Abstract

This study aims to analyze madrasa leadership management in post-COVID-19 learning recovery. The pandemic has caused various challenges in education, including learning loss, digital inequality, and declining quality of instructional interaction. Therefore, adaptive and innovative leadership is required to manage the recovery process effectively. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, with data collected from relevant academic literature published between 2018 and 2022. The findings indicate that madrasa leadership management in learning recovery is implemented through strategies such as identifying learning loss, strengthening adaptive curricula, improving teacher competencies, and optimizing the use of educational technology. In addition, collaborative leadership and psychosocial approaches play a crucial role in supporting successful learning recovery. Thus, effective madrasa leadership can act as a transformative agent in improving educational quality and building a more resilient learning system in the post-pandemic era.

Abstract

This article examines the normative theological foundations of multicultural Islamic education derived from the Qur’an and Hadith as a basis for developing an inclusive and equitable educational system. The study aims to analyze the concept of normative theology in multicultural education and to identify multicultural values from the perspectives of the Qur’an, Hadith, and their relevance to civic life. The method employed is library research using a descriptive-analytical approach to various classical and contemporary literatures. The findings indicate that normative theology in Islam substantively encompasses multicultural values such as tolerance (tasāmuh), justice (‘adl), equality (musāwah), and brotherhood (ukhuwwah). The Qur’an emphasizes that diversity is a divine decree (sunnatullah) that must be respected and rejects all forms of coercion in religion. Meanwhile, the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) reinforces these principles through teachings of universal compassion, respect for fellow human beings, and the prohibition of discrimination. In the context of civic life, these values imply the importance of policies that uphold social justice, protect minority groups, and strengthen interreligious and intercultural dialogue. Thus, Islamic education based on normative multicultural theology plays a strategic role in shaping students who are moderate, tolerant, and capable of contributing to a pluralistic society. These findings underscore the urgency of integrating multicultural values into the Islamic education system as a response to global challenges and contemporary social dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internalization of akhlakul karimah through the combination of teacher personality competence and disciplinary consistency in shaping student morality. A qualitative library research design was employed, utilizing content analysis to synthesize conceptual and empirical literature. The findings reveal that teacher personality competence functions as a foundation providing living examples of how moral values are manifested in daily behavior. Teachers with mature personalities become identification figures inspiring students through exemplary conduct in patience, honesty, justice, and relational warmth. Disciplinary consistency provides a habituation framework enabling students to directly experience the consequences of each behavior through fair and consistent rule enforcement. The interaction between personal example and system consistency produces stronger internalization compared to when both factors work separately. This combination creates a moral education ecosystem where students not only understand values cognitively and habituate them behaviorally, but also appreciate them affectively through emotional bonds with teacher figures and experiences interacting with a fair system. Ultimately, what is formed is moral autonomy, the ability of students to behave well based on internal awareness, not because of external pressure. The study implies that teacher recruitment and development must proportionally attend to personality competence, schools need to build clear disciplinary systems implemented consistently by all parties, and integration between teacher personality development and disciplinary system strengthening is required within a unified policy framework.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the school literacy movement at SDN 142 Hutabaringin, to analyze the factors that influence the success of the school literacy movement in improving students' reading ability and to identify the challenges and obstacles that hinder the implementation of the school literacy movement at SDN 142 Hutabaringin. This study uses a qualitative approach and a phenomenon study research type. Data collection methods use observation, interviews, and documentation, data validity techniques use Source Triangulation and Technique Triangulation, data analysis uses the Data Reduction model, Data Presentation (Data Display), and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the study show that the implementation of the School Literacy Movement at SDN 142 Hutabaringin shows that students' interest in reading has increased significantly, especially in the habituation and development stages implemented by the school. The success factors of the School Literacy Movement at SDN 142 Hutabaringin are influenced by the policies implemented by school leaders to improve students' reading interest, the active role of teachers as facilitators of students in literacy at SDN 142 Hutabaringin. Challenges faced in implementing the School Literacy Movement at SDN 142 Hutabaringin include environmental factors that influence students' reading interest, which is predominantly focused on social media, and inadequate school facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and peers on the consumptive behavior of FKIP students of Nusa Cendana University, both partially and simultaneously. The phenomenon of increasing lifestyle-based consumption, trends, and social recognition indicates a shift from need-to-desire orientation, which has the potential to weaken student financial stability. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of student financial behavior studies and become the basis for practical considerations for institutions in designing programs to strengthen financial literacy. The study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population amounted to 8,775 students, with a sample of 165 respondents determined through incidental sampling techniques. Data is collected through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression after meeting classical assumption tests, including normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results of the study show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, meaning that increasing financial literacy significantly increases students' tendency to over-consume. Peers have a positive and significant influence which means that the stronger the influence of the friendship environment, the higher the consumptive behavior. Simultaneously, the two variables have a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students. These findings affirm the importance of increasing financial literacy capacity and fostering a constructive social environment to suppress students' consumptive tendencies.
