Abstract

This research  started  from the problem  of giving of food money  which is paid based  on the attendance of civil ser- vant in working day, hence  giving of food money  can only be done  if recapitulation of civil servant  attendance for one month. This study aims to (1) to determine whether  there  is a significant and  positive influence of fingerprint attendance variable  and money  meal  variable  against  teacher  performance variable  PAI in MTs Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu.  The research  method used survey  method, questionnaire data  collection  technique and  documentation. Data  analysis  techniques used  in this study  is to use multiple linear regression  analysis.  Data  were collected,  processed and  analyzed  using SPSS  version  16.0.  The results showed  that (1) From  the partial  test result (t test) shows the probability  significance (sig) of 0.031  <0.05, meaning that the fingerprint attendance significantly influences the performance of the PAI teacher  is accepted. (2) From the partial test shows the probability of significance (sig) of 0.000  <0.05, meaning that the influence of the meal significantly influence the performance of PAI teacher  group  is accepted (3) From the simultaneous test results (Test F) shows sig probability.  Fchange is 0.000.  Since the Fchange value is less than  0.05  (0.05),  thus fingerprint and  fingerprint attendance significantly influence the PAI teacher’s performance is acceptable. Based on the value of R2 (R Square), the value of 0.993  is equal to 93%, meaning that the effect of fingerprint attendance and  teacher’s  meal money  on teacher  performance of PAI family is high, and  the rest 7% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This research  aims to describe  the use of methods of the alphabet thumb  and  body  language in learning  islamic religious education on child tunarugu, and a utilization media learning in learning islamic religious education on child tunarugu and  to know factors factor inhibitors and  the utilization of media  supporters learning in learning islamic religious education on child tunarugu. The research  is descriptive  research  qualitative  and  is field research  (field research). But technique data  col- lection uses the observation, interview,  and  documentation. To analyse  data  using reduction data,  presentation of data  and the withdrawal  of conclusion,  checking  the validity of data  using triangulation. The result showed  1) use the alphabet fingers and  body  language in learning  islamic education had  gone  well, because this method suitable for children  with special needs disabled  athletes  tunarugu and  students  got the this method, 2) the use of media  learning used in learning religious education in using media  focus, media  pictures outboard (posters), reading  books and exercise pictures letters hijaiyah.  And media  letters hijaiyah  card,  3) supporting factors media  uses learning  that education teachers  who are willing to make  media  learning,  the interest  and  the motivation to study students  because medium  used  will attract  learning,  and  the other  facilities support. But factors that does not support  is limited of education facilities and  infrastructure, the absence of special teachers  islamic educa- tion, students  who have  limited so it takes the old process  in learning,  lack of the guidance and  motivation learn from parents or guardian students  to his son.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The results of this research show that teachers’ work motivation Islamic Education clump of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in MAN Manna South Bengkulu, Learning and how the working conditions of teachers of Islamic education, between the theoretical concept and reality. Implementation of supervision in the field of learning, the reality is far from ideal concept. The cause is so complex, ranging from understanding the context of supervision itself is not owned by the actors, both supervisors, principals, and teachers of Islamic education. To overcome this gap, socialization and “pressure” from those who are committed to the quality of education in Indonesia. It is jointly have to do with the development of a culture of quality in education, which in essence is the quality of the learning process in the classroom. Factors affecting work motivation of teachers of Islamic education clump of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in MAN Manna South Bengkulu, personal / individual, include knowledge, skills (skills), ability, self-confidence, motivation, and commitment of every individual, leadership factors, including: the quality in providing impetus, encouragement, guidance and support of the manager and the team leader, a factor the team, include: the quality of support and encouragement given by a colleague in a team, trust in his fellow team members, compactness and closeness member team, system factors, including: the working system, working facilities or infrastructure provided by colleagues as a team, trust in his fellow team members, compactness and the closeness of the team members.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this thesis is (1) To describe whether there is a significant and positive influence between  emo- tional intelligence (EQ) variable to employee performance variable at PT. Narendra God of Yoga. (2) To describe whether  there is a significant and positive influence between  the variables of spiritual intelligence (SQ) on employee performance variables in PT. Narendra God of Yoga. (3) To describe  whether  there is a significant and positive influence between  emotional intelligence (EQ) and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) variable to employee performance variable in PT. Abstract

This research  is to know whether  there is influence from using audiovisual method and microsoft power point learn- ing media  to motivation of student  learning on Islamic Education subject in SD Negeri 86 Kota Bengkulu.This research  uses quantitative approach. The population is all elementary school students  86 Bengkulu City. sampling is done by purposive sampling  that is determination technique with certain  consideration. Data  were analyzed  using simple linear re- gression test. The results showed  that the variable  of audiovisual method (X1) and  microsoft power  point (X2) had  a positive effect on students’  learning  motivation State  primary  school 86 Bengkulu  city. In the test, it can be seen  that the influence  of visual audio  method variable  (X1) on student  learning  motivation (Y) is 9,3%,  while the rest 90,7%  influenced  by other  than variable  X1. Variable  of learning  media  of Microsoft Power  Point  (X2) can  influence  Student Motivation  Motivation  variable equal to 34,5%,  while the rest of 65,5%  influenced  by other variable besides variable of learning media  Microsoft power point. Together, the variables  of audio  visual method and  learning  media  of Microsoft power  point can influence  student’s  learning motivation equal  to 34,6%,  while the rest of 65,4%  influenced  by other  variable  beside  variable  of audio  visual method and Microsoft Power Point learning media

Abstract

The arm of the study where  (1) To investigate  wheter or not there  was a significant influence between  KKG PAI at elementary school toward  learning  inovation in area  II Rejang Lebong  Regency.  (2) To investigate  wheter  or not there  was a significant influence  between  work motivation toward  learning  inovation in area  II Rejang Lebong  regency.  (3) To investigate wheter or not there was a significant influence of KKG and Work motivation toward religion in area II Rejang Lebong Regency. Mhetod  use in this study  was descriptive  quantitative by applying  field research  42 religion teachers  at elementary school  in area  II Rejang Lebong  were the population. Simple linier regresion  and  doubel  liniear regresion  were used as the technique of data  analisys  by aplying SPSS  version  16.0  the finding revealed  that the contribution of teachers  work group  (KKG) toward religion inovation wa 27,2  % and  the contribution of religion work motivation was 0,96%.  The contribution between  teachers work group (KKG) (X1) and work motivation (X2) gave positive and significant influence toward learning inovation (Y) in area II Rejang Lebong regency as equal 25,4 % in conclusion there were significant influence between  teachers  work group and work motivation toward  learning inovation at elementary school religion in area  II Rejang Lebong  Regency

Abstract

This research  is motivated because of the increasing  number of people’s negative  behaviors that occur in everyday life, especially among  school-age children such as drug use, sexual harassment, aggressive behavior, fights, bullying, deteriora- tion of religious tolerance  and  others.These negative  behaviors are a sign that Indonesia is on the brink of collapse.It takes an education that can change  the bad behavior for the better.Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah is an educational institution in which prioritize the formation  of the personality  and  mental  attitude  of learners  so that it has a good character and  become the next generation of brilliant nation  by instilling religious values  and  religious character.Based on  the  above  background, then  the formulation of the problem  in this research  is how the implementation of character-based pesantren education in MA Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah, what  is the method of character education in Al-Hasanah Islamic Boarding  School  and  what  are the factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of character education based on boarding school At MA Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah.This study aims to determine the implementation of character-based education boarding school in MA Pondok Pe- santren  Al-Hasanah, to find out the method of character education based  boarding school in MA Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah and to determine the factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of character education based  boarding school in MA Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah.This study is a qualitative  research  (qualitative  research).Data collection is done  by using obser- vation,  interview, and  documentation.With data  collection steps, data  reduction, data  presentation, and  conclusion.Based on the results of data analysis yag has been collected can be concluded that the implementation of character education in boarding school is applied  in several  values of character investing,  among  others:  religious values,  the value  of independence and  the value  of responsibility.Character education method in boarding school  Al-Hasanah implemented through  several  methods, namely:  exemplary  methods, methods of advice,  methods of habituation, and  the method of memorization.Factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of character education based  on boarding school in Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah Central Bengkulu Regency, among  others:Not  yet optimal sources of operational funds and constraints  of the individual students  them- selves, such as easily bored  and undisciplined.While the supporting factors, among  others, the existence of a sincere soul of the caregivers and ustadz / ustadzah and the existence  of a dormitory  system or accommodation for the santri

Abstract

This research  aims: 1) To know the effect of teaching  methods to the learning  outcomes of students  in the subjects of Arabic. 2.) The effect of learning motivation to the learning outcomes of students  in the subjects of Arabic. 3.) The influence of teaching  methods and learning motivation toward learning outcomes of students  in the subjects of Arabic. The method used in this research  is the experimental method, the population in this study were students  of class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1. Me- chanical  Penambilan samples in this study is teknikrandom sampling,  choose  two classes of random sampling from four classes sampled. Class XI IPS was selected  as an experimental class B and  class XI IPS C was chosen  as the control  class. There  are differences  in learning  outcomes Arabic among  students  taught  using learning  methods and  methods suggestopedia eclectic. Evidenced by student  learning  outcomes in the application of an electric method is better  than  the application of the method suggestopedia. Evidenced by student learning outcomes in the application of methods elektiklebih better than the application of the method shown in the ANOVA suggestopedia 1 lines sig = 0.001  <0.05. There are differences between  students  who have high motivation for learning outcomes Arabic better than students  who have low motivation seen in the ANOVA one lane sig =0.252  <0.05. There is the influence of learning with students’ motivation to learn Arabic results it is seen in the second  ANOVAtest track at 4:12 table obtained sig = 0.088  therefore  sigma probability  greater  than 0.05,  the null hypothesis  is accepted

Abstract

The results of this study are Based on this research, data  processing,  and data  analysis that researchers do related to the analysis of input factors, nThis, otput,  and  outcome in the implementation of School Based  Management (SBM) at SMAN1 Kepahiang, the writer can conclude  the following points related  with this research  that the presence of input also is not ‘up’ because in reality there are some inputs that have not reached the SNP, for example  on the number of students  in rombel.  The education process in SMAN 1 Kepahiang summarized in the school management process that seeks to involve the entire school community to support  the PBM. Curriculum development at SMAN 1 Kepahiang seek to maximize the PBM in order to become qualified. However  PBM is not maximized  because they have constraints  on the availability of facilities and  infrastructure. Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to know  the  influence  of formal education of parents  on learning  achievement, to know the influence of learning  motivation on learning  achievement and  to know the influence of formal education of parents and  learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic education students  of MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Bengkulu Tengah. The method used in this research  is quantitative research  method, This research  type is non experimental quantitative research. Techniques of collecting research  data through  questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study by using multiple linear regression  analysis with the help of computer program SPSS version of Win- dows 16.0. The results of this study indicate that there is influence between  formal parent  education and learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic religious education students of MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Central Bengkulu. The influence of for- mal education of parents  on learning achievement of Islamic religious education students  of MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Bengkulu The middle is 7.8%, while the remaining 92.2%  is influenced  by other variables other than the formal education of the parents. Furthermore there is a significant influence between  learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic religious education students of MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Central Bengkulu. The influence of learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic religious education in MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Bengkulu Tengah  is 27,3%,  while the rest 72,7%  is influenced  by other variable beside  motivation variable.  Influence  of parent  formal  education and  learning  motivation together  learning  achievement  of Islamic education student  of MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Bengkulu Tengah  is equal to 34,7%  while the rest is 65,3%  influenced  by other variable  besides formal education variable  of parent  and motivation to learn.
