 5 m. Used Steel profiles WF 400,400.13.21 as Main Frame and Steel WF profile 150.150.7.10 as profiles for wind ties.‘Keywords: Steel frame, girder, connection,
