Abstract

Kimchi is a food produced through a traditional fermentation process in vegetables to keep the texture of vegetables crispy and fresh. Compounds produced in kimchi fermentation are mannitol and some sugars such as glucose, sucrose, and maltose. The fermentation used in its manufacture uses Lacto fermentation which involves Lacto Acid Bacteria (LAB). In addition, the addition of salt is done for preservation and to determine the level of mannitol levels. The types of salt used are pure salt and mineral salt. Pure salt contains pure NaCl while mineral salt contains NaCl and other mineral metals such as Ca, Mg, and Mn. The purpose of reviewing this article is to determine the effect of different types of salt on the type of metabolite content in kimchi fermentation. The research method used is the collection of sources and data related to the topics discussed. The applied literature study uses a deductive approach based on sources from journal literature by utilizing search engines on Google Scholar, ACS, ScienceDirect, KoreaScience, PubMed, SpringerLink and supporting literature websites (joybileefarm.co, baechukimchi.ca). The results obtained show that there is an effect of different types of salt on the metabolite content in kimchi which is shown in the data pattern. Conclusion: that the effect of adding pure and mineral salts indicates an increasing ratio of Latilactobacillus bacteria resulting in metabolites with different patterns.

Abstract

Ketidak pedulian membaca adalah hasil dari keadaan sebuah masyarakat yang gerakannya melompat dari negara yang telah terbentuk sebelumnya ke massa periode pasca-sastra tanpa periode sastra, kondisi ini lambat laun diperparah dengan mengatakan tidak. Orang tua menghargai kegiatan membaca, mereka mengembangkan minat membaca sejak usia muda lebih efektif ketika orang tua secara aktif terlibat dalam motivasi dan bimbingan anak-anak agar lebih suka membaca. Para ahli berpendapat bahwa itu lebih bermanfaat bagi anak-anak ketika diberikan kepada mereka belajar membaca sejak dini (sedini mungkin). Namun, hal ini tergantung dari kesiapan mental masing-masing anak. Untuk para ahli pelatihan membagi fase awal membaca anak menjadi tiga periode waktu, yaitu: Sebelum Periode Membaca, Periode Membaca Awal, dan Periode Membaca Selanjutnya. Untuk anak sekolah dasar di kelas bawah, gambar memainkan peran penting belajar untuk membaca dan menulis. Buku bergambar mendorong mereka untuk belajar lebih banyak. Buku bergambar yang baik akan membantu anak memahami dan memperkaya pengalaman sejarah. Tujuan dari buku bergambar adalah untuk mendorong apresiasi dan cinta terhadap buku Buku itu tidak hanya harus menarik, tetapi juga mengandung kata "cerita". Gambar yang mempengaruhi minat siswa dalam membaca cerita, karena gambar dalam cerita anak harus hidup dan komunikatif. Gambar dalam cerita anak harus sesuai dengan tema, latar, tokoh, dan alur cerita. berfungsi sebagai ilustrasi dalam buku cerita bergambar (picture book). Mendeskripsikan aktor, setting, dan aktivitas yang digunakan untuk membangun set cerita (plot) cerita. Anda bisa memberi anak buku bergambar yang bagus kesenangan/hiburan dan pengalaman estetis. Buku bergambar memiliki tiga keunggulan, yaitu: (1) membantu anak dengan input vokal, (2) memberikan input visual untuk anak, dan (3) merangsang keterampilan anak visual dan verbal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the simultaneous influence of marketing strategy, product knowledge and halal literacy on consumers' decisions to buy halal products in Sitio Tio Hilir Village. The research approach in this thesis is a quantitative approach and the data used is primary data. The results of the research show that there is a partial influence of marketing strategy on consumers' decisions to buy halal products in Sitio Tio Hilir Village. It is known that the t-count value of the marketing strategy variable is 3.587 which compared to 1.66216, so 3.587 1.66216 which means that the marketing strategy variable has a real influence (significant) with the consumer decision variable to buy halal products. There is no partial influence of product knowledge on consumers' decisions to buy halal products in Sitio Tio Hilir Village. It is known that the t value of the product knowledge variable is 0.343 which is compared to the t table of 1.66216, so 0.343 1.66216 which means the product knowledge variable does not have a real (significant) influence. ) with the consumer decision variable to buy halal products. There is a partial influence of halal literacy on consumers' decisions to buy halal products in Sitio Tio Hilir Village. It is known that the t-count value of the halal literacy variable is 6,440 which is compared to 1.66216, so 6,440 1.66216, which means the halal literacy variable has a real (significant) influence on the variable consumer decisions to buy halal products. There is a simultaneous influence of marketing strategy, product knowledge and halal literacy on consumers' decisions to buy halal products in Sitio Tio Hilir Village. This is known from the value of Fcount = 186,454 which is compared to Ftable of 3.10, so 186,454 3.10, which means the variables marketing strategy, product knowledge and Halal literacy simultaneously has a real (significant) relationship or positive influence on consumer decision variables to buy halal products in Sitio Tio Hilir Village.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of sharia financial literacy, Islamic branding and religiosity on students' decisions to use sharia banking services among PBS and MBS UMSU students. The research approach in this thesis is a quantitative approach and the data used is primary data. The population used in this research was students of Sharia Banking and Sharia Business Management at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, namely 335 students, and the sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 182 students. Data analysis techniques using descriptive tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The data processing uses the SPSS version 22.0 program.

Abstract

Catechin is secondary metabolites known as antioxidants in tea leaves and their products. One of the most popular processed tea leaves is kombucha tea, which contains catechin as antioxidants. The purpose of writing this review article is to discuss the catechins contained in processed kombucha tea as antioxidants which are believed to be used as natural agents in preventing skin aging. The collected data were then analyzed qualitatively using deductive analysis techniques by searching for reference articles through 14 databases: Sciencedirect, Researchgate, Google Scholar, Elsevier, PubMed, Emeraldinsight, Sage Research Methods, IG Library, Springer Link, MBC, MDPI, NIH, CyTA and Oxford UniversityPress. The analysis shows that kombucha tea containing these catechin is proven to have good potential and activity as an antiaging functional food. The results of investigations pertain to the effect of catechin on apoptosis induced by oxidative stress in fibroblasts which trigger skin conditions. Catechin compounds protect the skin against cell damage induced by oxidative stress in fibroblasts. Oxidative stress is the mechanism underlying skin aging because it triggers apoptosis in various cell types, including fibroblasts, which play an important role in maintaining healthy and youthful skin. It is also known that the process of tea fermentation by microorganisms in kombucha tea results in an increase of tea bioactivity, namely high antioxidants. Catechin prevent aging by inhibiting the phosphorylation of p38 and c-Jun terminal kinases (JNK). The results show that the abundance of catechin has potential as an agent for the prevention of skin aging.
