Technological advances allow entrepreneurs to manage sales data efficiently. Governance management in micro, small and medium enterprises is often an obstacle to the continuity and development of the business. Based on interviews conducted, at KDH Sancang Coffee Shop, data management still uses Microsoft Excel, which sometimes makes it difficult for users to access the desired data. This research recommends using Microsoft Access to create a secure and organized sales database. This solution helps overcome data duplication problems and improve data accessibility and security. Based on the research results, the process of creating a database for sales results includes the creation of item and sales data tables, one to one relationship, Query total sales results, and Form Design for easy data access. This research activity aims to enable micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises to effectively organize their financial records, including providing owners with the necessary tools to manage their business finances more efficiently. The results showed that the use of Microsoft Access increased the efficiency of managing monthly sales data at KDH Sancang Coffee Shop which is expected to facilitate monthly sales evaluation activities at the coffee shop.

The implementation of fingerprint technology in attendance tools offers a cutting-edge solution for managing employee attendance in modern companies. This technology yields substantial advantages, such as enhanced operational efficiency, heightened precision, and reliable data security. The tool integrates advanced fingerprint sensor technology and fuzzy logic to identify employees and deliver more accurate attendance evaluations. The distinctiveness of an individual's fingerprint facilitates identification that is arduous to counterfeit, lessening the possibility of fraudulent activities and data manipulation. Ensuring the attendance data's unbreakable integrity enables direct amalgamation with the payroll framework, accelerating and simplifying the salary computation procedure. Furthermore, the introduction of a fingerprint attendance tool yields favourable outcomes including minimizing administrative expenses, boosting staff output, monitoring attendance in real-time, and promoting disciplinary behaviours. This attendance tool enables businesses to enhance their human resource management efficiency and enhance their employee work environment.

This research focuses on the design of an automatic counting system for production items using the ESP32 microcontroller and E18-D80NK sensor. The main objective of the study is to address inventory issues, particularly in the context of manual counting of production items, which is susceptible to shortages and inaccuracies. The proposed automatic counting device aims to provide a solution to enhance employee performance efficiency and reduce the risk of human errors. The integration of the ESP32 microcontroller as a data processor and the E18-D80NK sensor as an information capture device will allow easy access to calculation results through a website interface. The primary advantage of this system is its ability to prevent potential data forgery in production and provide more accurate calculation results. With data storage on a website platform, tracking production history becomes more effective, enabling in-depth analysis of overall production performance. This research proposes an integrated solution to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in the production counting process. With the implementation of this technology, it is expected that the automated production system can be a strategic step towards improving productivity and the reliability of production information.

In the dynamic realm of manufacturing, precise demand forecasting is crucial for optimizing supply chains and production processes. This study addresses PT Omron Indonesia's challenge of inaccurate demand forecasts leading to production disruptions. Utilizing the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle, alongside Multiplicative Decomposition methods, the research aims to improve forecasting accuracy. Results indicate that the Multiplicative Decomposition - Centered Moving Average method yields a lower Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), though refinement is needed to meet set standards. The estimated demand for the next period is 1308 units, with a MAPE of 140%. The study concludes that iterative refinement of the selected method is essential for achieving higher forecasting accuracy. This research contributes to enhancing production efficiency and mitigating the impact of part shortages in the electronics industry.

There is a huge interest in cats in Indonesia, but this is not followed by the owner's knowledge regarding their care, which causes their pet cats to be easily infected with viral diseases. Owners often take cats with symptoms of viral disease to the veterinary clinic in serious conditions such as high fever, diarrhea for more than two days, not wanting to eat for more than two days, and severe dehydration. This research was conducted from 1 August to 31 October 2023 at the Satwagia RE Martadinata Veterinary Clinic. Primary data was obtained using a questionnaire method in the form of questionnaires to 100 respondents who came to the clinic and kept cats that had been infected with viral diseases. The data is presented descriptively to obtain an overview of the owner's knowledge regarding the first treatment of cats with symptoms of viral disease. The results of the research show that the level of knowledge of owners at the Satwagia RE Martadinata Bogor Animal Clinic regarding the first treatment of cats with symptoms of viral disease is good.
